Objective To explore the auxiliary method of urethral reunion operation on bulbous urethral complete rupture by en-doscope .Methods 11 cases of bulbous urethral complete rupture were inserted urethral probe from suprapubic puncture cystosto-my ,when it was difficult to find near end of disrupt urethra only by endoscopic realignment .Results 9 cases were reconstructed in one-stage endoscopic urethral realignment with the aid of urethral probe from suprapubic puncture cystostomy .Conclusion Ure-thral probe from suprapubic puncture cystostomy will improve the success rate of one-stage endoscopic urethral realignment for the cases of bulbous urethral complete rupture .
2.Prostate stem cell antigen and related cancers.
National Journal of Andrology 2004;10(5):382-384
Prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) is a cell surface antigen expressed in normal prostate and overexpressed in cancers associated with prostate, bladder and pancreas. The sensitivity of PSCA labeling is higher than PSA in prostate cancer. PSCA can be used in the preparation of protein vaccine and nucleic acid vaccine. Further studies are required to confirm its safety and efficacy as a diagnostic means.

Objective:To investigate effect and mechanism of mangiferin on regulation of M2-type macrophage polarization tar-geting MMP9 in pancreatic cancer. Methods:In vivo, therapeutic effect of mangiferin on pancreatic cancer was evaluated by drawing tumor growth curves and immunohistochemical staining.M2-type macrophages expression in pancreatic cancer was detected by immu-nofluorescence and ELISA.Effects of mangiferin on expression of MMP9 and downstream M2 macrophage polarization-related signaling pathways were detected by immunofluorescence,ELISA,Western blot and qRT-PCR.In vitro,MTT assay was utilized to detect effect of mangiferin on M2-type macrophage and therapeutic effect of mangiferin on pancreatic cancer.ELISA was used to detect effect of mangiferin on M2-type polarized macrophages.Effects of mangiferin on expression of MMP9 and its downstream signalling pathway were detected by immunofluorescence and Western blot. Results:Mangiferin had potential to inhibit growth of pancreatic cancer in mice pancreatic model, and could prevent expression of M2-polarized macrophages in pancreatic cancer in addition. At the same time, mangiferin could inhibit expression of MMP9 and downstream M2 macrophage polarization related signaling pathways in pancreatic cancer.Mangiferin inhibited proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells in a M2 type polarized macrophage-pancreas cancer cell co-culture model, inhibited macrophage M2 polarization,at the same time, expression of MMP9 and downstream M2 macrophage polarization related signaling pathway was inhibited. Conclusion:Mangiferin can inhibit macrophage M2 polarization by inhibiting MMP9 and its downstream signaling pathway, and play a role in pancreatic cancer therapy.

Objective:To evaluate incision scars of transaxillary breast augmentation by different methods of scar assessment. Methods:A retrospective study was carried out on 30 patients (age range 20 to 50 years, with mean age of 32 years) who underwent endoscopic assisted transaxillary type Ⅰ dual plane breast implant augmentation by a same surgeon from August 2014 to November 2016. Scars were estimated by 3 methods which included Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS), Visual Assessment Scale (VAS) and patients' questionnaire. Results:VAS score for left side scars ranged from 0 to 8 and the median was 1. VAS score for right side scars ranged from 0 to 8.3 and the median was 1. A total of 48 scars were scored in the 0-2 point range, representing 80% of the 60 total. VSS score for left side scars ranged from 0 to 11.6 and the median was 0.8. VSS score for right side scars ranged from 0 to 11.3 and the median was 1.2. A total of 46 scars were scored in the 0-2 point range, representing 76.7% of the total 60 breats. The scores between VSS and VAS had significant statistical differences ( P<0.001). 80.0% of our patients regarded scars as unconspicuous or basically invisible in our questionnaire. Conclusions:The majority of transaxillary incision scars recover in favorable status with high patients satisfactory rate. VAS is a practical tool for evaluating transaxillary incision scars. The VSS score is not equivalent to the VAS score when grading scars only by photos.

China Pharmacy 2021;32(20):2445-2449
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the operation efficiency of drug quality sampling and inspection in China . METHODS :Starting from the application and management situation of inspection standards/methods in provincial inspection institutions ,the problems existing in the application and management of inspection standards/methods in provincial inspection institutions were analyzed ;the inspection standards/methods database of provincial inspection institutions is attempted to build, combining with the relevant experience and practices of FDA. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS :The inspection methods involved in drug sampling and inspection could be divided into official standards and non-standard methods. Official standards were the main standards for drug sampling and inspection ,and were mainly used for routine inspection. Such kind of standards could be classified according to the characteristics of compiled ,single-page and later-issued supplementary ;an electronic catalogue should be established for unified management. Non-standard methods were only used for sample preliminary screening ,verification of official inspection results ,quality evaluation and inspection of unknown or suspicious samples in emergency inspection. Its tracking, collection and management mechanisms were not yet complete. It is recommended to draw on the experience of drug sampling and inspection in the United States so as to establish method database hierarchically. For the mature method established in drug supervision system ,an electronic catalog and document content database should be established and the method should be confirmed before use ;for national standards and the recommended methods published by authoritative institutions in other industries, and mature methods published in scientific and technological literature ,the retrieval channels should be listed ,the methods should be verified ,reviewed and approved before use ,and an electronic catalogue should be established and recorded in time after use. The electronic catalogue format of non-standard methods generally include controlled number ,applicable variety name, method name ,inspection items ,etc.
