Objective To investigate the characteristics of children ametropia in the development process ,predict and analyze the refractive state with the measurement data of refractive factors on the children aged from 5 to 13 years old .Methods 461 children (922 eyes) ,aged from 5 to 13 years old ,were selected from outpatients who went to ophthalmology clinic from January 2011 to September 2012 .The static diopter was measured by the optometry with the continuous mydriasis of 5 days using the ophthalmic gel of 1% atropine .And the biological measured values of refractive factors were obtained by the A type ultrasonic and keratome-ter .Meanwhile ,the parameters including the height (H) ,weight and the dominant eye were recorded to analyze the characteristics of children ametropia in the development process ,and then the equation between the diopter and the correlative factors including the measurement data of refractive factors and growth factors was established by the stepwise multiple regression analysis .Results (1) The myopia degree of the right eye static diopter was significantly deeper than the left (P<0 .05) .In the group in which the left eye was dominant ,the difference of the left eye and right eye refractive factors was not statistically significant (P>0 .05) .In the group in which the right eye was dominant ,the difference of the left eye and right eye refractive factors was not statistically significant (P>0 .05) except the instance in which K1 of the right eye was bigger than the left eye(P<0 .05) .(2) In the period of 5 to 13 years old ,the myopia developing trend of girls was earlier than boys .(3) The ocular axis length(AL) and H development had a close relationship ,and the correlation equation of them was AL =16 .135+0 .052H(r=0 .993) .(4) The multiple linear regression equation for the relationship between the static diopter (D) ,ocular AL and mean value of the corneal curvature (K) was D=84 .271-0 .937K -1 .878AL(r=0 .871) .Conclusion The ocular AL and H development of children have a close relationship .The static diopter(D) of the children aged from 5 to 13 years old can be predicted by the ocular axis length(AL) and corneal curvature(K) , w hich can be used to prevent myopia reasonably .

[Result] The disease has main mechanism of Qi deficiency, teacher He Lingzhi divides the IgA nephrosis into types of Qi deficiency of lung and spleen, spleen and kidney, both deficiency of lung and kidney, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, both deficiency of Qi and Yin, Yin and Yang, thus forms the treating rules of tonifying Qi to reinforce spleen, tonifying lung to nourish kidney, tonifying liver and kidney, Qi and Yin, Yin and Yang. The case here was relieved the nephrosis symptoms with the treatment. [Conclusion] Teacher He Lingzhi has rich clinical experience in treating IgA nephrosis with differentiation of signs, with definite cure effect.

Objective To investigate the effect of luxS inactivation on the oxidative stress of Streptococcus mutans and perform preliminary analysis of potential mechanism.Methods Strains were grown to mid-logarithmic phase and divided into three groups,one was used as control and inoculated into normal TPY medium,and the other two groups were experimental groups,and there were separately inoculated into TPY containing 58.8 mmol/L hydrogen peroxideor TPY containing 58.8 mmol/L hydrogen peroxide and 0.1 mmol/L 2,2'-dipyridyl.The survival rate of strain was calculated at 0.5,1,and 2 h.All the data were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the survival rate of luxS mutation was always higher than standard strain at all pre-determined time inexperimental groups (P＜0.05),and compared with experimental group without iron chelator,the survival rate of strains was not raised with the added of iron chelator (P＞0.05).Conclusion luxS gene is involved in oxidative stress tolerance of Streptococcus mutans,and the oxidative stress tolerance is not achieved by avoiding the toxic effects of the Fenton reaction

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of age on tympanoplasty. METHODS The preoperative pure tone hearing threshold was 55dB in the aged group and 39 dB in the medium aged group. All patients, includ-ing 24 with chronic suppurative otitis media, 29 with cholesteatoma otitis media and 27 with chronic silent otitis media and/or tympanosclerosis, underwent radi-cal mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty (typeⅠfor 25 ears, modified type Ⅱfor 23 ears and modified type Ⅲ for 32 ears) under general anesthesia. RESULTS The average air-conductive hearing threshold was 46dB in the aged group (healing rate was 67 %) and 33dB in the medium aged group (healing rate was 70 %). Abdominal withdrawal reflex (AWR) test, which evaluates the behavioral response of animals through expanding the intestinal tract, is the most widely used method to assess animal's visceral sensitivity in recent years.However, as AWR experimental operation involves many factors, it''s hard to find a commonly recognized operating procedure.Through review of literature of AWR experimental measuring methods, this article summarizes the basic steps of AWR operation.Meanwhile, it scrutinizes the differences of various measuring methods in relevant factors, including expansion method and airbag method, with special operating suggestions to them.Hopefully, this article will provide an option to future researchers who will use this method to evaluate animal''s visceral sensitivity, and provide a necessary foundation for the standardization of the experimental operation.

Objective To optimize the preparation of air bag materials for abdominal withdrawal reflex test.Methods To measure the diameters of different pressue-air bags by digital vernier caliper and X ray imaging.Using the pain threshold (3 points) as a criterion to test the pressure values of different air bags in the rats with corresponding visceral pain sensitivity.Results With the increasing pressure, the changes of the diameter of round latex balloon were uniform and gentle, and could meet the pressure range used in the experiment (20~80 mmHg).The threshold of visceral pain in rats was near the nociceptive stimulus value,and would not cause irreversible damage to the rat intestinal tract.Conclusions Air bag made from round latrex ballon is an ideal tool to be used in abdominal withdrawal reflex test in rats.

Objective To study the effects of amniotic epithelial cells conditioned medium on the differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells into neural cells. Methods Bone marrow stromal cells and amniotic epithelial cells were isolated and cultured in vitro,then the cell surface antigen was detected by flow cytometry and the expressions of nestin and ki67 were detected by immunofluorescence staining method.When the cells were co-cultured with amniotic epithelial cells conditioned medium,the morphological character of cells was observed by inverse phase-contrast microscope,and the expressions of NSE(neurone specific enolase),TH(tyrosine hydroxylase) and DAT(dopamine transporter) were detected by immunofluorescence staining method. Results Amniotic epithelial cells conditioned medium had obvious inductive effect on bone marrow stromal cell's neural differentiation.Conclusion The amniotic epithelial cells conditioned medium may have inductive effect neuron-like cell's differentiation and dopaminergic neuron-like cell's differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells in vitro.

Objective To compare the sensitivities of the stimulation effect of human cord blood mesenchymal stem cells(CB-MSCs) and CB-MSCs of neuronal differentiation to lymphocytes(LCs) detected with carboxyfluorescein didcetate(CFSE) and MTT. Methods To prepare LCs from SD rat and divided into four group stimulating cells: 1. CB-MSCs;2. Dif-CB-HSCs;3. SH-SY5Y(positive control);4. Auto-LC(negative control).Stimulating cells were respectively Co-cultured with LCs. The proliferation of LCs was detected with MTT and CFSE ( n =3). Results CB-MSCs and Dif-CB-HSCs stimulated LCs to proliferate more weakly than positive control detected with MTT and CFSE. The quantity of proliferation of lymphocytes Co-cultured with CB-MSCs and Dif-CB-HSCs were higher than that of Auto-LC detected with CFSE. But MTT OD value of CB-MSCs and Dif-CB-HSCs was a little lower than that of Auto-LC. Statistical analysis results showed no significant difference.Conclusion CFSE can reflect proliferation status of lymphocytes better than MTT. CFSE shows more advantages in practical use.

Objective To investigate the function of amnion endothelial cell in the differentiation of human umbilical cord blood stem cells into dopaminergic neurons.Methods Primary human amnion endothelial cells were separated and cultured in vitro;the conditioned medium(CM) was prepared through high speed centrifugation.The cord blood mesenchymal stem cells of P_1 passage were induced by the conditioned medium,and the mophology of cells was observed under the inverted phase contrast microscope.The expression of tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)and dopamine transportor(DAT) of the induced cord blood mesenchymal stem cells were detected by immunocytochemistry staining method and immunoblotting(Western blotting).Results The masculine rate of TH and DAT of the cord blood mesenchymal stem cells of P_1 passage which were induced by amnion endothelial cells conditioned medium was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P
