Objective:
To evaluate the clinical effect of clear aligners in the anterior region in non-extraction cases by establishing a three-dimensional model of crown-root fusion to guide clinical application.
Methods:
Eleven patients visiting the orthodontic department of Xuzhou Stomatological Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were collected, and the orthodontic plan was designed using Maestro 3D Dental Studio scheduling software to obtain the expected three-dimensional model of the patient's orthodontic treatment result. CBCT, intraoral scan, and 3D reconstruction software were used to create a postoperative model of the patient. The crown and root data were aligned in Geomagic Studio 2014, and differences in torque and axial inclination between the actual model after treatment and the predicted model of the anterior teeth before treatment were compared in 3-matic.
Results:
The actual torque angles of the anterior teeth were all smaller than the predicted angles before treatment, with the highest realization rate of 77.55% for lateral incisors and the lowest of 60.70% for central incisors; the actual axial inclination angles of the anterior teeth were also smaller than the predicted angles before treatment, with the highest realization rate of 81.49% for central incisors and the lowest of 74.95% for cuspids.
Conclusion
A digital model of crown-root integration based on a combination of 3D reconstruction and intraoral scanning techniques is advantageous in assessing the efficacy of clear aligners. In non-extraction cases with clear aligner, the efficiency of movement is higher for small areas of the anterior region.

Objective:To investigate the attributes and influencing factors of care needs for maternal after perinatal loss, and to provide a reference for promoting maternal physical and mental health and improving the quality of care. Methods:From February to June of 2023, a cross-sectional study was used, 222 maternal after perinatal loss were selected by the convenience sampling method and completed a battery of questionnaires, including a general information questionnaire, the Distress Thermometer (DT), the Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS), the Attitudes Toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help Scale-Short Form (ATSPPH-SF) and Kano Model-based Questionnaire on Care Needs for Maternal after Perinatal Loss. Results:A total of 207 maternal after perinatal loss were included in the complete data, (31.12±4.55) years old, (68.64 ± 10.70) of PSSS, (16.10 ± 3.43) of ATSPPH-SF. The care needs for maternal after perinatal loss included 4 must-be quality, 8 one-dimensional quality and 13 attractive quality. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level ( t=2.28), the PSSS score ( t=2.15) and the ATSPPH-SF score ( t=3.94) were the main influencing factors of care needs for maternal after perinatal loss (all P<0.05). Conclusions:Health care professionals should gradually improve the nursing service system according to the priority division of care needs attributes of maternal after perinatal loss, and develop personalized care according to different influencing factors.

Objective To explore and analyze the feasibility of using indocyanine green(ICG)near-infrared fluores-cence(NIF)imaging technology for the early diagnosis of oral potential malignant disorders and oral squamous cell car-cinoma.Methods 7,12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene in acetone solution was used to induce various pathological models of buccal mucosal lesions(mild/moderate dysplasia, severe dysplasia, squamous cell carcinoma)in golden hamster.ICG-NIF was conducted for the quantitative analysis of the fluorescence signal of lesion tissue, and evaluation of the diagnos-tic and discriminative capabilities of the ICG-NIF technology for mucosal lesions in various pathological states.Immuno-histochemical staining was perform to examine the mi-crovessel density(MVD)and microlymphatic vessel den-sity(MLVD)of mucosa in various pathological states and explore the histological reasons underlying the differ-ences in fluorescence signals. Results The results of ICG-NIF fluorescence quantitative analysis reveal the higher fluorescence intensity of mucosal lesions in the experimental group compared with that of the normal mucosa on the control side, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Moreover,the more severe the malignancy of mucosal lesions in the experimental group, the higher the fluorescence intensity.According to histopathological analysis, the malignant pro-gression of mucosal lesions in golden hamsters was accompanied with an increase in MVD(P<0.05)and a decrease in MLVD(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal proliferation of mucosal lesions in golden hamsters exhibits a difference in ICG-NIF fluorescence signal compared with normal mucosal tissue.Fluorescence quantitative analysis methods can provide assistance in differentiation and show potential for clinical applications.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of assisted reproductive technology (ART) on postpartum breastfeeding outcomes. Methods:This paper electronically retrieved the China Biology Medicine disc, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP, WanFang Data, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library. The search period was from database establishment to March 15, 2023. After independent literature search, screening, data extraction, and quality evaluation by two researchers, Meta-analysis was conducted using R 4.2.2 software. Results:A total of 11 articles were included. Meta-analysis showed that compared with naturally conceived mothers, the rates of exclusive breastfeeding at 1th week postpartum ( RR=0.84, 95% CI: 0.73-0.97), exclusive breastfeeding at 6th months postpartum ( RR=0.77, 95% CI: 0.61-0.98), and the incidence of breastfeeding for >6 months postpartum ( RR=0.71, 95% CI: 0.53-0.96) were decreased, and the rate of artificial feeding at 12th months postpartum ( RR=1.09, 95% CI: 1.02-1.17) was increased. However, there were no statistically significant differences in the rate of artificial feeding at 8th months postpartum, the incidence of breastfeeding duration >12 months, and the incidence of breastfeeding difficulties ( P>0.05) . Conclusions:ART reduces the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in postpartum 1th week and 6th months, and the incidence of postpartum breastfeeding duration>6 months, and increases the artificial feeding rate in postpartum 12th months. However, the impact of ART on the incidence of breastfeeding difficulties is not yet clear and still needs to be further demonstrated by high-quality studies.
