Objective:To ensure the authenticity, scientific and reliability of medical devices clinical trials results.Methods: The drug clinical research institute office set up full-time secondary quality control team, clarified the responsibility, made application form, problem check and track list, subjects’ identity registration form. Using computer network to make 19 medical equipment quality control of clinical trials.Results: Assure the rights and safety of subjects, the validity, accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data and clinical trial results.Conclusion: The drug clinical research institute office, full-time secondary quality control team made strict clinical trial project for the whole process of quality control and ensure the true, scientific and reliable results.

Through analyzing and considering on concrete conditions of the clinical engineering, which finds that the function allocation of department is not accurate and summarizes that should based on the technical support work and gain the development opportunity in the initial stage. According to the service theory of "all patients as the center" combines with economic and social benefits to analyze the specific circumstances of provincial and municipal hospitals, the functions location and development idea of clinical engineering department in all levels of hospital are researched respectively so that all work can be carried out smoothly and complete the important mission which hospital endow with the subject.
3.Research on type selection index of electronic chromoendoscopy system.

The technology of electronic chromoendoscopy consists of narrow band imaging (NBI) and fuji intelligent chromo endoscopy (FICE). The two skills help distinguish between normal mucous membrane and focal zone and raise the detecting rate between the abnormal proliferation and early cancer. Therefore, the exploring research for type selection index of the two technologies and systems will be beneficial to the choice of the highest cost-effective endoscopy system and to the avoidance of wasting resources. By comparing all the indexes, and with purpose of clinical usage, NBI system has advantage over the FICE system. But with purpose for scientific research, the FICE system will be the better choice.
