Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(06):-
Objective To explore the changes of CX3CR1 expressions in monocytes from the patients with different types of coronary heart diseases (CHD). Methods The expressions of CX3CR1 in monocytes were measured by direct immunofluorescence associated with flow cytometry (FCM) in 54 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) confirmed by coronary arteriography, 61 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), 20 normal individuals and 24 patients with chest pain syndrome (CPS). Gensini score system was utilized to quantitatively assess the coronary lesion in CHD patients. Finally, the correlation of CX3CR1 levels and Gensini scores was analyzed. Results CX3CR1 expressions in monocytes from the CHD patients were markedly higher than those in normal individuals (P
5.The effects of arsenic on histone modifications
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2016;(1):64-66
Arsenic is one of the important metalloid elements, which is widely distributed in nature. Arsenic can cause many health hazards. However, the toxic mechanisms of arsenic have not yet been fully understood. In recent years, many studies have shown that epigenetic regulation and control mechanism is associated with arsenic toxicity. Histone modification is an important epigenetic regulation and control mechanism, changes in its patterns may be one of the mechanisms by which arsenic alters the gene expression. We reviewed the effects of arsenic on regulation of histone methylation, acetylation, phosphorylation and ubiquitination.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(5):99-102
Objective To summarize and excavate technical points of acupoint application to intervene infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection based on literature; To provide basis for formulation the standard of the TCM featured therapy. Methods Articles about acupoint application to intervene infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection from CNKI platform (CNKI), Chinese science and technology journals database (VIP), Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), and Wanfang database were retrived by computers. The medicine, acupoints, the amount of stimulation and the timing for the treatment were analyzed. Results After systematic search, a total of 62 articles were included in the quantitative study, including 6547 patients. The main sticking medicine of 10 highest used rate were:Asari Radix et Rhizoma, Sinapis Semen, Kansui Radix, Corydalis Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Cortex, Astragali Radix, Atractylodix Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Anhelicae Dahuricae Radix, Caryophylli Flos, and Saposhnikoviae Radix, and most of them used ginger juice as anclliary medicine. The acupointwith the highest frequency was Feishu (99.03%), followed by Danzhong, Gaohang, Tiantu, Dingchuan, and Dazhui (28.59%–62.66%). The acupoint application was on the first days of the first, second and third of the three ten-day periods of the hot season, or the first days of the first ninth, the second ninth and the thrid ninth days during the winter time, one dosage for each day. The single sticking time was suggested as 2–4 hours each time (23.44%). Conclusion This study summarizes and evaluates the articles of acupoint application to intervene infantile recurrent respiratory tract standard formulation. infectionin recent years and summarizes the key technical points, which can provide references for clinical and standard formulation.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(19):1497-1500
Objective To explore the clinical and peripheral blood characteristics of childhood purulent meningitis complicated with subdural effusion. Methods A retrospective cohort chart review was performed. A total of 162 consecutive cases of purulent meningitis were identified in Shenzhen Children′s Hospital from January 2009 to De-cember 2013,all of them were divided into 2 groups according to whether complicating with subdural effusion, and the clinical characteristics of 2 groups were analyzed. The clinical characteristics were analyzed. The statistical data were determined by SPSS 17. 0 software. Results Forty-nine cases(30. 25%)of them were complicated with subdural effu-sion;and 37 cases (75. 5%)of them suffered from the disease in the first 10 days after the onset of the meningitis, and the incidence was 48. 84% (42 cases) in infancy. Fever, lethargy, seizures and bulging fontanelle were its common clinical signs, and there were no significant differences in the incidence between subdural effusion group and the control group(non-subdural effusion group),the white blood cell (WBC) count did not increase markedly and C-reactive pro-tein(CRP) was high in the subdural effusion group on the admission day(Z=1. 74,2. 10,all P<0. 05),but no differ-ence in platelet( PLT) . The PLT was high in the whole meningitis cohort, the ratio of cases whose PLT was higher than 300×109/L reached 93. 75%,but no difference between the 2 groups. There were many factors of WBC on admission, including age, cerebrospinal fluid culture results and the application of antibiotics before admission, but CRP was only affected by antibiotics. Conclusions Subdural effusion is common in infancy, and most occurred in the first 10 days af-ter onset of the meningitis. On admission day the CRP,was high, while WBC did not increase too much. If CRP rises for the second time it might predict the occurrence of subdural effusion in bacterial meningitis. The increased PLT may be considered as clinical feature of infectious diseases. The clinical implication of inflammatory pathophysiology in men-ingitis needs further investigation.

Chinese Circulation Journal 2017;32(2):153-155
Objective: To study the effect of levosimendan treatment in patients of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) with different heart fraction. Methods: A total of 145 DCM patients were enrolled, based on left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), the patients were divided into 3 groups: Mild heart failure (HF) group, the patients with LVEF≤45%,n=15, Moderate HF group, LVEF≤40%,n=58 and Severe HF group, LVEF≤30%,n=72. LVEF, left atrial diameter (LAD), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and blood levels of BNP were examined and compared at prior and 7 days after levosimendan treatment respectively. Results: Compared with prior treatment, fater7 days of levosimendan medication, LVEF was elevated at certain degree in all 3 groups, while the statistic improvement was only found in Severe HF group (26.06±3.59) % vs (24.79±2.81) %,P<0.05; LAD and LVEDD had no obvious changes with levosimendan medication in all 3 groups,P>0.05. After levosimendan treatment, blood levels of BNP were decreased in all 3 groups as in Mild HF group (604.80±631.87) pg/ml vs (1252.17±1435.39) pg/ml, Moderate HF group (2369.78±2478.59) pg/ml vs (3206.90±2677.15) pg/ml and Severe HF group (4879.63±5302.42) pg/ml vs (6004.46±5041.59) pg/ml, allP<0.05. The differences of BNP level between prior and after levosimendan treatment, the ratio for BNP reduction were similar among 3 groups, allP>0.05. Conclusion: Levosimendan may, in short term, improve the cardiac function in DCM patients with mild, moderate and severe HF with similar degree; while it could not really change the cardiac structure.
