Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(15):-
Objective To detect the serum level of C-reactive protein in the hypertension patients and analyze its relationship with the heart function impairment. Methods The hypertension patients who had no, or mild, or severe heart function impairment were selected and accordingly divided into 3 groups (n=26 in each group). Meanwhile another 26 healthy subjects served as normal controls. The heart function of all subjects were evaluated and scored according to heart function classified schedule published by New York Heart Disease Association (1928) and CRP levels were measured by scatter turbidimetry within 24 h after diagnosis. Results The scores of heart function for healthy patients and the hypertension patients without heart function impairment were within the normal range and their serum CRP levels were at the basic level. The scores and the serum CRP levels of the hypertension patients with mild heart function impairment were higher than that of healthy subjects and the hypertension patients without heart function impairment (P
2.Participation of Clinical Pharmacists in One Case of Drug-induced Liver Injury
China Pharmacist 2016;19(10):1930-1932
Objective:To analyze one case of drug-induced liver injury to provide reference for clinical pharmacists participating in the clinical practice. Methods: Through the participation in the diagnosis and therapy of one patient with drug-induced liver injury, clinical pharmacists found the correlation between the suspected drugs and the disease, which provided basis for the clinical diagnosis and therapy. Results:Clinical pharmacists actively assisted physicians by providing reasonable defining characteristics and drug therapy scheme for the patient free from drug interactions and adverse reactions. The function of the patient recovered after the treatment. Con-clusion:Clinical pharmacists participating in clinical practice can make use of pharmacy knowledge to search causes of diseases and optimize therapeutic scheme.
3.A study on high function binding site of HDAC1 in p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter region in breast cancer MCF-7 cells
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2017;33(3):317-321
Aim Toinvestigatethespecificbinding sites that HDAC1 can be recruited to regulate the tran-scriptional activity of p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter in the breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods ThebreastcancerMCF-7 cells in logarithmic growth phase were starved with FBS free medium for 24 hours, and treated with 20 μmol·L-1 SAHA(S group)or 0. 625 nmol·L-1 Leptin(L group)for 24 hours, and the cells that were cultured in the complete RPMI 1640 medium without any treatment were assigned as control group (B group). The DNA-ChIP was followed the manufactur-er′s protocol for the assay. The cell lysis was prepared and incubated with anti-HDAC1 antibody overnight at 4℃.DNA fragments binding anti-HDAC1 antibody were gathered and purified. The relative expression level of DNA fragments from TSS to the upstream of the p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter region(+2 ~-4000 bp)bind-ing with antibody was detected by Real-time PCR and analyzedby2-ΔΔCTmethod.Results InBgroup, HDAC1 had high affinity with the f1 and f 8 fragmentsof p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter compared to the other fragemts, and showed the highest affinity with the f8 fragment. In S group, the binding ability of HDAC1 to the f1 ~f10 fragment of p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter was sig-nificantly lower than that of the control. The binding activity of HDAC1 to f8 fragment was the lowest, while reversing to reach the peak after leptin treatment.Con-clusions HDAC1canberecruitedtop21WAF1/CIP1pro-moter by the cell proliferation signal during the prolifer-ation of breast cancer MCF-7 cells. The DNA fragment from -2800 to -3200 bp in the upstream of p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter is the target functional region for the binding with HDAC1 .
4.The protection effect of trimetazidine on patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(z1):1-3
To investigate the protection effect of trimetazidine on patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Collection in January 2005~2008 in my years in October inpatient and outpatient services and long-term use of trimetazidine in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy a total of 121 cases, divided by age:A group (the control group,59 people),B group ( treatment group,62 people),both groups with conventional medical treatment before and after treatment measured in fasting blood glucose,OGTT after 2 h blood glucose, blood lipids (total cholesterol, triglycerides),prothrombin time (PT),KPTT activation time (APTT),electrocardiogram QT dispersion,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, blood pressure, ejection fraction (EF),left ventricular fractional shortening (FS),and compared before and after treatment LVMI (left ventricular mass index) and RWT (relative Room wall thickness). The results compared with those before treatment,B group significantly improved clinical symptoms,EF and FS compared to no significant difference, lowering blood lipids, blood glucose decreased, compared with A group,B group electrocardiogram QT dispersion has improved,B group LVMI,RWT ,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein lower than the A group (P<0.05);conclusions trimetazidine supplement the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate the predictors of subjective well-being (SWB) in older adults. Methods: 236 old people in Beijing were assessed on 7 potential predictors chosen from 2 taxonomies of resources-internal vs. external and physical vs. psychological. Results: There was no relationship between age and SWB. Perceived social support, health status and general self-efficacy correlated significantly with subjective well-being(?=0.27,0.19,0.15); perceived social support, health status and general self-efficacy have direct impact on subjective well-being, perceived social support and health status have secondary impact on subjective well-being through the factor general self-efficacy as well. Conclusions:The external factors can influent the SWB both directly and indirectly.

9.Protective effect of omapatrilat on human umbilical vein endothelial cell injury induced by angiotensin Ⅱ in culture
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Aim To investigate the protective effects of omapatrilat on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) injury induced by angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) in culture. Methods Cultured HUVECs were randomly divided into 4 groups:①control; ②AngⅡ;③omapatrilat and ④AngⅡ+omapatrilat. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) leakage was evaluated by spectrophotometer and cell cycle by flow cytometry (FCM); Nitric oxide (NO) was measured by colorimetry and endothelin-1 (ET-1) by radioimmunoassay. Results 10 -7 mol?L -1 AngⅡ significantly increased LDH leakage and ET-1 release, and this increase was inhibited by omapatrilat (10 -6 mol?L -1). Omapatrilat promoted HUVECs proliferation and NO release. Conclusion Omapatrilat can protect human umbilical vein endothelial cells injury induced by angiotensin Ⅱ in culture, suggesting that it may play an important role in prevention and treatment of vascular diseases.
