Objective To prepare the paliperidone long-acting suspension for injection and study the quality of it.Methods The optimum formula was measured by using orthogonal design method regarding the content of paliperidone, Na-CMC,mannitol and the ground time as variable factors. Orthogonal design table L9 ( 34 ) was used in the experiment. The paliperidone long-acting suspension for injection was prepared by grinding the dispersion,and its quality was evaluated. Results The optimum prescription was as follows: using paliperidone 40 g, Na-CMC 15 g, mannitol 60 g, purified water 1 000 mL, appropriate amount of NaH2 PO4 and NaOH, and grinding for 1 h. Paliperidone long-acting suspension for injection was characterized by an average pH of 7. 0,and ratio of average sedimentation volume of 90. 3%. The suspension released smoothly within 1 h in vitro and achieved sustained release. The suspension was stable in a freeze-dried powder. Conclusion The preparation for paliperidone long-acting suspension for injection is simple and stable,which may be a novel drug delivery system.

Lentinan could enhance the proliferative response of the mouse spleen lymphocytes to FHA, LPS ( Lipopolysaccharides ) and MLR ( Mixed Lymphocyte Reaction ) in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner. At the concentration of 25M-g/ml, it had the most prominent effects and the enhancing rates were 42.1%, 24.1% and 27.1% respectively. At much higher or lower concentrations, however, it had almost no effects. But lentinan at 25H-g/ml could inhibit the prolifera-tire response to Con A ( Concanavalin A ) and the inhibitory action increased with the increase in the concentration. At the concentration of 200 p-g/ml, the inhibition rate was 52.2%.

It has been reported that bimolane can inhibit either humoral or cell-mediated immunological responses in vivo in mice & the inhibition of humoral immunity (by bimolane) is stronger than that of cellular immunity. Author investigated the influence of bimolane on the mitogen-induced mouse lymphocyte proliferation. Bimolane inhibited the lymphocyte proliferation induced by Con A(concana-valin A), PHA ( phy tohemagglutinin ) or LPS(lipopoiysaccharide) . Bimolane dose-dependently inhibited LPS-induced lymphocyte proliferation with remarkable inhibition at 1.56 mg/L bimolane. The inhibition of Con A-induced or PHA-induced lymphocyte proliferation by bimolane, however, began to appear at above 6.25 mg/L bimolane. The bimolane-mediated inhibition of the proliferation of the lymphocytes was not due to a nonspecific toxicity, because the preincubation of spleen cells with 25 mg/L bimolane for 24h did not make the cells died tested by trypanblau exclusion method.The data suggest that B lymphocytes are more sensitive to the bimolane-mediated inhibition than T lymphocytes.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo and tendency of the utilization of drug for bony metastasis cancer in our hospital. METHODS:The utilization of drug for bony metastasis cancer in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 was analyzed statistically. RESULTS:The total amount of the drug for bony metastasis cancer had been increasing. Pamidronate took up the first place of the consumption sum list and accounted for 80% of total consumption sum. Top one drug in the list of DDDs was domestical pamidronate. Utilization rate of disodium clodronate increased form 0.67% in 2006 to 31.68% in 2009. The order of DDC had not changed during 2006～2009. CONCLUSION:In recent year the drug for bony metastasis cancer has been rational and has become curative effect-oriented rather than price-oriented.

Ovarian cancer is sex hormone-Dependent.Gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues inhibit ovarian cancer not only through the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis, but also through directly inhibiting the proliferation and inducing the apoptosis via GnRH receptors on the ovarian carcinoma cells.In addition, GnRH analogues target GnRH receptors on the cancer cells and can serve as a carrier for cytotoxic agents, improving the efficiency of cytotoxic agents and lowering the side effect.In a word, treatment with GnRH analogues may be a valuable alternative for advanced and recurrent ovarian cancer.

To compare the postobturation pain and therapeutic effects in root canal therapy between two root canal filling materials: AH Plus and zinc oxide eugonol. Four hundred and twenty four teeth requiring root canal therapy were randomly divided into 2 groups: AH Plus ( trial group ) or zinc oxide eugonol ( control group) were used in treatment respectively. The pain intensity after treatment was evaluated by visual analogue scale. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by follow-up for 6 and 12 months. The pain intensity of trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group in 3rd and 7th day[8. 5% ( 18/212) vs. 15.6% (33/212),5.2% (11/212) vs. 14.6% (31/212),both P ＜0.05]. There were no significant differences in effictive rate between two groups after follow-up for 6 and 12 months[92. 5% ( 196/212) vs. 89. 6% ( 190/212 ) ,91.5% ( 194/212 ) vs. 88.7% ( 188/212 ), both P ＞ 0. 05]. AH Plus root canal filling paste used in root canal therapy can significantly decrease postoperative pain.

Objective To investigate the influence of ziprasidone combined with amend electric shock on the efficacy and metabolism of patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods According to random number table,86 cases with first-episode schizophrenia from July 2013 to July 2016 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were chosen and divided into observation group and control group.The patients in observation group were given ziprasidone combined with first-episode schizophrenia,the patients in control group were taken with olanzapine combined with first-episode schizophrenia.The PANSS total score,CGI score,total efficacy,adverse reaction,body mass index,glycometabolism,and lipid metabolism of two groups were observed and compared.Results The PANSS score,CGI score of two groups were all obvious decreased,which had no significant difference,the total efficacy of two groups had no significant difference;The TESS scores were all decreased,and the TESS score of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with before treatment,the BMI,fasting blood sugar,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high/low density lipoprotein and fasting insulin level of observation group after treatment had no obvious significant difference,while the BMI,fasting blood sugar,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,and fasting insulin levels of control group had obvious significant difference,and the BMI,fasting blood sugar,triglyceride,total cholesterol,and fasting insulin of observation group were obviously lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine and ziprasidone combined with amend electric shock have obvious efficacy on patients with first-episode schizophrenia,while the ziprasidone had lower adverse reaction and metabolic side effects,which is worth of clinical promotion and application.

Objective To further identify the isolated Mycoplasma genitalium (Mg) from the high risk population of STD in China. Mothods The morphology of Mg standard strains and clinical isolates were observed under electron microscopy (EM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Mg sample preparation for AFM was fixed on mica and AFM images of scanning observation were captured by contacting and tapping modes and operated under normal atmospheric pressure and temperature. Results and Conclusion Mg had a diversity of shapes, including flask, pear, spindle or round shape with projecting neck portion and slightly broadened terminal structure under EM. The morphologic features under AFM were similar to those observed by EM. The typical Mg showed shapes of flask and pear with noticeable narrow ring or mark in the neck portion. Objective To discuss the causes of diseases presenting vertigo as a chief complaint in patients in department of neurology of polyclinic and to compare the clinical features of these disease in order to draw the attention of the physicians to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)and posterior circulation ischenmia(PCI).Methods Prospective clinical study was carried out.Followed up outpatients (135)and inpatients(65)with a chief complaint of vertigo were followed up in the department of neurology, the second affiliated hospital of Harbin Medical University.Thorough history, especially the timing and duration of vertigo, provoking and aggravating factors, symptoms associated and risk factors for cerebrovascular were obtained.Physical examinations with special attention to neurologic systems and Dix- Hallpike maneuver were performed.Based on the history, the physical examination, Dix-Hallpike maneuver and special techniques, the diagnoses of 200 patients with vertigo was made.Two weeks after each patient' s first consultation, a follow-up was made.Results The main diagnoses for these 200 patients were BPPV (56.0%), PCI(21.5%), neurosis(13.0%), M?ni?re' s disease(2.5%), multiple sclerosis (1.0%), probably cervical disease(1.0%), acoustic neuroma(1.0%), labyrinthine apoplexy(1.0%), brainstem hemorrhage(0.5%), vestibular neuronitis(0.5%), cerebellum cyst(0.5%), unknown causes (1.5%).Such clinical features of the diseases with vertigo, as age, vertigo duration, and provoking factors, associated symptoms, risk factors, the physical examinations, the treatment and so on were summed up.Conclusions Presentations of vertigo can be clinically diagnosed in most cases, with a larger number of patients suffering from BPPV.Combination of these prominent clinical features may guide the general physicians to the likely causes of vertigo.
