Objective:To summarize the drug repercussion data in outpatient pharmacy and analyze the reasons to provide sugges-tions for the improvement. Methods: The information was collected from the hospital information system ( HIS) during January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2015, including drug name, category, quantity, amount, reasons for drug repercussion and the other statisti-cal data. Results:During the three years, the number of prescription drugs, amount of money and varieties of drug repercussion were increased. The most common reasons for drug repercussion were the other reasons, withdrawn by doctors and the request of patients. The sum of drug repercussion was positively correlated with the drug price and the amount of drug repercussion. Conclusion:The op-tion simplicity for drug repercussion in HIS is the main reason for drug repercussion bythe other reasons. The occurrence of drug re-percussion should be intervened by such methods as gradually improving the HIS, establishing intervention measures, enhancing the professional quality of pharmacists and so on.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(25):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare aciclovir multivesicular liposomes of high encapsulation efficiency and good stability. METHODS: Aciclovir multivesicular liposomes were prepared by multiple emulsion method. The preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment with entrapment efficiency as index and the amount of lubricant glyceryl trioleate (A),drug/lipid ratio (B),pH of buffer solution (C) and the amount of tween-80 (D) as factors. The concentration of the aciclovir was determined by the UV spectrophotometry and the entrapment efficiency of the aciclovir multivesicular liposomes was computed. The change of the entrapment efficiency of the optimized preparations within 7 days in different conditions was investigated and the leaking rate was computed. RESULTS: The optimal technology was as follows: A 0.50 g,B 5∶150,C 6.5 and D 0.40 g. The entrapment efficiency of the aciclovir multivesicular liposomes was 85.82% and the leaking rate was 5.84% within 7 days under common temperature. CONCLUSIONS: The preparation technology of the aciclovir multivesicular liposomes is simple and the preparation is of high entrapment efficiency and good stability under common temperature.

This study aimed at comparing the United States, Britain, Australia, the Netherlands and China’s national performance evaluation, and sum up the experience to provide a theoretical basis for the China’s development of hospital performance evaluation system. The study found that China needs to consider the patient's perspective, to establish a fixed third-party performance evaluation agencies, establish an effective incentive mechanism and feedback mechanism and combine a variety of assessment methods in the development of hospital performance evaluation index system.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2011;46(8):605-609
Objective To investigate protective effects and mechanism of folic acid on brain neural cells in preeclampsia rat model. Methods Adult pregnant Wistar rats were randonly divided into 4 groups (n = 10 in each group).Rats in model group were injected intraperitoneally with homocysteine (Hcy,200 mg · kg-1 · d-1) daily and were injected subcutaneously every other day with monosodium glutamate (MSG,1 g · kg-1 · 48 h-1) from the 10th day of pregnancy to establish the model of preeclampsia. Lowdose folic acid (low dose group 10 ng · kg-1· d-1) and high-dose folic acid (high dose group 20 mg · kg-1 · d-1 ) were given intragastric administration with folic acid tablets dissolved in saline daily at the same time of establishing model.Rats in control group were injected or intragastric administration with the same dose of saline as above up to the 20th day of pregnancy.Brain tissue was fixed on the 20th day of pregnancy, so was that plasma folic acid was measured with automatic electro-chemiluminescence.Rats' immunohistochemical staining.bcl-2 mRNA and protein expression changes were observed by using reverse transcription(RT) -PCR and western blot. Results ( 1 ) Plasma folate concentrations were ( 39.5 ± 3.4 )nmol/L in low dose group and (40.1 ±5.4) nmol/L in high dose group, which were all significantly higher than (26.9 ± 6.7 ) nmol/L in model group( P < 0.01 ).Plasma folate in low dose and high dose group did not show significant difference( P > 0.05 ); ( 2 ) Apoptosis cell were 48.2 ± 9.1 in low dose group and 44.7 ±8.3 in high dose group, which were significantly lower than 75.8 ± 10.1 in model group (P<0.01).However, apoptosis cell in low dose and high dose group did not show significant difference( P >0.05 ) ;(3 )significant difference( P > 0.05 ); (4) bcl-2 mRNA and protein expression were 0.98 ± 0.49 and 0.89 ±0.52 in low dose group and 0.95 ± 0.38 and 0.92 ± 0.47 in high dose group which was significantly higher than 0.62 ± 0.20 and 0.45 ± 0.37 in model group ( P < 0.01 ); bcl-2 expression in low dose and high dose group showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ).Conclusions Folic acid has a protective role on neural activation and promoting bcl-2 gene and protein expression.

Journal of China Medical University 2015;(7):602-605
Objective To investigate the effect of ethanol on level of the main hippocampal subtype of muscarinic receptor(M1)in mice, and evalu?ate whether the content change on this receptor could be linked with alterations in cognition,so as to further reveal the mechanism of brain damage in?duced by ethanol. Methods Sixty female mice were randomly divided into four groups. The model mice were induced by intragastric administration of ethanol at dose of 8%,16%,and 32%respectively of 0.2 mL/10 g for 8 weeks according to the protocol, and control group were treated with intra?gastric administration of distilled water. The capability of learning and memory were examined by Morris water maze, and ELISA method was used to measure the M1 receptor content in hippocampus in each group of mice. Results Compared with first day,the mean escape latency period on the fifth day was significantly shortened in each group. There was no significant difference between ethanol and control group for the mean escape latency period on the fifth day. Compared with the control group, the active time in the target quadrant was significantly shortened in 16%and 32%ethanol group. M1 receptor content in hippocampus formation was significantly decreased in all the ethanol group mice. The ethanol concentration was nega?tive correlated with the M1 receptor content. Conclusion Chronic alcoholism can induce the memory impairment in mice, which might be associat?ed with the low level of M1 receptor subtype in hippocampus of mice.
