2.Study on the inflammed fenomena and the cervical cell changes of 1520 women from 16-49 years old at 8 villages of Ha Tay province
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;456(7):25-27
150 slides of vaginal sample of married women aged 16-49 years old at 8 village of Ha Tay province were investigated. In 51.6% of subjects, there is not pathological manifestation in 48.3% - inflammative damages, then 38.6% with chronical manifestation and 12.6% with acute PaP1 account for 62.6%, PaP2: 24.5% and PaP3: 0.13%. There is not any cancerous damage. Hygiene condition, obstetrical history and venerological diseases were factors related to inflammative state and cervix cell morphology change

3.Renal interstinal tissue lesion in glomerulopathy with primary nephrotic syndrome in adults patients
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;458(8):23-24
From 1996 to 2000, 73 samples of renal biopsy in patients >16 years old with glomerulonephritis and nephrotic syndrome were study on light microscopy. Results: the rate of minimal change glomerulopathy was highest (72.6%), then was the rate of diffuse mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (20.6%). The rates of focal segmental glomerulonephritis, membranous proliferative glomerulonephritis, and membranous glomerulonephritis in this study were lower than the other studies. The changes in minimal change glomerulopathy are glomerular basement membrane thickened irregularly, widening and effacement of the visceral epithelial cell foot processes

4.Identification of Descurainia sophia and Plantago asiatica by HPCE and PCR Assay
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPCE and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay for identification of Descurainia sophia and Plantago asiatica.METHODS: PCR products of D. sophia and P.asiatica were analyzed by capillary tube (60 cm?75 ?m), taking 30 mmol?L-1 sodium tetraborate decahydrate (pH 9.2) as run buffer. The injection sample was performed by high pressure of 5 s at a separation voltage of 12 kV and with UV detection wavelength of 254 nm. RESULTS: PCR products of D. sophia and P. asiatica were separated by HPCE rapidly and accurately. The significant differences were noted in electrophoregram between PCR products of D. sophia and P. asiatica.CONCLUSION: This method is simple, rapid and sensitive for identification of D.sophia and P. asiatica.
8.Anticancer effect of crocin
Journal of International Oncology 2012;(12):910-912
Crocin is a chemical extraction from saffron and it is the most important kind of pigment of saffron.Recently, the research on cervical cancer, bladder cancer, leukemia, tongue squamous cell carcinoma, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer shows that crocin has a role in inducing apoptosis of the tumor cells by activating caspase-3,regulating the ratio of bcl-2/bax and repressing the expression of survivin.Crocin has a strong inhibitory effect on tumor proliferation by inducing cell cycle to arrest through down-regulating the expression of cyclin D1 and up-regulating the expression of p27kip1.Crocin can also exert antitumor effects by liposome encapsulation to enhance cytotoxic effect.Crocin is a kind of effective chemical for tumor treatment and prevention with no significant toxico-and by-effect in vivo, and is likely to be used as an anticancer drug clinically in the future.

Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture in patient with facial neuritis with different degrees of injury.Methods:60 patients with facial neuritis were divided into two groups on the basis of wave amplitude of injured side to normal side:≥30% group and
10.In vitro study of Api6 expression in lipid loading and inflammatory macrophages
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:Apoptosis inhibitor 6(Api6),also known as AIM(Apoptosis Inhibitor expressed by Macrophage)or SP?(Soluble Protein alpha),is a newly defined member of the group B scavenger receptor cysteine-rich(SRCR)superfamily.Previous studies have suggested its important roles in immune system regulation, but the involvement of Api6 in lipid metabolism is seldomly studied. Methods:The aim of this study was to define the expression pattern of Api6 in lipid loading and inflammatory macrophages. The human monocyte/macrophage lineage THP-1 cells and murine Raw264.7 macrophages were incubated in the presence of 100 ?g/ml oxidized low-density lipoprotein(oxLDL)alone,LDL plus 200 ng/ml lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and LPS alone. Results:Foam cell formation after treatment was evidenced by oil red O staining.Real-time PCR results showed that after LPS or oxLDL treatment, the mRNA levels of Scavenger receptor SRA were increased 6-fold,2.5-fold and 6-fold,44-fold in Raw264.7 cells and THP-1 cellls respectively, but the expression of Api6 in Raw264.7 did not change. The mRNA levels of Api6 increased 2.7-fold after LPS and oxLDL treatment in THP-1 cells. Conclusion:The expression levels of Api6 in these macrophages were highly related to the presence of nuclear receptor liver X receptor(LXR)isoform LXR?.This study revealed that due to the lack of LXR? isoform, the basic expression level of Api6 was low in Raw264.7 macrophages, that makes it an ideal cell line for further study related to pathophysiological function of Api6 in lipid metabolism.
