1.Study on the inflammed fenomena and the cervical cell changes of 1520 women from 16-49 years old at 8 villages of Ha Tay province
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;456(7):25-27
150 slides of vaginal sample of married women aged 16-49 years old at 8 village of Ha Tay province were investigated. In 51.6% of subjects, there is not pathological manifestation in 48.3% - inflammative damages, then 38.6% with chronical manifestation and 12.6% with acute PaP1 account for 62.6%, PaP2: 24.5% and PaP3: 0.13%. There is not any cancerous damage. Hygiene condition, obstetrical history and venerological diseases were factors related to inflammative state and cervix cell morphology change

2.Renal interstinal tissue lesion in glomerulopathy with primary nephrotic syndrome in adults patients
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;458(8):23-24
From 1996 to 2000, 73 samples of renal biopsy in patients >16 years old with glomerulonephritis and nephrotic syndrome were study on light microscopy. Results: the rate of minimal change glomerulopathy was highest (72.6%), then was the rate of diffuse mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (20.6%). The rates of focal segmental glomerulonephritis, membranous proliferative glomerulonephritis, and membranous glomerulonephritis in this study were lower than the other studies. The changes in minimal change glomerulopathy are glomerular basement membrane thickened irregularly, widening and effacement of the visceral epithelial cell foot processes

3.Neuromuscular blocking agents in acute respiratory distress syndrome
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2014;21(12):747-751
Neuromuscular blocking agents are widely used in ICU.It is an assistant treatment for nearly 25% to 55% patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).But there is controversy about the use of neuromuscular blocking agents in patients with ARDS.This review aim to discuss the use of neuromuscular blocking agents in patients with ARDS.
4.The effect of telmisartan on the plasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients with permanent cardiac pacing
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(13):8-10
Objective To investigate the effect of telmisartan on the plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with permanent cardiac pacing. Methods According to the method of simple random numbers,106 patients with permanent cardiac pacing were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. All patients received implanted operation of permanent pacemaker. The study group was given telmisartan tablets,1 time a day,1 tablet each time, until the end of follow-up.The control group was given valsartan. The plasma BNP was measured by the immunofluorescent assay before administration and at the end of follow-up.In addition, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cardiac index (CI) was determined by echocardiography. Results The plasma BNP in two groups was lower than 100 ng/L before administration. At the end of follow-up,the plasma BNP changed slightly in study group, but increased in control group, and the plasma BNP in control group was higher than that in study group [(105.67 ± 15.64) ng/L vs.(73.23 ± 10.56) ng/L],and there was significant difference (P < 0.05).LVEF and CI was stable within the normal range before administration and at the end of follow-up in study group [(58 ± 4)% vs.(59 ± 5)%,(3.58 ± 0.32) L/(min· m2) vs.(3.56 ± 0.26) L/(min· m2)].LVEF and CI at the end of follow-up in control group was decreased compared with that before administration[(49 ± 3)% vs.(56 ± 3)%,(2.97 ± 0.26) L/(min· m2) vs.(3.62 ± 0.29) L/(min· m2)],which was lower than that in study group[(49 ± 3)% vs.(59 ±5)%,(2.97 ±0.26) L/(min·m2) vs.(3.56 ±0.26) L/(min·m2)],and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions Telmisartan can delay the increase of the plasma BNP in patients with permanent cardiac pacing, delay the onset of symptoms of heart failure, and improve the quality of life.So early administration of telmisartan is recommended for the patients with permanent cardiac pacing.
5.The Use of the Contrast Medium in Abdomen CT Scanning
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1988;0(03):-
The expxprience of 8 thousand cases using contrast medium in abdomen CT scanning were reported. The results showed that it was more suitable for selecting 76% Urografin. The best oral concentration was 1.5%.In abdomen scanning intramuscular injection 654-2 conventionally could improve the image quality. The rectum and sigmoid region scanning should use tee contraast medium through the anus.Vein injection rapidly(bolus)was a best vein contrast method. When visualing badly after bolus or needing observe vessels of contin- uous several sections, continuous bolus method was used.while delay scanning was often used in defining nature of angioma.
6.Effect of Paracrine Function of Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Diabetic Nephropathy
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(10):130-133
Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the severe chronic complications of diabetes, and has become an important contributing factor of end-stage renal disease and increased mortality of diabetes.DN pathogenesis is complicated, involving many factors working together.Regenerative medicine based on stem cells for the treatment of DN brings new hope. The mechanism of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) improving DN development get more and more attention,in this paper,we will talk about MSCs in improving DN through paracrine effect, hope it will provide the new mentality for the treatment of DN.
7.Determination of the Content of Icariin in Liuweixianshenzhi Tablets With HPLC
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of icariin in Liuweixianshenzhi tablets METHODS:The detecting conditions of HPLC were as follows:C18 column;mobile phase,methanol-0 1mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate(60∶40);flow rate,1ml/min;detecting wavelength 270nm RESULTS:The calibration curve revealed linearity in the range of 0 12~0 83?g/ml(r=0 9 997) The mean recovery was 100 2% and the repeatability was satisfactory(RSD=0 71%) CONCLUSION:This detecting method is simple, rapid and satisfactory in repeatability, and can be used for quality control of Liuweixianshenzhi tablets
8.Effect of evidence-based medicine on the treatment of cardiovascular disease
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1998;0(11):-
Evidence based medicine is not quite the same as traditional medicine, as the former stresses the combination of evidence and doctors experience, failure to achieve which will be disadvantageous to patients. In recent years, evidence based medicine has been growing silently in China. At present the ideology of evidence based medicine is being widely applied to the treatment of cardiovascular disease, including hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial infarction, etc. and the regulation of fat metabolism. Some medications harmful to patients have been discarded and curative effects have been improved. Of course, there are still some shortcomings. Yet evidence based medicine has also exerted an effect on people in the medical circle and the making of medical decisions.
