Objective To study the curative effect and mechanism of moxibustion on heat-sensitive acupoints combined with Erwei Badu Powder in the treatment of elderly herpes zoster (HZ) with type of stagnant heat of liver channel. Methods Sixty-five patients with HZ were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (30 cases). Two groups were orally given Longdan Xiegan Decoction and aciclovir conventionally, the treatment group was given moxibustion additionally on heat-sensitive acupoints combined with Erwei Badu Powder, and the control group was only given external application of Erwei Badu Powder for 10 days. The symptom scores, levels of T lymphocyte subsets and serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) were observed before and after treatment, the curative effect was evaluated, and PHN was followed up. Results The effective rate was 85.71%(30/35) in the treatment group and 66.67%(20/30) in the control group. The curative effect of treatment group surpassed the control group (P<0.05). Incidence of PHN was lower (P<0.01). The levels of CD4, CD4/CD8, and IL-2 increased and the level of CD8 decreased significantly in two groups compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). All indexes were better in the treatment group than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of moxibustion on heat-sensitive acupoints combined with Erwei Badu Powder in treatment of elderly HZ is better than that of Erwei Badu Powder only, particularly in reducing the occurrence of PHN, improving neuralgia and insomnia. The mechanism may be related to increasing levels of CD4, CD4/CD8 and IL-2, and improvement of body’s cell-mediated immunity.

Objective To examine the application value of reticulocyte hemoglobin content (CHr)for diagnosing iron deficiency in premenopausal women. Methods The levels of CHr,hemoglobin (Hb), mean cellular volume(MCV),red cell distribution width (RDW) were measured on the ADVIA 120 (Bayer Diagnostics) automated hematology analyzer.Transferrin saturation (TS) and ferritin (SF) were measured on chemistry analyzer. Results CHr in iron deficiency without anemia group were significantly lower than that in the healthy control group (P<0.01)and significantly higher than that in iron deficiency anemia group(P<0.01).CHr in anemia of chronic disease group were significantly higher than that in iron deficiency anemia group(P<0.01).Receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC) analysis in diagnosis of iron dificiency without anemia demonstrated that the area under the curve for CHr,SF,RDW,MCV,Hb were 0.872,0.798,0.721,0.713,0.677,respectively (P<0.01).So CHr has a better overall sensitivity than SF,Hb,MCV and RDW in the diagnosis of iron deficiency without anemia.ROC also showed that the area under the curve for Hb,RDW,CHr,SF and MCV was 1.000,0.969,0.958,0.953 and 0.926,respectively (P<0.01) in iron deficiency anemia. Conclusion CHr is the early and sensitive predictor of iron deficiency in premenopausal women, especially for the diagnosis of iron deficiency without anemia.

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical curative effect and safety of topiramate, carbamazepine and sodium valproate on the epilepsy secondary to encephalitis.Methods:80 cases of patients with epilepsy secondary to encephalitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2015 were selected and divided into the topiramate group, carbamazepine group and sodium valproate group, which were treated with topiramate, carbamazepine and sodium valproate respectively. The treatment effect, congnitive scores (including executive function and visual space, name, language, abstract, attention, delayed memory, directional),adverse reaction rate of three groups were compared. Results:The effective rate oftopiramate group was the highest(80.65%,25/31),carbamazepine was the lowest (70.00%,21/30),but there was no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of executive ability and visual spatial, naming, abstraction, attention, orientation, language in topiramate group were significantly higher than those of carbamazepine group and sodium valproate group (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of topiramate group was 12.90%,which was significantly lower than that of carbamazepine group (36.67%) and sodium valproate group (29.62%)(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Topiramate,carbamazepine and sodium valproate have equal therapeutic effect on epilepsy secondary to encephalitis, but topiramate had less adverse reactions and best safety.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
The rapid deployment flow for medical support unit of health-care train is discussed in the aspect of personnel spot-training with carriage. A handbook is compiled for loading and unloading health-care train's equipment. A series of methods and processes are put forward based on the principle of " fixed type of equipment, fixed person for loading or unloading, fixed position, fixed operation steps", which provides a possibility for rapid deployment flow at medical support unit.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective To explore optimized procedures and science decision-making methods for the triage in sanitary train and improve efficiency. Methods The work condition of triage was evaluated with queuing theory and mathematical models. Results The work of triage needs to be further optimized. The M/M/n model of queuing theory can improve efficiency, and then waiting-time that from triage site to specifically sickbed can be shorten consumedly. Conclusion The application and assistance decision on queuing theory in the triage can optimize organization plan and enhance work efficiency.

Objective:To investigate the Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback non motor symptoms on clinical effects and serum levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α of Parkinson's disease.Methods:84 cases of Parkinson's disease in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group were treated with EMG and EEG biofeedback, while the experimental group were treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group. Then the serum levels of C reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),the non motor symptoms questionnaire (NMSQuest),Parkinson's disease Sleep Scale (PDSS) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment. Results:Compared with before treatment, the serum levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α,the NMSQuest and HAMD in the two groups decreased after the treatment, while the PDSS score increased, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the serum levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α,NMSQuest and HAMD in the experimental group were lower, while the PDSS score was higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback can reduce the serum levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in patients with Parkinson's disease, which has better clinical effect on the non motor symptoms.
