2.Expression and clinical significance of inflammatory factors IL - l beta and IL -13 in ulcerative colitis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2019;26(6):684-686
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of inflammatory factors IL - l beta and IL - 13 in ulcerative colitis. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,120 patients with ulcerative colitis in the Fourth People's Hospital of Liaocheng were selected as observation group. During the same period, 120 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The serum levels of IL - l and IL - 13 were detected by ELLSA method in the two groups. Results The serum IL - l level in the observation group was (192. 3 ± 23. 6)ng/ L,which was significantly higher than (169. 8 ± 20. 3)ng/ L in the control group (t = 8. 234,P = 0. 025). The serum level of IL- 13 in the observation group was (869. 5 ± 56. 8)ng/ L,which was significantly lower than (893. 2 ± 52. 1)ng/ L in the control group (t = 5. 957,P = 0. 036). In the observation group, the serum IL - l level in the severe patients was (159. 8 ± 21. 6)ng/ L,which was significantly higher than that in the mild and moderate patients (F = 16. 931,P =0. 018). In the observation group, the serum IL -13 level in the severe patients was (1132. 5 ±142. 3)ng/ L,which was significantly lower than that in the mild and moderate patients (F = 15. 049,P = 0. 022). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of serum IL - l beta and IL - 13 in the observation group was negatively correlated ( r =- 0. 547,P = 0. 036). Conclusion The serum IL - l beta and IL - 13 levels in peptic ulcer patients with different severity has different degrees of expression, which can be used as the detection index of patients with peptic ulcer, and can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis of peptic ulcer.

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Puerarin(葛根素) and naloxone((纳洛酮)) in treatment for traumatic cerebral infarction(TCI).Methods: Fiftytwo patients with TCI were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=28,9 cases with simple TCI and 19 cases with TCI complicated with cerebral contusion and intracranial hemorrhage) and control group(n=24,7 cases with simple TCI and 17 cases with TCI complicated with cerebral contusion and intracranial hemorrhage). The therapeutic effects were compared between two groups. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group(82.14%) was significantly higher than that in control group(62.50%,?~2=6.44,P

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(7):558-560
Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) infection rate is increasing these years. The incidence of related diseases subsequently rose.Hp infection can not only cause digestive diseases, but also lead to idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP),iron deficiency anemia, and indigestion etc.which can affect the growth and nutritional health of children.H.pylori has become a global issue, both international and domestic colleagues have reached a consensus on treatment for adults.According to the new conscnsus, the aim of this article is to study the diagnosis and treatment options for children with Hp infection.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of a rapid one-step test for the detection of Helicobacter pylori antigen in stool samples. Methods 13C-urea breath test (13C-UBT) and rapid urease being taken as “gold standard”, Helicobacter pylori stool antigen (HpSA) was detected with Atlas rapid one-step test among patients with syndromes in upper alimentary tract. These patients were divided into two groups. One was pretreatment group that included 62 cases and the other one was post-treatment group with 42 cases. Results In pretreat_ment group, there were 24 Hp positive cases and 38 negative ones according to the golden standard, 27 positive and 35 negative according to one-step HpSA assay, and the sensitivity and specificity was 100% and 92% respectively; In post-treatment group, 15 positive and 27 negative according to the golden standard, 19 positive and 23 negative according to one-step HpSA assay, and the sensitivity and specificity 93%and 81% respectively; the total sensitivity and specificity was 97% and 88% respectively. Conclusions HpSA rapid one-step test has good sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of Hp infection and judgment of Hp eradication.

AIM:To optimize the technical parameters indica-daisy dropping pill(Flos chrysanthemi indici) through controlling the influencing factors. METHODS:To take weight variation of pills, comprehensive quality and disintegration time limited as index, the above factors were observed by orthogonal test. RESULTS:Good technological parameters of indica-daisy dropping pill were as follows PEG6000∶PEG400=54∶6 as matrix, dimethicone as refrigerant.Temperature of drug fluids of 70 ℃,internal and external diameter of dropper within 6.2 mm and 9.0 mm,proportion of drug and matrix(1∶3),30 dropping per minute. The weight variation of pills was small, type quality was good and disintegration time limited was short. The water absorbability was smaller than that of granules. CONCLUSION:The finished products are of good quality and appropriate for mass production.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2015;48(11):782-786
Objective To evaluate the effects of ultraviolet A (UVA) on autophagy in human skin fibroblasts (HSFs).Methods Cultured HSFs were randomly divided into chronic and acute UVA radiation groups.HSFs in the chronic UVA radiation groups were irradiated with UVA at 5,10 and 20 J/cm2 separately once a day for 4 consecutive days, with HSFs receiving no radiation serving as the chronic radiation control group;HSFs in the acute UVA radiation groups received a single session of radiation with 5,10,30 and 60 J/cm2 UVA separately, with HSFs receiving no radiation serving as the acute radiation control group. After additional culture for different durations, methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay was performed to evaluate the proliferative activity of HSFs,monodansylcadaverin (MDC) staining to determine autophagy levels, and Western blot analysis to track the conversion of the microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain-3 (LC3)-Ⅰ to LC3-Ⅱ.Statistical analysis was carried out by using one-way analysis of variance followed by Students-Newman-Keuls (SNK) test for multiple-group comparisons and by the independent sample t test for two-group comparisons. Results The cellular proliferative activity significantly decreased in the 3 chronic radiation groups at 1 hour after the final UVA radiation compared with the chronic radiation control group (F =155.5,P < 0.05),and in the 4 acute radiation groups at 1,6 and 12 hours after UVA radiation compared with the acute radiation control group (F =1 335,1 649,2 774,all P < 0.05).MDC staining showed that the autophagy levels in HSFs significantly increased in the 3 chronic radiation groups after UVA radiation compared with the chronic radiation control group (F =748.62,P > 0.05),but showed no significant changes in any of the acute radiation groups at 1,6 or 12 hours after UVA radiation compared with the acute radiation control group (F =0.014,0.004,0.002,all P > 0.05).The ratio of LC3-Ⅱ to LC3-Ⅰ was significantly elevated in all the 3 chronic radiation groups at 1 hour after UVA radiation compared with the chronic radiation control group (t =9.002,21.772,18.33,all P < 0.05),but experienced no obvious changes in any of the acute radiation groups at 1,6 or 12 hours after UVA radiation compared with the acute radiation control group (F =0.13,0.27,0.06,all P > 0.05).Conclusion Chronic UVA radiation can upregulate autophagy levels in HSFs,but acute UVA radiation has no evident effects on it.
