Policy background and stakeholder theory were elaborated. It could be concluded that the key stakeholders of the policy were residents, training hospitals, healthcare administrators, primary healthcare institutions and patients of such institutions.Through analysis of these stakeholders, effects on the interests of all parties were investigated and strategies to improve feasibility of the policy were put forward. Two key points were suggested for such policy goals.First,top-level policies should be designed and be effectively implemented.Second, conversion of the residents from permanent hospital employees to “contractors”or“ freelancers”.

Objective: To obtain monoclonal antibodies against putative protein X4 of SARS-CoV for further study of the structure and function of protein X4. Methods: Balb/c mice were immunized with recombinant Protein X4, hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies against protein X4 were screened by regular cell fusion and subcloning approach. The specificities of these monoclonal antibodies were determined by Western blotting and Immunofluorescecence assay. Results: Three hybridoma cell lines (8A5, 8H6 and 4A2) stable in secreting specific monoclonal antibodies were successfully obtained. They could bind specifically to protein X4 proved by Western blotting. All of them belonged to the IgG2a isotype proved by antigen mediated ELISA. Indirect Immunofluorescence assay indicated that they could specifically bind to protein X4 expressed in SARS-CoV infected Vero E6 cells. Conclusion: Monoclonal antibodies of high specificity against protein X4 have been successfully prepared, which laid the foundation for the further study of protein X4.

Objective: To study the expression and localization of apoptosis-related protein TFAR19 in TF-1 cells undergoing apoptosis. Methods: Using monoclonal antibody against TFAR19, the expression level and cell localization of TFAR19 were examined by fluorescence microscope, confocal laser scan microscope(CLSM) and flow cytometry. Simultaneously, we also analyzed the relationship of TFAR19 protein with phosphatidylserine (PS) externalization and cell nuclear DNA fragmentation. Results: The level of TFAR19 proteins expressed in TF-1 cells treated with GM-CSF withdrawal was significantly increased compared with normal TF-1 cells, then translocated rapidly from cytoplasm to the nucleus of cells. Appearance of TFAR19 in the nucleus of apoptotic cells preceded the detection of PS externalization and DNA fragmentation. Conclusion: Nuclear translocation of TFAR19 protein is one of the earliest events of cell apoptotic process. These data provided a new clue to further approach to the biological function of TFAR19 and study of cell apoptosis.

Objective To determine the expression and distribution of Disabled-2(Dab2) in normal human adrenal glands, and further to study the expression of Dab2 in tissues of different adrenocortical adenomas, and to elucidate whether Dab2 can be a specific molecular marker in the pathology of primary aldosteronism. Methods Real-time PCR and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect Dab2 expression in 10 aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA) samples, 8 cortisol-producing adenoma ( CPA) samples, 8 non-functioning adenoma ( NFA) samples and 6 normal adrenal samples. Results Immunohistochemical staining showed that Dab2 was significantly highly expressed in zona glomerulosa of normal human adrenal glands. Sporadical cluster of ZG cells with moderate Dab2 staining were demonstrated in APAs. In all CPA and NFA tumors, weak dab2 staining was detected. According to the results of real-time PCR, Dab2 mRNA expression was increased significantly in APAs compared with normal adrenal glands. There was no significant difference between normal adrenal glands, CPAs, and NFAs in regard to Dab2 mRNA expression. Compared to nontumor portions, APAs also showed higher Dab2 mRNA expression in the tumor( P<0. 05). Conclusion Dab2 was predominantly localized in zona glomerulosa in normal adrenal gland. Increased Dab2 mRNA expression was detected in APAs compared with normal adrenal glands. Whereas, Dab2 protein expression was just moderate increased in APAs. Weather Dab2 can be a specific molecular marker in the pathology of primary aldosteronism has to be further studied.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji (EX-B2) points plus behavioral intervention in treating cervical spondylosis. Method The cervical spondylosis patients were randomized into two groups at a ratio of 3:1, 90 cases in the electroacupuncture group and 30 cases in the medication group. The patients who received electroacupuncture were also given cupping and behavioral intervention (raising head for 1 min every 20-30 min and correcting sleep habits). The clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the symptoms and body signs assessment scale. Result Respectively after 4-week, 8-week, 4-month and 6-month treatments, the clinical control rate, markedly control rate and total effective rate in the electroacupuncture group were significantly higher than that in the medication group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Jiaji points plus behavioral intervention is an effective solution to prevent and treat cervical spondylosis.

A group of 19 referred hypertensive patients were diagnosed to have primary aldosteronism(PA) with inconclusive computed tomography scan results.Adrenal vein sarmpling (AVS) was performed in all patients.AVS was successful in 16 cases but failed in 3 cases.According to the results of AVS and postoperative pathology,8 cases were diagnosed as aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA) and unilateral adrenal hyperplasia (UAH),and the other 8 cases were diagnosed as idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA).In conclusion,AVS is one of the most crucial methods in typing diagnosis of PA.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2000;8(2):81-84
A new apoptosis-related gene TFAR19 was recently cloned. A primary functional analysis indicates its role in the apoptotic process of TF-1 cells. To clarify TFAR19 was involved in which apoptotic pathway, the changes in TFAR19 expression were observed during the apoptotic processes of Jurkat cells induced with various methods: serum deprivation, VP-16 treatment and Fas McAb activation. Then TFAR19 expression in Jurkat cells was detected with flow cytometry and Western blot, and TFAR19 mRNA with RT-PCR. Our results showed that expression of TFAR19 in Jurkat cells was increased at 12 hours after serum deprivation, 2 hours after VP-16 treatment and 2 hours after Fas McAb activation, respectively. These observations suggested that TFAR19 was involved in the apoptotic process of Jurkat cells induced with serum deprivation, DNA destruction and death receptor activation. It might take effect in the early apoptotic process. TFAR19 is a participant of the "final common pathway" in the apoptotic pathway.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2017;41(4):255-258
Amblyopia is the common disease in the children's growth. There are some disadvantages in traditional treatment to amblyopia, such as poor compliance, easily leading to the healthy eye eyesight problem, the poor recovery of binocular and stereoscopy vision, etc. This paper put forward a new individual amblyopia treatment system to solve these problems. It combined pattern reversal visual evoked potential (P_VEP) feedback and dichoptic training theory and then developed the EEG data acquisition and synchronized trigger circuit using and I/O data col ecting card, realized the raw EEG signal real-time sampling, extracted VEP waveform from the raw EEG data by using digital filtering algorithm, average superposition algorithm and wavelet an lgorithm, finally, the latency and peak of P_VEP wave shape were accurately measured. This system also present an individual treatment solution based on dichoptic training model by searching and obtaining the best spatial frequency of the treatment training picture and combining with 3D display technology.
