Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 1983;0(03):-
The urinary noradrenaline (NA) and adrenaline (A) were determined by means of fluorometric assay with double wavelength technique in 12 volunteers who were asked to run over a distance of 800 m with moderate speed. The ereatinine concentration in urine was also monitored and taken to estimate the excreting function of kidney during exercise. The heart rate (HR) and blood pressure(BP) were simultaneously measured. During the period of running 1) The ratio of urinary NA to creatinine and that of A to creatinine (NA or A ng/creatinine mg) increased significantly by 215% and 97%, respectively. The HR and BP elevated by 92% and 20%, respectively. The urinary NA was still markedly high in the recovery period. 2) While the urinary level of A had come back to normal range. The change in HR was directly related to the urinary NA but not to A level. The excreting function of kidney was markedly reduced by exercise. 3) The data of urinary NA and A expressed as the ratio (NA or A ng/creatinine rag) were recommended. The estimation of urinary NA is the most sensitive approach to measure the extent of regulatory mechanism in the response to physical training.

Objective To explore the efficacy of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation using reduced-intensity Bu/Cy conditioning for patients with hematologic malignancies. Methods Five patients with hematologic malignancies were treated by allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation using reduced-intensity Bu/Cy conditioning, which consisted of busufan3~4 mg/(kg?d) for 3 days,cyclophosphamide50 mg/(kg?d) for 2 days, Ara-C 2 g/(m~2?d) for 1 or 2 days, and CsA 3 mg/(kg?d) and mycophenolate mofetil 1 g/d 7 days before the transplantation. Results Five patients established successful engraftment and no severe complications occured. After a follow-up of median 10.5(3-22)months,five patients still survived without diseases. Conclusion Reduced-intensity Bu/Cy conditioning may reduce transplantation-related toxicities.Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation using reduced-intensity conditioning is a safe and effective option for the patients with hematologic malignancies.

Objective To investigate the effect of hysterectomy and uterine arterial embolization on the function of ovary. Methods The serum concentrations of estrin(E2), progestogen(P),fouicule-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteotropic hormone(LH) and prolaction(PRL) were measured in 18 patients undergone hysterectomy (group Ⅰ),15 patients undergone uterine arterial emboliation(group Ⅱ) and 30normal women (group Ⅲ or control group). These five hormones were compared in each group. Results The serum concentrations of E2 and P in the group Ⅰ were lower than that in group Ⅲ, there was significant difference between them. The serum concentrations of E2 and P in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was no significant difference. Conclusion Hysterectomy has significant effects on the function of ovary, while uterine arterial embolization has not.

Journal of Clinical Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of Mirizzi syndrome. Methods 6 cases of Mirizzi syndrome were analyzed with review of the latest literatures on its diagnosis and treatment. Results None of the 6 cases were definitely diagnosed by ultrasonography and CT.All of them underwent operations, five of them were cured and one died. Conclusions Ultrasonography and CT can give a hand to diagnosis.Definite diagnosis depends on ERCP and PTC.The specific conditions of the patients and the experience of surgeon decide the selection of treatment.Subtotal cholecystectomy and hepaticojejunostomy are the basic choices.

Objective:To explore the imaging manifestation of elastofibroma dorsi in18F-FDG PET-CT.Methods: The back soft tissue mass of abnormal metabolism was found by18F-FDG PET-CT scan, and then delayed imaging for the mass was performed. Results: Surgical pathology confirmed it was elastofibroma. The tumor showed clear boundary, there was no damage to adjacent ribs, and this method was mild radioactivity uptake, besides, metabolism was decreased at delayed imaging in18F-FDG PET-CT; the patient had no correlated clinical symptomatic and apparent positive physical signs. Conclusion: Tumor detection rate of18F-FDG PET-CT for elastofibroma dorsi is higher than normal CT detection. And the delayed manifestation for metabolism were decrease. Therefore, these situation accordance to benign tumor metabolism changes.

China Pharmacist 2015;(2):352-354
Objective:To explore the optimum digestion condition by orthogonal design, and determine the chromium content in Carthami flos by atomic absorption spectrometry ( AAS) to provide the experimental basis for the establishment of trace element limit standard. Methods:The conditions of microwave digestion were optimized using L9 (34 ) orthogonal experimental design, and chromi-um was determined by graphite furnace ( GF)-AAS. Results:The optimal digestion conditions were as follows:nitric acid-hydrochloric acid system was with the ratio of 6∶2, the highest resolution temperature was 185 ℃ with the duration of 25 minutes. The chromium content in 15 batches of Carthami flos was with significant differences. The chromium content in 15 batches of Carthami flos was detec-ted withhin the range of 0. 53-88. 15 mg·kg-1, the average recovery was 97. 1% and RSD was 2. 2%(n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used in the quality control of chromium in Carthami flos.

Objective To study the clinical value of combined detection of D-dimer,PT,FIB and Cyc-C in the patients with nephrotic syndrome(NS) complicating thromboembolism. Methods Sixty-five patients with clinically diagnosed NS(observation group) in the Huangshi Municipal Central Hospital from April 2013 to March 2016 were selected and divided into the non-thromboembolism group(group A,45 cases) and thromboembolism group(group B,20 cases).Contemporaneous 43 individuals undergoing physical examination served as the control group(group C).The levels of Cys-C and 24 h urine protein were tested by the electrochemical luminescence method;meanwhile PT,FIB and D-dimmer levels were detected by the nephelometry method.Their changes in the patients with NS complicating thromboembolism were observed. Results The levels of Cys-C,24 h urine protein and D-dimer in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).The difference of PT and FIB levels were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the D-dimer and Cys-C levels in the observation B group was significantly higher than that in the observation A group(P<0.05),moreover the D-dimer level was positively correlated with Cys-C.Conclusion D-dimer and Cys-C can be used as the predictive factors of thromboembolism occurrence in NS patients.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2003;9(10):633-634
ObjectiveTo discuss etiology, pathology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, management and prognosis of cavernous degenerarion and hypertension of portal vein.MethodsThe clinical and image data of 7 children with cavernous degeneration and hypertension of portal vein were veviewed.ResultsHematemesis, melena and splenomegaly were the major presentations. The diagnosis was confirmed by color Doppler ultrasonography except 4 cases had angiography. All cases underwent splenectomy and transection of the gastric fundus and esophageal veins. Five of them had an additional portalcaval shunt.ConclusionCongenital factors may play some role in the development of cavernous degeneration and hypertension of portal vein in children. For the disase discussed this paper the image examination is the main diagnostic method, and the management is same with portal hyertension and the prognosis is closely related to the liver function.
