There is not a unified and specific treatment for IgA nephropathy at present,and the treatments varies with the individuals,because of the great disparity of seriousness,diversity in pathological changes and discrepancy in course of the disease.It is still regarded as the major therapeutic objective in clinical medicine that alleviating the clinical symptoms,protecting the kidney function,and delaying the progress of kidney disease.
3.Role of imprinted gene Insulin-like growth factor 2 in fetal growth

Genomic imprinting plays a fundamental role in mammal fetal growth and behavior. Abnormal expression of imprinted genes is associated with some genetic diseases and cancers. Imprinted insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF-2) controls fetal growth by regulating nutrient transportation in placenta. Paternal uniparental disomy, duplication of paternal allele and loss of imprinting are 3 molecular mechanisms of IGF-2 overexpression that can cause Beckwith-Weidemann’s syndrome (BWS). Some assisted reproductive techniques may cause some epigenetic changes that affect embryonic and postnatal development.
4.Clinical research of gallbladder and common bile duct stones treated by LC and LCBDE

5.Quality assurance and quality control in X-ray stereotactic radiotherapy

Purpose:To analyse the X-ray stereotactic treatment process during which errors induced and to establish a QA program and its checking frequency.Materials and Methods: Checking the parallelism and the asymmetry of the opposing plates containing localizing wires of the CT(MRI) stereotactic localizing frame; Checking the precision of the mechanical scaler of the target positioner; The influence of the laser alignment system in the treatment room of linear accelerator ; Determining the overall precisions available by a X-ray stereotactic treatment system; and small beam's data acquisition means, etc.Results: An overall target positions'precisions of 2.4mm,2.6mm(1mm CT slice thickness), and 3.7mm, 3.8mm (3mm CT slice thickness) for single and fractionated X-ray stereotactic irradiation respectively can be achieved if a QA program be seriously carried out.Conclusion: It is an essential to establish a comprehensive QA program to guarantee a good treatment precision of X-ray stereotactic irradiation.
6.The Precision and Accuracy Analysis of Target Position in X Ray Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Purpose: To analyze factors which influence the precision & accuracy of target positions in Alderson Head phantom and(or) patients.Materials and Methods: A target position simulator was used to determine the precision and accuracy of target localization while Alderson head phantom used to determine the overall precision and accuracy through the treatment procedure.Results: The overall precision and accuracy through the treatment procedure was found to be 1.72?0.60mm, and its contribution from CT localizing step, which was 1.4?0.3mm。Conclusion: Since there are more factors related to patients' treatment, the precision and accuracy of simulating in Alderson phantom is the best estimate for patient treatment.
7.Application value of combined detection of PG and FAS in diagnosis of gastric cancer

Objective To study the clinical value of combination detection of serum pepsinogen (PG ) and fatty acid synthase (FAS) in the diagnosis of gastric cancer .Methods A total of 74 patients with gastric cancer were enrolled as gastric cancer group , 45 patients with benign gastric lesion were enrolled as benign gastric lesion group ,and 78 healthy individuals were enrolled as con‐trol group .Serum levels of PG and FAS were detected by using immunoturbidimetry and enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay ,and comparatively analyzed between each group .Results Compared with control group ,serum level of PG Ⅰ and PGⅠ /PGⅡ ratio of gastric cancer group were decreased(P<0 .05) ,but serum level of FAS was increased(P<0 .05) ,and the difference of serum level of PGⅡ was not significant(P>0 .05) .The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of combined detection of PG and FSA in gastric cancer group was 0 .972 ,higher than single detection of PG and FSA .Diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of com‐bined detection of PG and FSA were 95 .50% and 92 .32% ,higher than single detection .Conclusion Combined detection of PG and FAS could increase the diagnostic rate of gastric cancer ,which might have important clinical significant for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer .
8.L-TRYPTOPHAN ENHANCES ANALGESIC EFFECT OF BACLOFEN

Analgesia caused by ip baclofen 6. 4 a.nd 12. 8 mg/kg was examined by the hot plate method, showing no accompanied significant changes in 5-HT and 5-HIAA in mouse brains. After loading of L-tfyptophan, the analgesic effect of baclofen was markedly enhanced in both potency and duration, a.nd was related to increases in 5-HT and 5-HIAA in the brain0 Baclofen analgesia was still seen 3d after p-chloro-pheny 1-alanine treatment which rendered 5-HIAA level down to 39% of control. The enhanced functon of 5-HT system in the brain exerted significant synergic effect' on analgesic effect which, however, may be elicited by activating the GABA receptor.
9.Quality Control of Links in Hospital Information Integrity

Objective To explore hospital information system for solving the quality control problem of information collection and strengthening the hospital administration.Methods The factors affecting the information quality of the whole hospital information were analyzed.The control principle from "point" to "surface" was used to work out the quality control plan based on medical information,financial information and medicine information.Results The quality control plan was made according to the current hospital information flow.Conclusion The quality of hospital information collection in every link directly affects the information quality.Strengthening the quality control of information collection guarantees the administration quality of whole hospital information.
