1.Development and Construction the Culture of Shenzhen People's Hospital
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
With the construction of hospital culture, Shenzhen people's hospital established a fine brand. In the construction of service culture, we take the patients interest in the first place. Through improving the quality of medical staff, and innovating the medical treatment and scientific research, we have got predicted accomplishment. In the paper, present hospital culture is analyzed, and how to develop the culture is discussed.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the in vitro MTT assay for determining the drug sensitivity in fresh human tu- mors. METHODS: We tested the samples from 75 patients with gastric cancer, 55 patients with colorectal carcinoma, 55 patients with bladder cancer and 6 patients with carcinoma of tongue. RESULTS: On the average, the MTT sensitive drug in the above - mentioned first three kinds of solid tumors corresponded with the drug used by clinican experience. The response rate in MTT sensitive group was 73. 8% (48/65) while only 34.0% (17/50) in the control group and 0% (0/10) in MTT resistant group. CONCLUSION: MTT assay appears to be useful in exploring the possible anticancer effect of arsenic trioxide on tongue cancer. This test demonstrats that the MTT assay is clinically useful on an individual basis to optimize chemotherapy.

OBJECTIVETo determine the effect of pneumoperitoneum on liver indocyanine green (ICG) metabolism and the hepatic blood flow in normal and cirrhotic rats.
METHODSThirty male Wistar rats were randomized into five groups: normal anaesthesia group, normal laparotomy group, normal pneumoperitoneum group, cirrhosis + anaesthesia group, and cirrhosis + pneumoperitoneum group. Liver cirrhosis was induced in two groups by injecting carbon tetrachloride subcutaneously plus drinking 5% alcohol. ICG clearance tests were performed in all the rats.
RESULTSThe ICG level in the normal laparotomy group (0.662 micro g/ml) was higher than that in the normal anesthesia group (0.645 micro g/ml), but the difference was not significant (P > 0,05). The ICG level in the normal pneumoperitoneum group (0.967 micro g/ml) was significantly higher than that in the normal anesthesia and normal laparotomy groups (P < 0.05). The ICG levels in two cirrhotic groups were significantly higher than those in the other three groups (P < 0.05). The ICG level in the cirrhosis + pneumoperitoneum (1.348 micro g/ml) was significantly higher than that in the cirrhosis + anesthesia group (1.198 micro g/ml) (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSDuring laparoscopic surgery, pneumoperitoneum could decrease the liver ICG clearance rate and the hepatic blood flow, which are of clinical significance in determining the state of liver cirrhotic.

Walking disorder is the most common sequela in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.More than half of stroke patients can not walk independently after discharge, and still present a gait asymmetry and slow pace, and other abnormalities. Then, the fall risk is increased. With security concerns, patients are more afraid to walk independently and can not complete the walk in community environment. Therefore, gait rehabilitation is considered as the main goal of stroke rehabilitation.Rhythmic auditory stimulation(RAS)is a new rehabilitation method to improve stroke gait.By elucidating the mechanism of RAS and their effects on stroke gait, the aim of this paper is to explore the effective RAS treatment method for hemiplegic patients,so that RAS is not only used in gait training, but also in real-time assessment of gait in any environment for chronic stroke patients.
