Saving physical fitness requires the patients to achieve the following aspects, including setting up inventory of physical fitness using, consulting doctors, evaluating and improving sleep quality, weight-control, streamlining the living space, simplifying the daily work and housework, asking for help, planning rest time, attention to the weather changes, and identifying the sign of depression and isolation, etc. In family affairs such as cooking, cleaning, office, and outdoor activities, they should use the life-preserving lifestyle as much as possible.
