Objective To investigate antiviral and immunoregulation effects of indole-2,3-dine(ISA).Methods The BHK-21 cell model infected with Sendai virus was established and the antiviral effect of ISA was observed by cytopathic effect(CPE) method;its effect on immunological function was observed by hemagglutination inhibition test using Sendai virus infected mice model.Results ISA showed cytotoxicity when the concentration was above(0.313)mg?mL~(-1),while ISA showed a dose-dependent antiviral effect without cytotoxicity when the concentration was among 0.156~0.039mg?mL~(-1).ISA at higher dose(2%) could accelerate the production of hemagglutination inhibition antibody in hemagglutination test(P
3.Current Development of Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) Technique.

Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) is an improved and optimizing nuclear medicine breast imaging technique on the basis of traditional gamma camera. It uses a high resolution, small field-of-view scintilla detector. The detector is designed with 3 073 individual detector crystals and 48 position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes. The FOV of detector is 15 cm x 20 cm, and optimal system resolution for breast imaging is 3 mm, can detect the diameter of only 2-3 mm small lesions. BSGI has better sensitivity in detecting subcentimetre or nonpalpable breast cancer. The sensitivity for the diagnosis of breast cancer is high, not influenced by the density of the breast tissue, implants, architectural distortion-or scars from prior surgery or radiation. So it is called a high resolution, small field-of-view breast-specific gamma camera.

4.Long noncoding RNA EPB41L4A-AS2 associated with the prognosis of tumors

Objective The relationship between the clinicopathological features and the prognosis of breast cancer patients was evaluated by the expression of EPB41L4A-AS2 in breast cancer tissues.Methods The relationship between the expression of EPB41L4A-AS2 and the clinical features of breast cancer was evaluated by using the genome meta analysis,TCGA and Gene Expression Library(GEO) datasets.The correlation between EPB41L4A-AS2 and apoptotic pathway was verified by Western blotting.Results The results from Meta -analysis,TCGA and GEO datasets showed that EPB41L4A-AS2 was low in breast cancer tissues and was positively correlated with poor clinical and pathological features.EPB41L4A-AS2 was confirmed an association with the classical apoptosis pathway in breast cancer cell lines.In the meta-analysis of GEO,we found the high expression of EPB41L4A-AS2 with good prognosis.Conclusion EPB41L4A-AS2 inhibits tumor formation and has a high value in clinical prognosis of breast cancer.
5.Development of all-direction move device for the leg support of lithotomy position surgical bed

Objective: To design a convenient and safe leg support of lithotomy position surgical bed. Methods:Put the gas spring in the device to lift and drop the leg support, instead of turning screw, And then use the new leg support in 80 lithotomy position surgeries. Results:The new device can be operated by one man, it is easy operating and labor saving. There was no leg slip occurred in 80 surgeries, operators all expressed satisfaction. Conclusion: This innovation patent solved the problem of toilsome operating and potential safety hazard, It worth widely use in the clinical.

8.Mixed Programming Strategy of VC++ and Matlab in Images Reconstruction Based on Electrical Impedance Tomography

Obiective To realize real-time data processing in lung ventilation reconstruction based on electrical impedance tomography(EIT). Methods The image reconstruction algorithms, plotting functions and matrix calculations are dynamic transferred with Matlab C++, Mathtools and VC++ to meet the requirements of data processing and imaging in real time.Results Image reconstruction and real-time data processing were realized successfully in lung ventilation based on EIT. Conclusion It provides a new strategy for real-time data processing of image reconstruction by EIT.

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of montelukast and ketotifen combind with BCG-PSN(polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin for injection) in decreasing the incidence of asthma following brochiolitis.Methods 30 patients with brochiolitis were given montelukast,ketotifen and BCG-PSN,compared with 31 patients with brochiolitis without the treatment.The total course were two months for oral montelukast,three months for oral ketotifen,and six months for injecting BCG-PSN.The time of follow up was over 1 year and the cases of patients developed asthma were investigated,serum level of IgE,IgA,IgG,IgM were tested before and after the treatment.Results After follow up 1 year,1/30(3%) of patents with brochiolitis receiving treatment developed asthma compared with 9/31(29%) of the controls with brochiolitis(P
10. Genetic diversity of Lonicera macranthoides geographical populations revealed by SRAP markers

Objective: To research genetic diversity of different Lonicera macranthoides geographical populations. Methods: Seventeen materials were estimated by the approach of sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP). The data of amplified bands were analyzed by Popgene 1.31 and Treeconw software. The system diagram of genetic relationship was built by UPGMA. Results: The 24 pairs of SRAP primers combination employed produced a total of 239 discernable and reproducible amplified fragments. Among them there were 210 polymorphic bands. The percentage of polymorphic bands within different populations was 87.8%; Genetic diversity analysis showed that Nei's gene diversity (He) was 0.239 9 and Shannon's genetic diversity index (I) was 0.372 4. Basis on the DNA molecular level, the results indicated that there was abundant genetic diversity among the tested materials. Genetic similarity coefficient ranges changed from 0.442 3 to 0.940 2. The dendrogram including all samples was obtained by UPGMA. In the dendrogram, there were two cluster groups. Conclusion: The genetic diversity of L. macranthoides geopraphical population in China is plentiful. SRAP markers can be effectively applied to genetic analysis in L. macranthoides populations.
