1.The Value of Utilizing Ultrasound Technique to Diagnose theAbortion and Make its Prognosis in the Early Pregnancy
Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of abortion in the early pregnancy. Methods 653 women who had the symptoms such as transvaginal blooding and abdominal pain in the early pregnancy were underwent transvaginal sonography or abdominal sonography, followed up and observed them in different types in the coming days. Results Among the 653 early-abortion women, there were threatened-abortion in 298 cases,incomplete-abortion in 114 cases, complete-abortion in 56 cases, inevitable-abortion in 141 cases and delayed-abortion in 44 cases. Conclusion Clinical trials showed that using ultrasound to check for abortion in the early stages has its value in practice.Because it makes clinic can be diagnosed and treated in time.
2.The Value in the Treatment of Ovulation Obstructive Barrenness Detected by Ultrasonography
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2001;17(3):264-265
Purpose To explore the observation to the growth, development, and the ovulation process of ovarian follicle through B-mode ultrasound and the value in the treatment of ovulation obstructive barrenness. Methods Monitor through B-mode ultrasound the development of ovarian follicle to 52 cases patients with ovulation obstructive barrenness from the nineth day of menstruation, mainly recording the umbers of ovarian follicle in ovarium and the numerial number in length and breadth. Results Through induced ovulation to 52 cases patients, there were 37 cases ovulators whose ovarian follicle were mature, account for 71% and there were 28 cases of fertilized patients. Conclusion B-mode ultrasound is a valuable medium to monitor growth and development of ovarian follicle and is of great importance in the treatment to ovulation obstructive barrenness.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the cervical length, the test of fetal fibronectin and premature birth in pregnant woman. Methods Fetal fibronectin in sample of cervical secretion was tested using the reagent box of FFN manufactured by the ADEIA company of the United States and enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay(ELISA) methods in 110 pregnant women. They were divided into two groups:first group, there were 60 cases who had symptom of aura prematurity and cervical lengths ≤30 mm monitored by trans-perineum ultrasound.second group was 50 normal pregnant women. Results The postive rate of fetal fibronectin was higher significantly in first group than that in second group. Conclusion The measurement of cervical lengths by the trans-perineum ultrasound and the test of Fetal fibronectin in pregnant women who has symptom of aura prematurity are of certain clinical value in predicting preterm birth.

As a rising automatic identification technology, radio frequency identification (RFID) is receiving considerable attention and eliciting widespread interest in medical institutions in China. Some medical institutions have begun exploring and developing RFID systems for kinds of applications. A majority of medical institutions pay insufficient attention to the issue of RFID interference with medical devices. Specialized standards for the application of RFID in healthcare environments are desired. And there are misalignments between existing technology standards. Further researches should be developed to study the influence on safety and efficiency of medical devices induced by RFID system.

Objective To study the stability of anticoagulant peptide Hirulog-S and its lyophilized product, and to provide data on the storage conditions and clinical applications. Methods RP-HPLC was used to determine the content and the related substances of Hirulog-S and its lyophilized powder with influence factor test, accelerated test and long-term storage test. Results Light, temperature and humidity had no significant effect on the stability of Hirulog-S and its lyophilized powder in the influence factor test. The content and related substances of Hirulog-S and its lyophilized powder did not significantly change in the accelerated test ( 40℃, RH75%) and 24-month long-term storage test at room temperature and 4℃.Conclusion Hirulog-S and its lyophilized product are very stable, even after being stored at room temperature for two years.

Objective To investigate the relationship between disease activity and osteocalcin,β-isomerized C-terminal telopeptides (β-CTX) in SAPHO syndrome. Methods We studied 58 cases who were diagnosed as SAPHO syndrome. The following indices used to assess the activity of SAPHO were measured:Bath ankylosing spondylitis Disease activity index (BASDAI),Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index(BASFI),visual analogue scale (VAS) pain and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C-reactive protein (CRP),osteocalcin and β-CTX.The SAPHO patients were divided from two groups according to the disease activity. The relationships were analyzed with t-test and Pearson's test. Results The β-CTX of the active group(0.43±0.20) ng/ml was elevated than the stable group (0.23 ±0.09) ng/mL (t=-4.620,P=0.007).And there was no significant difference in the osteocalcin between the active group (2.7±1.0) μg/L and the stable group(2.4±1.0) μg/L (t=-1.169,P=0.820).There was no significant correlation between the serum osteocalcin and ESR or hypersensitive CRP (hs-CRP) (rESR=0.228,PESR=0.088;rhsCRP=-0.085,PhsCRP=0.528).And β-CTX level was related to the VAS (r=0.496,P<0.01),BASDAI (r=0.401,P=0.002) and BASFI (r=0.295,P=0.025).While no significant relationship between the osteocalcin and pain index was observed in our study. Conclusion The positive correlation between serum β-CTX and disease activity indicates significant bone absorption during the bone destroy process in SAPHO syndrome.

This study aimed to elucidate the effects of different soil water contents on the yield and quality of R.glutinosa.Different soil water contents were adjusted in different periods of growth of R.glutinosa.The yield, content of water extract, catalpol, verbascoside and polysaccharide were determined and analysed by the grey pattern recognition after harvests. The impacts of soil water content from the most important to the least important were medium moisture content (M2),high moisture content (M3),low moisture content (M1) and blank (M4).In the cultivation of R.glutinosa, the soil water content should be remained in the range of 40%-50% at seedling stage, while 50%-60% at the stage of root formation and tuber enlargement, and 20%-30% during harvesting, which can significantly improve the yield and quality of R.glutinosa.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(05):-
Objective Moyamoya disease is a progressive cerebrovascular occlusive disease. The etiology of the disease is unknown. most think that Moyamoya usually presents with cerebral ischemia in children and intracranial hemorrhage in adults. But we have some adults present with cerebral ischemia .This article will help us know better about moyamoya disease in adults present with cerebral ischemia. And will let us know better about treatment and prognosis of this disease. Methods We reviewed our experience 88 adults angiographically diagnosed patients with moyamoya. There are 49 patients with moyamoya disease initially present with cerebral ischemia. We report their clinical presentation, radiological findings, management, and clinical outcomes. Results The incidence of moyamoya disease presents with cerebral ischemia is 55.7% in adults .The mean age of patients at symptom onset was 32 years (range, 18~64 years). Ischemic strokes or transient ischemic attacks were the predominant initial presentations.7 cases present intracranial haemorrhage in follow-up period. There was no difference in clinical representation, image and cerebral infarction in this 7 case. Conclusions Moyamoya usually presents with cerebral ischemia in adults higher than we think. diagnosis and treatment of moyamoya disease in adults is essential to minimize residual mental and physiologic deficits. If we find patients 30-40 years old ,with cerebral infarction that can’t explain in conventional mode, we should pursuit these patients, in order to exclude Moyamoya disease .Structured multicenter randomized clinical trials are needed to further assess the best treatment modalities for patients with moyamoya.
