2.Clinical analysis of mesenteric venous thrombosis in 31 cases
Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(8):818-820
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and determine the early diagnosis and treatment of mesenterie venous thrombosis (MVT). Methods Clinieal data of 31 cases with MVT were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of all 31cases,19 patients presented acute MVT. Abdominal pain was the first onset symptom and then progressively exacerbated; peritoneal irritation and ascites developed in 57.9% and 68.4 % patients with sign of ascites respectively. 13 patients were diagnosed by abdominal CT scan or selective mesenterie angiography; the detectable rate of CT for acute MVT was 83.3%. The level of plasma D-Dimer was increased in 93.3% patients with acute MVT. 13 patients underwent surgical treatment, among them,6 cases received anticoagnlafion treatment,4 cases recrudersced and 3 died. 12 chronic MVT patients had no symptoms and were identified through abdominal CT 8 cases developed upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and 2 died. Conclusion The nonspecifie nature of the abdominal symptoms often delays the diagnosis of MVT and leads to high mortality. Abdominal CT is valuable diagnosis method for MVT and anticongulation treatment and operation are effective managements.
3.Pathophysiological significance of ubiquition-proteasome system in myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
Degradation of most proteins in eukaryotic cells is through the ubiquition-proteasome system(UPS).Recently,it demonstrated that UPS regulates cell apoptosis and cardiac hypertrophy. The differences of UPS regulation lie in E3 ligases, which specifically recognize targets and direct the ubiquitination process.Recent evidence suggests that atrogin-1/muscle atrophy F-box(Mafbx) and muscle RING finger 1(MuRF1) may be critical mediators of the heart and muscle atrophy and hypertrophy. This review summarizes the possible relationship between UPS and cardiac dysfunction after myocardial infarction in order to inhibit cardiac dysfunction after myocardial infarction.
4.Chondrogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells on matrigel/chitosan scaffolds
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(10):1506-1510
BACKGROUND:Previous studies have found that the basement membrane matrix can induced the chondrogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels, but there is a wide gap between its mechanical properties and practical application, and further research is needed. OBJECTIVE:To prepare a suitable matrigel/chitosan scaffold that has appropriate mechanical properties and remarkable bioactivity for cartilage repair. METHODS: We selected genipin as cross-linking agent, and mixed Matrigel with cross-linked chitosan at different ratios (2:1, 1:1, 1:3). Then rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels were seeded on different scaffolds and cultured for 14 days. The mechanical properties of materials were measured by DMA. Cel counting kit-8, FDA staining, ELISA kits and Alcian blue staining were used to measure the bioactivity of materials. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The storage modulus of scaffolds was raised from 0.48 kPa to 1.78 kPa with increase ratio of chitosan. Cels spread wel in the early period on al scaffolds, and then the cels on the chitosan scaffold showed reduced chondrogenic activity, but cels on the scaffolds with matrigel could maintain chondrogenic differentiation. The matrigel/chitosan scaffold at a ratio of 1:1 had appropriate mechanical properties and higher levels of colagen II and colagen X at 14 days. The prepared matrigel/chitosan scaffold with decent mechanical performance can promote the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels into chondrogenic lineages, which can be used in cartilage tissue engineering.
5.Total quantity statistical moment analysis on pharmacokinetics of rhein and chrysophanol after oral administration of Quyu Qingre granules in normal and acute blood stasis rabbits.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(3):520-525
This study aim to reveal the total pharmacokinetics of rhein and chrysophanol after oral administration of Quyu Qingre granules (QUQRG) in normal and acute blood stasis rabbits, to identify the pharmacokinetics differences between two groups of rabbits and to evaluate the applicability of the total statistical moment analysis. Based on the concentrations of rhein and chrysophanol in plasma determined by an established HPLC method, and the calculation of main total pharmacokinetic parameters, this study found that total pharmacokinetic parameters VRT, value of blood stasis group is lager than that of normal group and the difference is significant Compared with normal group, total pharmacokinetic parameters AUC,, MRT,, t1/2t, and Vt value of blood stasis group is lager, while the k, and CL, value is smaller. The findings indicated that the absorbed and released time of rhein and chrysophanol was accelerated and the total absorptive amount of these two compounds was increased in rabbits with acute blood stasis, compared with the normal rabbits. Total quantity statistical moment analysis can combine the pharmacokinetics of rhein and chrysophanol and express the pharmacokinetic behavior of these two compounds in QUQRG. The parameters in this paper can provide reference frames for the follow-up development of QUQRG.

6.Sperm DNA fragmentation index and the success rate of IVF/ICSI.
Di XI ; Yun CHEN ; Yu-tian DAI
National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(1):77-81
Sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI) refers to the percentage of DNA strand breaks in the total sperm. Many studies suggest that elevated DFI can lead to male infertility and early spontaneous abortion. High-DFI patients are more likely to fail in assisted reproduction and preliminary treatment or prevention methods have been developed for this population. This review focuses on the impact of DFI on clinical pregnancy outcomes and progress in the studies of its treatment.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To explore the clinical and radiological findings of skeletal desmoplastic fibromas. Methods Radiographs of six patients with desmoplastic fibromas proved by pathology were retrospectively reviewed. Results Two tumors arose in femur, two in tibia, one in radius and one in humur. In plain radiography, these lesions were always metaphyseal and expansile lytic with a reactive bony rim(n=6).They often had a trabeculated or honeycomb appearance into lesion and four tumors invaded adjacent soft tissue. Conclusion Desmoplastic fibromas of long bones are nearly always metaphyseal.Radiographs disclose a expansile lytic lesion with a sclerotic rim and a trabeculated apperance into it.And the "root hair"sign is fairly characteristic for this tumor. No calcification and periosteal reaction can be seen.

Objective To execute quality control of OLYMPUS-PK7300 automated blood grouping analyzer to enhance the quality and efficiency in blood grouping. Methods Measures were proposed from the aspects of specimen quality, reagent quality, instrument maintenance, test parameters setup, internal quality control and external quality assessment, personnel and etc. Results Quality control was carried out at each link of the test by automated blood grouping analyzer to facilitate blood-related clinical operation. Conclusion Whole-course quality control of the analyzer has to be performed to improve blood grouping.
9.Thinking and Practice on the Teaching Study in Medical Collegess
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
The study on medical education directly affects the quality of education and cultivation of medical professionals as well as the level of running school. It is very important for the medical colleges to take some measures to solve these problems existing in medical teaching reform and research, such as renewing teachers' ideas, enhancing the standardization of management, increasing the enthusiasm of the teachers etc.
