1.Research progress of mesenchymal stem cell-antitumor gene complexes in cancer treatment
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;25(11):788-791
Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) possesses highly self-renewal properties and potential ability of multiple differentiations. The homing and directional migration of MSC to tumors makes MSC uniquely destined as a potential anti-tumor gene carrier.MSC itself is discovered involved in remodeling the tumor microenvironment and regulating the biological behaviors of tumor cells such as invasion, proliferation and migration.Anti-tumor genes, such as tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosisinducing ligand (TRAIL) and phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN) combine MSC to constitute a complex dually targeting tumor cells for destruction, but no damage to normal tissue. However, many questions remain to be answered and the precise mechanisms remain unclear. In this article, the current situation and prospects of the homing mechanism of MSC,the effects of MSC to tumor biological behavior and MSC-antitumor gene complex for tumor therapy are reviewed.
2.The cause of atherosclerosis:secretory dysfunction in vascular endothelial cells and proliferation of smooth muscle cells
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2010;26(2):155-158
Vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells, structurally and functionally closely related, are two main cells of vascular wall. While the interaction between cycling factors and vascular wall cells can lead to the occurrence of atherosclerosis. The injury of endothelial cells results in secretory dysfunction and abnormal proliferation of smooth muscle cells which narrows the cavity of blood vessel and cause spasm. This is the common pathological basis of the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis and other vascular diseases. In the pathological state of atherosclerosis, the proliferation of smooth muscle cell will be affected by what the vascular endothelial cells secrete, like growth factors, cytokines, and vasoactive substances. This paper gives a comprehensive overview of the latest research advances in this field.
3.Advances in research on relationship between Hedgehog signal pathway and gastroenteric tumor
China Oncology 2006;0(11):-
Hedgehog(HH),a vital endodermal signal, plays a critical role in the embryonic development of the GI system.During mammalian embryonic development, deficiency of HH signaling leads to gastrointestinal malformations.Nevertheless, normal presence of HH family is also found in the adult gut,and HH signaling now may be important for homeostasis of the gut in such a case. However, many researches revealed that the HH signal's involved in gastrointestinal carcinogenesis and its role is altered in various tumors due to various mechanisms. This review focused on the progress of HH signal pathway in gastrointestinal tumors.

China Medical Equipment 2016;(2):134-136,137
Objective:Through the discussion on the purchasing mode of hospital equipment in China, fully understand the advantages and disadvantages of various procurement ways, choose reasonable acquisition method, optimize acquisition method, standardize the procurement management objective. Methods: By using the method of analogy, comparison of the four main acquisition methods. By the comparative analysis, the scope of each purchase way was confirmed. Results: Public bidding was better for more than 500000 yuan or the treasury payment items, competitive negotiation approach applies to 50000 yuan-500000 yuan purchase project. Consultation approach can be applied to 50000 yuan purchase project. Information project procurement preferred to methods of government procurement. Conclusion: Reasonable choices of purchasing and proper optimization has significant meaning for equipment purchasing and management in hospital.

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2001;8(1):21-23
Objective To study the neuropathological changes of gastrin and substance P(SP) in the intermuscular and submucous nerve plexus of the colonic walls in patients with delayed motor constipation(DMC). Methods Gastrin and rabbit SP polyclonal antibiotics were used to make an immunohistochemical staining of the samples of different segments obtained from 10 patients with DMC and 8 normal subjects(control group) for a comparative observation as well as a relative semi-quantitative analysis. Results The immune positive nerve cells of gastrin and SP in the intermuscular nerve plexus of colon with DMC were markedly reduced; no differences in the immune response of gastrin and SP in the mucous nerve plexus were found between the two groups(P<0.01). With routine HE staining, focal inflammation occurred in the mucous membrane of DMC colon and that the neuronal vacuolus of the intermuscular nerve plexus degenerated, reduced and even disappeared. Conclusion The abnormal changes of the neural structure in the immune reponse of gastrin and SP in the intermuscular nerve plexus of colon with DMC might be related to reduction of gastrin and SP peptide neuron or dysfunctional.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(29):-
OBJECTIVE: To prepare Buserelin acetate nanoparticles(BA-NP) and to investigate its release property in vitro.METHODS: The BA-NP was prepared using double emulsion method. The content determination of BA-NP was performed using HPLC,and encapsulation efficiency and drug-loading rate of BA-NP were calculated. In vitro drug release property of nanoparticles was investigated by bag filter method.RESULTS: Prepared nanoparticles were even and regular in appearance. The linear range of buserelin acetate was 0.1~8.0 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 105.38%.The RSD of intra-day and inter-day were lower than 1.78% and 0.93% respectively. The encapsulation efficiency of nanoparticles was(63.37?0.29)% and drug-loading rate of(1.03?0.09)%.The accumulative release rate of nanoparticles in phosphate buffer(pH=7.4) at 72 h was 62.35%.CONCLUSION: The preparation process of BA-NP is simple and particle with ideal release effect.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in ear drops by HPLC METHODS:Chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were separated with a mobile phase of methanol-phosphate buffer solution(0 34% KH2PO4 solution)(60∶40,v/v,1 0ml/min)on Kromasil C8 column and detected at 240nm RESULTS:Good linearity appeared in the concentration of chloramphenicol 100~500?g/ml,r=0 9 999,the recovery was 98 5%~100 8%,RSD≤1 5%;and good linearity showed in the concentration of dexamethasone sodium phosphate 16~80?g/ml,r=0 9 990,the recovery was 98 8%~100 6%,RSD≤2 0% CONCLUSION:This method can simultaneously detect both ingredients in the ear drops

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective: To provide anatomical basis for the chemotherapy of lingual arterial embolization in clinic. Methods: The origin, course, branch distribution and anastomosis of the lingual artery were observed in 15 cases of adult head specimens. Results: As one of principal branches, the lingual artery arises from the external carotid artery at the level of the major cornu of hyoeides, approaches to the carotid bifurcation. With original diameter of (2.4?0.3) mm, it runs upward and passes deepwards to the hyoglossus muscle, gives off the dorsal lingual artery and the terminal branch -profunda lingual artery. Limited in each side of intrinsic muscles, two profunda lingual arteries creep tortuously along the muscular fibers and anastomose freely to structure submucous arterial rete. Conclusion: With concentrated origins, wide vascular diameter, constant course and enrichment of submucous arterial rete, the lingual artery is an ideal blood vessel for arterial chemoembolization.
