1.Effect of integrin signaling pathway on proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cell

Many cardiovascular diseases, such as pulmonary hypertension, atherosclerotic plaque formation and restenosis after angioplasty, are charaterized by vascular remodeling resulting from migration and proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells. Integin receptors can activate the expression of related genes through the corresponding signal pathway, and lead to vascular smooth muscle cell' s proliferation and migration and other biological behavioral change, which may be a new hotspot of pathogenesis and intervention of vascular remodeling.
2.Treatment of renal anemia with six patients with Modified Decoction

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of renal anemia with six noble gentleman decoction.Methods From February 2012 to January 2014,80 patients with renal anemia were randomly divided into groups.The control group received western medicine routine treatment,the experimental group was treated with Ka Miroku' s gentleman decoction.Continuous treatment for 8 weeks,the difference between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Statistical data were analyzed by t-test,percentage of red blood cell count after treatment,the patients in the two groups of red blood cell count (RBC),hemoglobin (HB),red blood cell hematocrit (HCT),net fabric (RET),serum iron (SI) and ferritin (SF),transferrin saturation (TSAT),total iron binding capacity (TIBC) and other indicators are on the rise,blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (SCR) and cystatin C (Cys),brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and other indicators declined,in which each index of the experimental group were improved significantly greater than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05).Using chi square test analysis of data statistics,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Themodified six gentleman Decoction in the treatment of renal anemia is effective,can produce a synergistic effect with western medicine,help to improve the symptoms of anemia in patients with renal anemia,improve the prognosis of patients.
3.Slowing Down the Pace of Enrollment in Higher Education

The gross enrollment proportion of Chinese higher education has achieved 17% in 2003.Higher education has entered into popular phase.It indicates that Chinese higher education has made great progress;meanwhile,it also brings lots of problems.This paper would analyze higher education from three aspects: educatee,university and society.It demonstrates that the development of Chinese higher education has exceeded the bearable degree of current society and the recruiting enlargement speed should be controlled.
4.Changes of flexor-extensor strength during trunk isokinetic exercise: Angle ranges easily lead to spinal injury

BACKGROUND: Studies concerning trunk muscles mainly focus on muscle strength changes in patients with low back pain,which is rare regarding angle ranges that easily lead,to spinal injury.OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanics characteristic of flexor-extensor and angle ranges easily lead to spinal injury. METHODS: Fourteen healthy, male, post-graduates of Soochow University were selected. Flexor-extensor strength and spinal angle of participants were measured using CON-TREX isokinetic testing system. All participants took isokinetic centrifugal exercise maximally at the speeds of 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 (°)/s, respectively, with a 5 minutes interval. Main outcome measures:①Lumbar range of motion; ②Peak torque, flexor/extensor, the angle at peak torque at isokinetic centripetal exercise; ③Average power and total work at isokinetic centripetal exercise.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: ①During isokinetic centripetal exercise, the peak torque of extensor were decreased as the geniovelocity increased (P < 0.05), however, no inerratic changes could be found in flexor peak torque. Though the flexor/extensor was increased with geniovelocity increased, the difference had no significance (P > 0.05). ②Dudng slow isokinetic centripetal exercise underwent different geniovelocity, the angle at peak torque of flexor and extensor distributed discretely, -48.56° at 30 (°)/s; -46.18° at 90 (°)/s; when underwent fast isokinetic exercise, the angles at peak torque of flexor and extensor were very close, which were -48.71° and -51.61° at 120 (°)/s, and -54.86° and -53.11° at 180 (°)/s. ③During isokinetic centripetal exercise, when underwent different geniovelocity, total work of flexor and extensor was reduced with geniovelocity expedited, extensor total work was more than that of flexor (P < 0.05); the average power of flexor and extensor was increased linearly with geniovelocity expedited, and the average power of flexor was less than that of extensor all along (P < 0.01). During isokinetic centripetal exercise, trunk muscle strength descended with the geniovelocity expedited, and the stability of trunk is preferable in slow exercise. During fast isokinetic centripetal exercise, angles at flexor and extensor peak torque are more discrete, which easily result in muscle damages and spine unstable when suffered a suddenly outside attack. Total work of flexor and extensor are descended with the geniovelocity expediting during isokinetic exercise, but the intramuscular eruption increased.

Depression is one of the most common mental disorders.Since 1960s,researchers have proposed a number of etiological hypotheses from the aspects of genetics,biochemistry,neuroendocrine and immune,but so far it has not been fully under-stood.Toll like receptor 4(TLR4),as a bridge between innate immunity and adaptive immunity,could induce inflammatory by activating related signal transduction pathways and promoting the expression of inflammatory factors in c-ells.More and more studies showed that the occurrence of depression was related to inflammation.Reviewing relationship of TLR4 and depressive disorder and exploring the effects of some interventions for depression on TLR4.Research on TLR4 shed light on pathological mechanism of depressive order.TLR4 could play an important role in inhibiting the production of 5-serotonin,the disorders of HPA axis,interfering with the hippocampus and cortical nerve regeneration,the autophagy of hippocampus.
6.Effects of cryopreservation on biological characteristics of cultivated corneal limbal stem cell

Objective To explore the effects of cryopreservation on biological characteristics of cultured limbal stem cells.Design Experimental study.Participants Twenty New Zealand white rabbits.Methods Twenty New Zealand white rabbits(40 eyes) were preparated of peripheral cornea with 2 mm and 2 mm circular shallow conjunctival limbal graft.Rabbit limbal stem cells(Rb-LSCs) used for cell-suspention culture were isolated form New Zealand white rabbit limbal tissues.The limbal stem cells,having formated monolayer cultured limbal stem cells,were cryopreservated one month,then thawing.By immunofluorescence staining,flow cytometry,inverted microscope,MTT assay,we compared the subculture of limbal stem cells cryopreservation before and after the structure and properties.Main Outcome Measurements Limbal stem cell activity and biological characteristics.Results Compared with freshing cells,the cells after cryopreservation in morphology were poor adherence late,small nuclear cytoplasm ratio,irregular shape.Im munofluorescence staining to detect the low-temperature frozen cells ABCG2 monoclonal antibody 81.7% positive rate decreased to 46.9%,the difference was statistically significant(P
7.Effects of different anesthesia methods on cognitive function in elderly patients with intracranial tumors at different time points

Objective The objective of this study was to observed the effect of target control intravenous (TCI) anesthesia and intravenous inhalational anesthesia in the postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients with intracranial tumor at different time points.Methods Seventy patients were divided into the experimental and control groups according to the different methods of intraoperative anesthesia.The experimental group was selected to treat with propofol combined with remifentanil TCI anesthesia,and the control group was treated with intravenous anesthetics combined with inhalation isoflurance.Recovery time of respiration,time of opening eyes,extuation time,orientation recovery time,OAAS score before and after operation,and cognitive function (MMSE)were observed in two groups.Results They were no differences in the recovery time of respiration,time of opening eyes and extubation time in two groups (P > 0.05).The orientation recovery time in the experimental group was 20.4 ± 5.8 min and 23.2 ± 4.3 min in the control group.They had significantly different between experimental and control groups (P < 0.05).The time of extubation,leaving the operating room and after 1 h of extubation,OAAS point for the experimental group was 3.3 ± 0.5,4.2 ± 0.4,4.6 ± 0.6 min,respectively,and 2.3 ± 0.2,3.3± 0.4,3.9 ± 0.3 in the control group,respectively.They were significantly different between the experimental and control groups(P < 0.05).Prior to treatment,there was no significant difference in MMSE score between the two groups(P >0.05).MMSE score was 25.0 ±0.4 and 27.9 ± 1.1 in the experimental group after treatment for 24 h and 48 h,respectively.MMSE score in the control group was 23.2 ±0.9 and 25.8 ± 1.3 after treatment for 24 and 48 h,respectively.There had a significant different from two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with intracranial tumor surgery,TCI anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil is stable and awake,and the effect on postoperative cognitive function is relatively small.
8.Retrospective Analysis on Turnover Ratio of Drug Stock in Our Hospital during 2010-2013

Objective:To study the medicine storage management mode in our hospital. Methods: The medicine sales and inventory data were obtained from 2010 to 2013 by the HIS of our hospital. Medicine storage turnover ratio was calculated by using Microsoft Excel. The efficiency in the inventory management was evaluated by medicine storage turnover ratio. The storage control in our hospital was analyzed by the relevant references. Results: The medicine storage turnover ratio from 2010 to 2013 in our hospital was improved to 20. 06 times, the turnover days was reduced to 18 days which met the criteria for the review of the grade A class 3 hospital. Conclusion: The medicine storage management should be scientifically adjusted on the basis of the clinical characteristics and the use of medicines in the hospital. In this way, the improvement of medicine storage turnover ratio, the optimized control of the medicine stocks and the improvement of the social and economic benefit of the hospital will be realized.
9.Clinical Observation on 67 Early Pregnancy Women Treated by Medicinal Abortion Combined with Fugong Decoction

Objective To observe the effect of Fugong Decoction(Decoction for Uterine Restroation) as assistant therapy of medicinal abortion for early pregnancy.Methods The 134 early pregnancy women who were volunteers of medicinal abortion were randomized into a treatment group and a control group with 67 cases in each.The control group was treated with Mifepristone and Misoprostol while the treatment group treated with Fugong Decoction based on these drugs.Totally they were treated for 7 days.The abortion effect,volume of vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,and time of urine human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG) changed to negative were observed.Results In the treatment group,the time of discharge of gestational sac,volume of vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,time of urine HCG changed to negative,and abortion effect were all better than those of the control group,with significant difference(P
10.ANALYZING CLINICAL SAMPLES OF LYME DISEASE WITH 5S-23S RRNA GENE SPACER RFLP ANALYSIS

The author tested 34 urine samples with 5s-23srRNA gene spacer RFLP analysis and compared PCR results with serodiagnosis results.8 pafients of urine are positive by PCR. 7 patients were infected by B. garinii, 1 patient by B afzelii. These genospecies infecting patients are identical with those infecting local vectors. The results showed that the accuracy of laboratory diagnosis oould be improved by simultaneously testing samples with PCR and serodiagnosis. The method of 5s-23srRNA gene spacer RFLP analysis will probably be used widely in studying the relationship of clinical manifestation and genospecies and in epidemiology investigations.
