Objective To investigate the influence of application of local anesthesia with lidocaine on bronchial lavage fluid (BLF) pseudomonas aeruginosa culture and drug sensitivity in cases with lung infection .Methods Two hundred and seventy speci-men of BLF were collected from 135 patients with infection of lung .And BLF were collected directly from right-broncho in control group ,and from left-broncho in lidocaine group .The outcome of pseudomonas aeruginosa culture and drug sensitivity were com-pared in the two groups .Results Fourty-two cases were postitive in BLF pseudomonas aeruginosa culture in the control group ,and 40 cases were postitive in lidocaine group .The positive rates were 31 .11% and 29 .63% ,respectively .There were no significance between the two groups (P<0 .001) .Compared with the control group ,the sensitive strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were obvi-ously less and the drug tolerance strains were much more in lidocaine group for Ciprofloxacin and Levofloxacin (P<0 .05) .Howev-er ,there were no influence for drugs such as Piperacillin/Tazobactam and Ceftazidime ,etc .Conclusion 2% lidocaine has no influ-ence on the outcome of BLF pseudomonas aeruginosa culture .But it may reduce the drug sensitivity of Ciprofloxacin and Levofloxa-cin in cases with infection of lung .

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of sequential rehabilitation for patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 130 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group. The observation group received TouHaiSan fumigation combined with sequential rehabilitation package intervention (treatment of 60 cases with basic cure),while the control group had nointervention prioritieswithout medicine fumigation for a total of 60 cases. There were 10 cases of shedding. The scores ofJOA,SF-36 and VAS were used to evaluate its effect and improvement of life quality in 10 days,20 days and 3 months after treatment. Results Before treatments, the scores of JOA,SF-36,and VAS between the two groups were no significant difference (P >0.05).In 10 days after treatment, the JOA and VAS scores in the observation group were (22.850 ±2.392) and (2.250 ±0.628),compared to (21.250 ± 1.856) and (2.500 ± 0.651) in the control group, which showed a significant difference (t =16.754,4.585,respectively;P <0.05).In 20 days after treatment, the JOA and VAS sores were all showed significantly improved between the two groups (P < 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference of function after 3 months (P > 0.05).After treatment, the SF-36 score showed a significant difference between the two groups (t =25.997,P < 0.01).Conclusions TouHaiSan fumigation combined with sequential rehabilitation package is effective, safe, reliable and sustainable,as well as can improve patients' quality of life, which is worthy of application.

An unusual natural product named 2,4,6-trihydroxacetophenone-3, 5-di-C-beta-D-glucoside (18) were isolated from aerial parts of Rhododendron lepidotum grows in Tibet, along with other 17 known compounds: hopenol-B (1), lupeol (2), ursolic acid (3), avicularin (4), quercetin (5), myricetin (6), hyperoside (7), myricetin-3'-O-beta-D-xyloside (8), (+)-taxifolin-3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (9), (+)-taxifolin-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (10), lyoniside (11), confluentin (12), 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyltriacontanoate (13), 2, 6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-1-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (14), (-)-2-hydroxy-5-(2-hydroxyethyl) phenyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (15), (-)-isola-riciresinol (16) and isofraxoside (17). All the compounds were firstly isolated from this plant as well as compounds 1, 13-18 were reported occurrence in R. spp. for the first time. The structures were identified based on analyses of spectroscopic data and physico-chemical evidences.

A mixture of two new anomers: 3,4-di-O-[syringate]-alpha-D-glucopyranose (1) and 3,4-di-O-[syringate]-beta-D-glucopyranose (2), together with syringic acid (3), were isolated from the alcohol extract of Tagetes erecta. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods, including intensive 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS studies. The structural assignment was further supported by HPLC-ESI-MS with compound 1 at t(R) = 3.22 min (m/z 538.9 [M-H](-)) and compound 2 at 3.25 min (m/z 538.9 [M-H](-)) in the mixture.
