1.The influence of Songling Xuemaikang on the hypertension and hemorheology of hyperlipoidemia patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(z2):23-24
ObjectiveTo observe the influence of Songling Xuemaikang on the hypertension and hemorheology of hyperlipoidemia patients.Methods40 hyperlipoidemia patients randomly divided into Songling Xuemaikang group and jiao gu la zong dai group as a control. The blood lipid and the improvement of hemorheology before and after treatment were compared.ResultsThe efficiency of lipoidemia decrease of treatment and control group is 86.5%and 82.4%,respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups ( P > 0.05 ).The difference of whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity and fibrinogen between two groups had significant ( P < 0.05 ).ConclusionSongling Xuemaikang had effect on both regulating blood lipid and improving the several indexes of hemorheology. It could be an effective and safe drug for prevention and cure cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
2.Animal models of cancer metastasis
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(6):412-415
Animal models using for research the cancer matestasis should be entirely similar to the clinical pathological process in patients.Currently, two kinds of animal models with genetic engineering and human tumor xenografts are available in laboratory, which provide a possible research tool to investigate the mechanism of tumor metastasis and explore the experimental treatment. In these models, the techniques including how to select the cell lines and using real-time imaging detection are very important factors.
3.Effects of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension on lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2001;10(1):9-10
Objective: To observe the effects of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension on lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Methods: A case-matched study of fasting plasma glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HIDL), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), insulin (FIN), C-peptide (FCP) and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were detected in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with and without hypertensiorn. Results: Twenty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated hypertension had higher TG、 FINS and FCP, lower HDL and ISI levels than 20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus without hypertension. Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension had more remarkable lipid metabolic disorder and insulin resistance than type 2 diabetes mellitus without hypertension.
4.Current research situation of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy and gene polymorphism
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;32(11):1089-1093
Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) is an autoimmune disease, and the pathogenesis of TAO is still unclear at present,so it is difficult to take proper prevention and treatment.TAO is a polygenic disease,it is a result of both genetic and environmental factors. Now a large number of researchers showed genetic predisposition of TAO,such as associated genes about cytokine (CK),human leukocyte antigen DR gene (HLA-DR),uridine diphosphate glucose phosphate dehydrogenase gene (UGDH),parathyroid hormone-like hormone gene (PTHLH),human beta defensin-2 gene (HBD-2),cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen-4 gene (CTLA4),cluster of defferentiation 86 gene (CD86) and CD103 gene, cardiac calsequestrin-2 gene (CASQ-2),Toll-like receptor-9 gene (TLR-9),peroxisome proliferation factor receptorγ activation gene (PPAR-γ2),hyaluronan synthase gene (HAS),hyaluronidase gene (HYAL),etc. This review summarizes the corresponding associations respectively based on specific genetic research,so as to have a system understanding to TAO susceptibility genes.

6.Meta-analysis of detection of depressed mood among Chinese nurses from 2009 to 2013
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(25):46-50
Objective To evaluate the depressed mood status of nurses from 2009 to 2013 in China, and to provide evidence for launching psychological health education. Methods PubMed,VIP database, the CNKI database were searched to find the published literatures about the detection of depressed mood among nurses from January 2009 to December 2013.According to exclusion criteria the studies were screened, and the qualities of included studies were evaluated and Meta-analysis software was used for Meta-analysis.Results Totally 633 literatures were included. After screening a total of 583 literatures were excluded, after further study on the full text of literature, eventually 30 literatures were included,a total of 12 626 people,6 946 cases were detected with depressed mood. The Meta-analysis results showed that the total depressed mood detection rate was 42.5%.There was no significant difference among genders, working years, and educational background; but ages may play a role in occurrence of depression. Conclusions Depressed mood of Chinese nurses was significantly higher than the general population, and older nurses were suffered from more serious depression.

8.Therapeutic effect of rhG-CSF on grade Ⅳ leukopenia induced by chemotherapy of malignant tumor
China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Purpose:To study the effect of recombinated human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF,filgrastim) on leukopenia induced by chemotherapy. Methods:Ten cases of leukopenia of grade Ⅳ induced by chemotherapy of malignant tumor were treated with rhG-CSF . When WBC2.5?109/L, rhG-CSF was stopped. Results:All patients with leukopenia of grade Ⅳ recovered to normal after treatment with rhG-CSF , the average time of usage was 6.8 days. The infection rate was 60%(6/10). Conclusions:Filgrastim is effective in the treatment of leukopenia of grade Ⅳ after chemotherapy, rhG-CSF decreases infection and facilitates chemotherapy.
9.The diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(02):-
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder involving primarily motor neurons in the cerebral cortex, brainstem and spinal cord. The clinical diagnosis of ALS may be categorized into four levels of certainty according to clinical and electrophysiological examination, depending on the presence of upper and lower motor neuron signs together in the same topographical anatomic region in either the brainstem(bulbar cranial motor neurons),or cerival,or thoracic,or lumbosacral spinal cord(anterior horn motor neurons).Electromyography is of great importance in the diagnosis of ALS.Neruoimaging studies and clinical laboratory studies are helpful to exclude other disorders.
10.Scientific and technological innovations and tacit knowledge sharing in the hospital
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(04):-
Tacit knowledge is critical to a hospital's scientific and technological innovation, the basis for its survival and the major driving force for its sustainable development. It constitutes the bulk of a hospital's knowledge, including chiefly technological elements, cognitive elements, experience elements. emotional elements and belief elements, has priority among its various tasks, and is the basis for and the key to the development of individual and organizational abilities to innovate. The instruction on and inheritance of tacit knowledge plays a key part in the cultivation of innovative talents in a hospital. Thus hospitals ought to strengthen the management of tacit knowledge and realize its exchange and sharing through face-to-face communication, post rotation, the establishment of cross-disciplinary teams and electronic networks, and the coding of tacit knowledge.
