Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of tanreqing injection to children bronchial pneumonia. Methods PubMed,Ovid,CNKI,and data retrieval system of all places were searched to identify relevant studies from 2003 to November of 2014.The final documents were examined with inclusive and exclusive criteria. Results were pooled with meta-analysis on RevMan software to assess the efficacy of tanreqing injection to children bronchial pneumonia. Results The database was derived from 13 qualified studies that included a total of 1479 patients.Meta analysis showed that, compared to the control group, tanreqing injection treatment group resulted in higher effective rate [OR =2.96,95% CI (2.22,3.96),P <0.01],shorter time of recovering the normal temperature [MD----0.53,95% CI (-0.77,-0.29),P < 0.01],shorter time of disappearance of cough [MD =-1.25,95% CI (-2.14,-0.37),P <0.01],shorter time of lungrale [MD=-1.00,95% CI(-1.4,-0.6),P <0.01],and shorter time of hospitalization time [MD =-1.35,95% CI (-1.83,-0.86),P < 0.01].Significant difference was observed between control and treatment groups. Conclusions This study showed that tanreqing injection appeared to be more effective for children bronchial pneumonia. However, methodology showed low quality. The efficacy needs high-quality clinical trials to verify.

OBJECTIVE:To provide a reference for rational clinical application of Reduning injection. METHODS:The rele-vant information about the patients who sought treatment in our hospital in 2014 and used reduning injection were collected to make statistical analysis to the age, dosage, course of treatment, frequencies, etc. RESULTS:Among the above-mentioned patients, the number of males was more than that of females, children under 10 years old accounted for 36.10%,47.54%of patients received re-duning injection for a treatment course of over five days, and 14.99% of patients failed to wash the infusion tube before injection. CONCLUSIONS:Irrational clinical application of reduning injection exists. The administration and dosage should be standardized and the dosage for children under three years old as specified in the label be detailed to reduce and avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reaction so as to ensure the safety of drug use by patients.

OBJECTIVE:To provide references for clinicians in the choice of antihypertensive drugs.METHODS:The antihypertensive efficacy 6 classes(or 15 kinds) of antihypertensive drugs in a monotherapy in the treatment of 370 patients with essential hypertension(EH) were compared.RESULTS:The blood pressure was effectively lowered by all of the antihypertensive drugs except doxazosin, and doxazosin and torasemide showed inferior efficacy in the reduction of diastolic blood pressure(DBP).CONCLUSION:Calcium antagonists with prolonged action, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI),angiotens-in receptor antagonist, and the monotherapy of Terazosin or Indapamide can all effectively bring down the blood pressure. It is suggested that low-dose doxazosin and torasemide should not be used alone in treating essential hypertension.

Objective:To analyze the effects of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) concept on anesthetic agents in our hos-pital in order to provide evidence for rational drug use. Methods:The patients received ERAS care and surgery from departments of o-torhinolaryngology,gynecology and urology during June and December in 2016 were selected into ERAS group. Meanwhile, the pa-tients received usual care and routine operation were selected into the traditional group. Anesthetic agents of the two groups were then analyzed. Results:The anesthetic agents costs, the usage rate and expenses of patient controlled analgesia pump and the total drug costs of ERAS groups were significantly lower than those of the traditional groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:With the de-velopment of ERAS concept, the patients can receive good diagnosis and treatment. Meanwhile, anesthetic agents costs, total drug costs and drug proportion decrease as well.
