To perform well the health services to the peasant workers ,which is the essential demands to construct a coordinated society and the responsibility of government;and also available to achieve the fairness of health services;benefit to the peasant workers to share the equai right of health,which displayed the socialism humanitarianism.

This article issued the ethical significance to strengthen rural health work. Authors think strengthening rural health work is a concrete embody for serving the people wholeheartedly;beneficial to realize the health service fair and to promote the rural socialist spiritual civilization construction.

This paper found some unsuitability of cognition,attiude and behavior when people deal with the various profit relationships in the gene treatment because of effect theory,benethamism intention and breaking the game rule.In my opinion, we must persist in the suitable ethic principle in the gene treatment.
