Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2023;57(12):3599-3607
Quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (qNMR) technology has significant advantages in quantification due to its simple sample processing and high reproducibility. Two-dimensional qNMR analysis, which can solve the quantification problem of different components in complex systems, has gradually been applied in medicine, food, metabonomics, chemical engineering, and other fields. This paper reviews the analysis methods, influencing factors, experimental optimization, application fields, and other aspects of qNMR to promote its wide and effective application.
2.Clonal origin of hepatocellular carcinoma:recent progress
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Multinolular and intrahepatic recurrent HCC can originate from intrahepatic metastasis and multiple origins, and their colnal origin is closely related to the clinical diagnosis and treatment. To designate suitable therapeutic strategies according to their colnal origin is a new challenge needs to be tackled urgently. This paper reviews recent progress in the clinicopathological features, molecular diagnosis and clinical outcomes of multiple origin HCC.
4.Application of WeChat platform in reading extension service in medical academic library
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(12):57-60
The problems, such as non-full utilization of media, low interesting and participation of users, in read-ing extension service provided by the WeChat public platform in Library of China Medical University were summa-rized by literature analysis and comparative analysis with the reading extension service provided by the WeChat plat-form in other academic libraries as examples, and suggestions were proposed for the application WeChat public plat-form in future reading extension service.
5.Application of Fast Track Surgery in Perioperative Nursing Care of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2014;(11):1058-1059
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of fast track surgery ( FTS ) in perioperative nursing care of laparoscopic cholecystectomy . Methods A total of 200 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy between January and December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups , with 100 cases of each group , receiving either FTS or conventional treatment .Comparison of the two groups in patients rehabilitation and complications were observed . Results The postoperative anal flatus time was significantly shorter in the FTS group (12.0 ±4.4) h than that in the control group (24.9 ±5.4) h (t=-18.519, P=0.000).The postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter in the FTS group (3.2 ±1.3) d than that in the control group (4.2 ±2.1) d (t=-4.049, P=0.000).The patients’ weight loss at the 5 postoperative day was significantly less in the FTS group (3.2 ±0.3) kg than that in the control group (5.2 ±0.6) kg (t=-29.814, P=0.000). Conclusion FTS measures applied in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly accelerate postoperative rehabilitation .
6.The Influence of MiRNA-1 in Cardiomyocyte Apoptosis in Rats
Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(5):455-457
Objective To investigate the effect of miRNA-1 on the cardiomyocyte apoptosis in rats. Methods MicroRNA-1 mimics was transfected into the cultured H9c2 cell line (miRNA-1 group). Cells transfected with random miR-NA fragment was used as negative control group. The cell apoptosis was evaluated by FCM assay. MTT assay was used to de-tect the cell viability. The expression level of miRNA-1 was detected by real-time PCR. The expression levels of Bcl-2 mRNA and protein were detected by real-time PCR and Western blot assay. Results Compared with normal and negative control groups, the expression level of miRNA-1 was significantly higher in H9c2 cardiomyocytes, the apoptosis rate was in-creased, the cell vitality and Bcl-2 expression level were significantly decreased after transfection of miRNA-1 mimics. Conclusion miRNA-1 mimics can up-regulate miRNA-1 level, inhibit proliferation and induce cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
7.The role of hematological stem cell transplantation in treating extranodal NK / T-cell lymphoma, nasal type
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(10):583-585
Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTL) is a aggressive lymphoma which arises from NK cells or T cells and has a poor prognosis. This article mainly reviewed and focused on hematological stem cell transplantation in treating ENKTL.
8.The mechanism and prevention strategies of cognitive dysfunction after radiotherapy of brain metastases
Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2016;36(10):797-800
Radiotherapy has been an effective non surgical treatment for brain metastases. While the benefit of survival was achieved, the potential cognitive impairment caused by radiotherapy gradually arouse people's attention. To improve patient's prognosis, ensuring tumor control and caring patients' quality of life and neurocognitive functions should be weighed equally. This article reviews the related research on the neurocognitive protection of brain metastasis radiotherapy.
9.Quantitative Determination of Gastrodin in Tianmujiangya Tablets by RP-HPLC
China Pharmacy 2007;0(36):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish an RP-HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Gastrodin in Tianmu-jiangya tablets.METHODS:The chromatographic separation was performed on Shimadzu-C18(150mm?4.6mm, 5?m) column with a column temperature at 40℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(0.5∶99.5) at a flow rate of 1.0mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 221nm. RESULTS:The linear correlation of Gastrodin was achieved in the range of 0.271 2?g~1.356 0?g(r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 100.13%(RSD=1.89%,n=6). CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate and specific and with high recovery rate, and it can be used for the quality control of Tianmujiangya tablets.
