Objecitve To observe the diffusion and distribution of imported Oncomdania snails in non-endemic areas of schistosomiasis.so as to provide scientific basis for developing the scheme of snail surveillance. Methods Oncomelania snails from the msrshland of Dongting Lake were imported in a waste land in March,2008,Qingxin County, which belonged to non-endemic areas of schistosomiasis.and their diffusion and distribution condition were observed from May to December in the same year.Resuits A total of 1 600 Oncomelania snails were imported. The occurrence rate of frame with snails in sunny days and cloudy rainy days were22.88%and 29.24%,respectively,and there was a statistically significant difference between them(χ~2=4.113,P=0.043).Those in waste Land and the sides/bottoms of the ditches were 9.38%and 35.99%,respectively,and the difference between them also showed a statistical significance(χ~2=67.246,P<0.001).The average density of living snails in sunny days and cloudy rainy days were 0.79 and 1.11 No./0.1 m~2,respectively,and those in waste land and the sides/bottoms of the ditches were0.11 and 1.34 No./0.1 m~2.The furthest diffusion distance of snailswas 4.5 m.Conclusions The detective opportunity of imported snails is relatively high in cloudy rainy days, which mainly distribute at the sides/bottoms of ditches and diffuse along the ditches.

The cellulase production and extraction from Trichoderma Longibrachiatum ANU_3-958 were reported. The results indicated that maximum enzyme activity can be obtained when the fungus was grown on a solid medium for 144 hours, the proportion between the solid culture and the extracting agent was about 1:7(W/V) and extract was precipitated twice by adding solid (NH_4)_2SO_4. Cellulase powder obtained by freeze drying was analysed for its related enzyme activities. The highest CMC and FPA enzyme activity are about 2788.89IU/g enzyme powder and 79.44IU/g enzyme powder respectively. The yield for the solid culture is about 13.28% averagely.

A Neurospora sp was used to ferment organic waste materials such as sugarcane residue powder (bagasse), bran and cassava residue The feed complex enzymes including cellulase, saccharifying enzyme, neutral proteinase and other growth factors were produced The experimental results showed that suitable medium contained sugarcane residue powder 100 g ?bran 600 g, cassava residue 300 g, mixed nitrogen sucrose 20 g per kilogram solid materials and some content of phosphate, the water in medium was twice as weight as the solid materials;the suitable fermentation conditions were that the strain was cultured first for 2 days under 34℃ and then fermented for 2~3 days at 37℃, no light, keeping the watering medium and suppling enough oxygen during fermentation The cellulase (CMC+C1) was 1759mg/g/h, saccharifying enzyme to 3110 mg/g/h, neutral proteinase 297mg/g /h in ferment product On the other hand, light, enough air, lower temperature and less water content in medium were benefit to producing spores

Objective:
To investigate the clinico-pathological characteristics, outcomes and their predictors in malignant hypertension related kidney injury with and without primary glomerular diseases.
Methods:
Patients with clinical diagnosis of malignant hypertension, biopsy-proven kidney injury caused by malignant hypertension and complete clinical data from January 2010 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to clinical and renal pathology, patients were divided into malignant hypertension related kidney injury without primary nephropathy group and with primary nephropathy group. Clinico-pathological characteristics and outcomes were evaluated and compared between malignant hypertension related kidney injury with and without primary glomerular diseases.
Results:
Totally 31 biopsy-proven kidney injury patients were analyzed. Among them, there were 18 cases with primary glomerular diseases and 13 cases without primary glomerular diseases, with age of (32.5±6.5) years old and (34.7±8.1) years old, respectively. There were 12 males in both group. The proportion of primary IgA nephropathy was higher (16/18) in the group of malignant hypertension related kidney injury with primary glomerular diseases. Malignant hypertension with primary glomerular diseases patients had lower plasma albunin level [(32.7±6.4) g/L vs (38.5±7.3) g/L,
