Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(02):-
Cooperation networks of nursing techniques were constructed by way of perspective practice so as toenhance the quality of nursing critical cases, the success rate of emergency treatments and patients' life quality. Themeasures included taming in techniques for nursing critical cases, making the runds of wards and consultations, andenlarging the scope of the cooperation networks. Quantification methods were introduced into management, networks ofcritical case assessment were ed in managing patients, and the system for assessing taming in techniques for nursingcritical cases was used in managing nineing personnel, thus improving the quality of the nursing personnel, ensuringthe rational allocation of human resources and promoting the enhancement of the hospital's medical quality and its social and econondc benefits. It is therefore not difficult to see that the cooperation networks are of application and dissemination value.

Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(5):626-627
Objective To explore the heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) content of carbon monoxide (CO) levels and clinical significance of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods 219 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia from October 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were divided into two groups, which were non-asthmatic group (156 cases) and wheezing group (63 cases),and the wheezing group were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of hypoxemia and mild asthmatic group (39 cases) and severe asthmatic group (24 cases).HO-1 content in the blood was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, using dual-wavelength spectrophotometric determination of hemoglobin oxygen percentage of broken (COHb%),analysis of the differences between the groups. Results Children with blood COHb content wheezing group were (2.59 ± 0.40)% and HO-1 levels were (1 813.24 ± 28.34)ng/L and non-respite group were significantly increased,it had significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.05).Group of children with severe wheezing COHb content were (3.63 ± 0.45)% and HO-1 levels were (2 594.34±23.94)ng/L and mild wheezing group were significantly increased,it had significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Positive correlation between blood COHb content and HO-1 levels were significantly (r=0.733,P<0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with wheezing blood COHb content and HO-1 levels were significantly increased, and with wheezing exacerbation and showed an increasing trend, suggesting that CO and HO-1 may be involved in Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children in the pathogenesis of wheezing, should lead to clinical attention.

Aim To investigate the relationship between neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor and the amnesia and hypnosis induced by enflurane in mice. Methods Animal models were established by Intraperitoneal injecting of enflurane(2.2 ml?kg-1 and 0.4 ml?kg-1).Artificial cerebrospinal fluid or different dose of nicotine were intracerebroventricular injected, then sleeping time in the analeptic test was recorded;and the step down latency and error times in the step down test;step through latency and error times in the step through test. For the independent activity test, recorded the independent activity times of mice treated with enflurane(0.4 ml?kg-1) in 5 min. Results Compared with control group, intracerebroventricular nicotine decreased sleeping time in the analeptic test, increased step down latency and step through latency in both step down test and step through test.Furthermore, the error times were decreased in both tests. All the outcomes were significant and the influence was dose-dependent.There was no significant difference for the independent activity times of mice treated with 0.4 ml?kg-1 enflurane by ip injection. Conclusion All the evidence suggested that neuronal nicotinic receptor is one of important targets for the hypnotic and amnestic effect of enflurane in mice.

Objective To explore the clinical feature and diagnosis of the X linked adrenal hypoplasia congenital (X-AHC). Methods The clinical data and gene detection results of one case of AHC were retrospectively analyzed. The related literatures were reviewed. Results Two-month-old male infant was suffered with slow weight gain, vomiting, and salt craving of adrenal insufifciency after birth. Gene detection found a new missense mutation on NROB 1 gene. The diagnosis of X-AHC was conifrmed. Conclusions X-AHC is a kind of rare disease and is diagnosed by clinical manifestation, laboratory testing, and NROB 1 gene detection.

1363 cases of wounds and burn wounds wastreate withtopical application of bee honey with an average thera-peutic course of 14.5 days.the total effective rate be-ing 97.5%.When comparison made with 635 casestreated by antibiotics, the results were significantlydifferent.Observations revealed that bee honey pos-sesses the actions of nourishing the wounds,antiin-flammation,antimicrobe,absorption and decrease ofexudation, improvement of healing.

ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnosis and treatment of Crohn disease in neonates. Methods The clinical data of one case of neonatal onset Crohn disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results Male infant had intermittent fever, recurrent oral ulcers, skin impetigo and intermittent diarrhea with increased WBC counts from ifve days after birth. He had been diagnosed as sepsis, bacterial enteritis, Behcet's disease, immunodeifciency disease, nutritional anemia, milk intolerance, and inlfammatory bowel disease. Finally he was diagnosed as Crohn disease by rectal mucosa pathology and postoperative bowel pa-thology. He died of intestinal perforation on 8 months.ConclusionsThe infants who have recurrent oral ulcers, skin impetigo, perianal ulcers and fever from neonatal should undergo colonoscopy for the diagnosis.

Objective:To investigate effects of different treatment on celiac mast cell degranulation in mice with allergic rhinitis induced with ovum albumin (OVA).Methods:60 female mice were randomly divided into five groups,12 mice in each, which were treated with different methods. Then, the celiac mast cells were separated and degranulation rate was calculated after stained with neutral red. Results:the rates of mast cell degranulation were (15±6)%,(53±11)%,(37±13)%,(31±15)%,and (47±14)% in normal group,OVA group, point application group, hormone group, and PBS group. There is obvious degranulation in the celiac mast cells of mice with OVA-induced allergic rhinitis.Point application and dexamethasone treatment could relieve the mast cell degranulation, whereas,PBS has no effect on the mast cell degranulation. Conclusion:the mechanism of antianaphylaxis of point application may lie on stabilizing the mast cell membrane, and inhibiting degranulation to reduce the inflammatory mediator.
