Objective To establish the quality standard for Tianqi Granule.Methods Radix Notoginseng in Tianqi Granule was identified by TLC.The ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoide R1 in Tianqi were determined by HPLC.Result Radix Notoginseng could be identified by TLC.The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoide R1 were at 0.628～5.652 ?g(r =0.999 8)and 0.155～1.395 ?g(r =0.999 8),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.24%(RSD=0.84%)and 99.14%(RSD=1.13%).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility and high precision,and can be used for quality control of Tianqi Granule.

Objective To explore the relationships among implicit self-esteem,explicit self-esteem and alexithymia.Methods According to the scores of Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20),82 tests were divided into the alexithymia group and the control group,which were assessed with Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale(SES) and Implicit Association Test (IAT).Results The level of explicit self-esteem in the alexithymia group was significantly lower than that of the control group((28.57 ±4.57 vs 32.44 ±2.71)),there was significant differences between two groups(P＜ 0.01).Each factor of the alexithymia (as difficulty describing feelings,difficulty identifying feelings and externally oriented thinking) had significantly negative correlation with explicit self-esteem (r =-0.572,-0.52,-0.56,-0.378,P ＜ 0.01),and the alexithymia was positively correlated with the degree of separation in implicit and explicit self-esteem (r =0.421) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The alexithymia group has defects in the process of controlling emotional; Alexithymia as a kind of psychological traits may be influence consistency of implicit and explicit self-esteem.

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to explore the relationship among expression of Survivin and MRP and drug resistance in NPC. METHOD: Expression of Survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry method in 45 cases of NPC and 24 cases of normal mucous membrane of nasopharynx (NMMN). The relationship between expression of Survivin and pathological factors in NPC were analysized. Expression of Survivin and MRP were detected in 31 patients of NPC with paclitaxel resistance and 20 patients of NPC without paclitaxel resistance. The relation- ship among the expression of Survivin or MRP and paclitaxel resistance in NPC were analysized. The paclitaxel resistance cell line, 5-8F-PTX(+); was established by a step-increased method. The expression of Survivin and MRP were detected by western blot in 5-8F-PTX(+) and 5-8F. RESULT: The positive were 71. 1% (32/45) in NPC and 8.33% (2/24) in NMMN. And there were significantly differences between them (P < .05). There were relationship among expression of Survivin and differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and clinic stages of NPC. The positive were 75.9% (31/39) in moderately differentiated NPC and 16.7% (1/6) in lowly differentiated NPC, respectively. There were significantly differences between them (P < 0.05). The positive of Survivin were 83.9% (26/31) in NPC patients with paclitaxel resistance and 45.0% (9/20) in NPC patients without Paclitaxel resistance, respectively. There were significantly differences between them (P < 0.05). The positive of MRP were 87.1% (27/31) in NPC patients with paclitaxel resistance and 40.0% (8/20) in NPC patients without paclitaxel resistance, respectively. There were significantly differences between them (P < 0.05). There were positive correlation between the expression of Survivin and MRP in NPC patients with Paclitaxel resistance. The expression of Survivin and MRP were higher in 5-8F-PTX(+) than in 5-8F. The IC50 of paclitaxel, cDDP, 5-FU and Vincristine were significantly higher in 5-8F-PTX(+) than in 5-8F. CONCLUSION There were relationship among the expression of Survivin and difference, metastasis and TNM stages of NPC. Survivin may serves as a molecular marker for development and progress in NPC. There were relationship among the high expression of Survivin and MRP and increasing of drug resistance in NPC.

OBJECTIVE: To prepare compound ornidazole gel and conduct its quality control. METHODS: The gel was prepared with 0.6% carbopol - 940 as base and with ornidazole and cimetidine as main ingredients. Contents of 2 constituents were determined directely by UV - spectrophotometry. The stability of the finished product was investigated as well. RE-SULTS:The gel obtained was good in appearance, shaping and spreading. The linear ranges for ornidazole and cimetidine were all 0.5-32uuuuuuuuuug/ ml. The average recovery rates of ornidazole and cimetidine were 100.58% (RSD= 1.17%) and 100.59% (RSD=1.61%), respectively. The stability investigation results were in line with the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopeia 2000 version. CONCLUSION:The formula of compound gel is reasonable; its preparation technics is simple and the quality is reliable; and which meets the requirements of clinical medication.

AIM: To determine gallic acid,paeoniflorin and safflor yellow in Taohong Siwu Decoction(Semen Persicae,Flos Carthamietc.) METHODS: To analyse three constituents by HPLC on a Hypersil BDS C_(18) column and gallic acid detection wavelength was set at 271 nm.The mobile phase was methanol-water(5∶95) (adjusted to pH=3.0 with H_3PO_4) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Safflor yellow detection wavelength was set at 403 nm.The mobile phase was methanol-water(80∶20) (adjusted to pH=3.0 with H_3PO_4) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Paeoniflorin detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.The mobile phase was methanol-KH_2PO_4 at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS: Gallic acid showed a good linear relationship at the range of 4.547?10~(-3)-1.455?10~(-1) ?g/?L(r=0.999 3).Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.010-0.200 ?g/?L(r=(0.999 8)) and safflor yellow showed a good linear relationship at the range of 2.34?10~(-2)-7.50?10~(-1) ?g/?L(r=(0.999 4)).The average recoveries were 98.0% for gallic acid,98.4% for paeoniflorin and 99.2% for safflor yellow.The RSD of the method were 1.8%,0.69% and 0.88%,respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is proved to be fast,feasible,simple,and can be used for quality control of gallic acid,paeoniflorin and safflor yellow in Taohong Siwu Decoction.

Objective To explore the mechanism of protective effect of Rhodioloside in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats and its relevance to phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases ( PI3-K)/protein serine-threonine kinases ( AKT) signaling pathway .Methods Forty eight Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: sham-operation group , ischemia-reperfusion group , and Rhodiolo-side treatment groups (5 and 10 mg/kg).The model of right middle cerebral artery occlusion was established with thread ligation meth -od.The score of the neurological deficit was estimated 2 h followed by 24 h reperfusion.Histopathological changes were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining.The infarct volume was measured with triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining.Apoptotic cells were assessed with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT)-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) method.The expressions of PI3-K and p-AKT were evaluated with immunohistochemistry .Results The score of the neurological deficit was decreased more ob-viously, the number of apoptotic were decreased more significantly , the expressions of PI3-K and p-AKT were increased more signifi-cantly in the Rhodioloside treatment groups (5 and 10 mg/kg) than in the ischemia-reperfusion group ( P <0.05).The score of the neurological deficit was decreased , the number of apoptotic was decreased , and the expressions of PI 3-K and p-AKT were increased in the Rhodioloside treatment group (10 mg/kg) than the Rhodioloside treatment group (5 mg/kg) ( P <0.05).Conclusions The protective mechanism of Rhodioloside therapy against cerebral ischemia r-eperfusion injury might be associated with activating the PI 3-K/AKT signaling pathway and then inhibiting neuronal apoptosis .

Objective To establish a method for determining oxalate and citrate in urine simultaneously by capillary electrophoresis.The components,the concentration and pH of the buffer solution,the separation voltage and the injection time on theseparation were studied in detail.Methods The separations were carried out using potassium dihydrogen phosphatebuffer ina fused-silica capillary tubeby capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) and the detection were monitored by UV.24 h-urine samples from patients (n =5) and health control (n =5) were collected from Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University for systematically validating the method developed.Results The optimized separations were carried out using a 50 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphatebuffer solution (pH 6.5) in a fused-silica capillary tube of 50 cm × 50 μm I.D.Injections were made by using the pressure mode for 10 s at 34 mbar.The detections were monitored by a UV at 200 nm after samples were separated at avohage of 30 kV.Under the seconditions,urinary oxalate and citrate were separated completely within 5 min.The relative standard deviations of migration time and peak area within-run foroxalate and citrate were less than 1％ and 3.0％ and the betweenrun relative standard deviations were less than 2.0％ and 4.0％,respectively.The detection limits were 1 mg/L for both oxalate and citrate.The linearity ranges of oxalate and citrate were both 0-500 mg/L with the correlation coefficient between 0.999 5 and 0.995 4 (P ＜ 0.05),respectively.The average recoveries were 102.38％ for oxalate and 92.74％ for citrate.Conclusion This method is proved to be simple,sensitive and accurate,and also applied to determine oxalate and citrate in urine samples with satisfactory results.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of hemorrhagic transformation in non-thrombolysis patients after acute cerebral infarction. Methods According to Chengdu Stroke Registry Project,2598 consecutive patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology,West China Hospital within 1 week of attack from January 2010 to December 2013 were enrolled prospectively. The patients were divided into a hemorrhagic transformation group and a non-hemorrhagic transformation group according to whether they had hemorrhagic transformation or not. As for patients with hemorrhagic transformation,they were divided into a symptomatic hemorrhagic transformation (SHT)group and an asymptomatic hemorrhagic transformation (ASHT)group according to whether they had aggravation of symptom and sign. The baseline data of all patients were collected and compared between the groups. The P<0. 1 variables of the univariate analysis result were enrolled in multivariate logistic regression analysis in order to identify the independent influencing factor of hemorrhagic transformation. Results In 2598 patients,249 (9. 6%)had hemorrhagic transformation,28 of them (1. 1%)were SHT and 221 (8. 5%)were ASHT. There were significant differences in male,hypertension,dyslipidemia,atrial fibrillation,drinking and smoking ratio,blood glucose,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NHISS)scores,and the trial of Org 1072 in acute stroke treatment (TOAST)classification between the HT group and the non-HT group (all P<0. 05). There were no significant difference in the related influencing factors between the SHT group and the ASHT group (all P>0. 05). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that dyslipidemia (OR,0. 588, 95%CI 0. 374-0. 924,P=0. 021)was negatively correlated with hemorrhagic transformation. Atrial fibrillation (OR,3. 188,95%CI 2. 159-4. 707,P<0. 001),blood glucose (OR,1. 081,95%CI 1. 044-1. 119,P<0.001),and NHISS score (OR,1. 305,95%CI 1. 170-1. 455,P<0. 001)were positively correlated with hemorrhagic transformation. In TOAST classification,relative to the large atherosclerotic stroke,the small artery occlusive cerebral infarction was negatively correlated with hemorrhagic transformation (OR,0. 315, 95%CI 0. 167-0. 596,P<0. 001). After removing the influencing factor of atrial fibrillation,compared with the large artery atherosclerotic stroke,cardioembolism stroke was positively correlated with hemorrhagic transformation (OR,2. 823,95%CI 1. 946-4. 095,P<0. 001). Conclusion Dyslipidemia,atrial fibrillation,blood glucose,NHISS score and TOAST classification were independently associated with hemorrhagic transformation in non-thrombolysis patients after acute cerebral infarction.

Aim To investigate the effects of paeonol(Pae)in inhibiting the proliferation of HT-29 cell and probe into the possible molecule mechanism by quantitative and qualitative assay.Methods The inhibited rate and apoptotic rate of HT-29 cells were measured quantitatively by MTT assay.We were trying to find out the possible mechanism through the morphologic observation on paeonol-processed HT-29 cell line by TUNEL assay and immunocytochenical method.Results Pae,in the concentration of 0.024～1.504 ?mol?L~(-1),inhibited the proliferation of HT-29 cells in vitro,which showed obvious concentration-effect relationship;The inhibited rate of HT-29 cells was also increased when Pae(0.024～1.504 ?mol?L~(-1))was treated for 24,48,72 and 96 h,which showed obvious time-effect relationship.After treated with the concentration of 1.504 ?mol?L~(-1),the apoptotic rate of HT-29 cells significantly increased,which showed significant difference compared with control;We examined all the experimental groups by flow cytometry,which showed that sub-G_1 peak appeared before G_1 period and the cells in S period increased,while the cells in G_1、G_2 period decreased,the apoptotic rate of HT-29 cells gradually increased along with the increasing of paeonol concentration.The apoptotic rate in experimental groups vs control has significant difference(P
