Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(15):-
Totally 1 patient were selected from Beijing Xishan Institute for Neuroregeneration and Functional Recovery in Shijingshan District in May 2006. The patient received acupuncture treatment in trideca-ghost points after olfactory ensheathing cells (OECs) transplantation. Detailed acupuncture method and acupuncture point were as follows: Acupuncture was performed from left side on Shuigou (DU 26), Jiache (ST 6), Fengfu (DU 16), Chengjiang (RN 24), Shangxing (DU 23), oblique needling from Shuigou to mittele muschel 0.3 cun. Needle insertion on Chengjiang was from left to right, for 1 minute without retaining needle. Then acupuncture on Shaoshang (LU 11), Daling (PC 7), Jianshi (PC 5), Quchi (LI 11) of both sides, and lower limbs: Yinbai (SP 1) and Shenmai (BL 62) was conducted. Acupuncture on Jiache and Quchi was retained until the patient vellicated limbs. Punctured on Dicang (ST 4) if the patient had spasm on angulus oris, about 20 minutes every time, once a day. After the treatment, the patient had some improvements in the consciousness and electrophysiology. Significant pain reaction appeared, and the endings of extremities had some little movement. The patient could turn head and twist shoulder. Evoked potential in electromyogram (EMG) had certain amelioration.

4.Curative effect of calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal in treatment of pulpitis and apicitis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(6):79-81
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal in treatment of pulpitis and apicitis. Methods A total of 76 patients with pulpitis and apicitis from Dec.2014 to Aug.2015 were collected and randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases in each group.Control group (65 tooth ) were treated by routine root canal therapy, with zinc oxide iodoform clove oil cement filling root canal;experimental group (71 tooth) were treated by routine root canal therapy, with calcium hydroxide paste filling root canal.Periodontal index, pain during root canal therapy ( IAE ) , serum inflammatory factors and clinical curative effect were observed and compared between two groups pre-and post-treatment.Results Compared with pre-treatment, periodontal index of PLI, BI, PD and GI in two groups were all lower (P<0.05), and IL-6, IL-8, IL-1βand TNF-αwere lower(P<0.05).Compared with control group, PLI, BI, PD and GI of experimental group were lower (P<0.05), IL-6, IL-8, IL-1βand TNF-αwere lower(P<0.05),too.The difference of IAE incidence between two groups was significant (P<0.01) and the clinical curative effect of experimental group was 88.73%, higher than 72.31% of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide paste combine with root canal therapy in treatment of pulpitis and apicitis are effective, which can significantly improve periodontal condition of tooth, reduce the occurrence of pain during root canal therapy.
5.Role and Mechanism of Regulation of MACC1 Expression in Development and Progression of Tumor
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2014;(11):698-700
Metastasis-associated in coIon cancer 1(MACC1)is a recentIy discovered gene which is cIoseIy associated with coIorectaI cancer metastasis, and aIso pIay an important roIe in metastasis of other tumors. Some ceII signaIing pathways or bioIogicaI moIecuIes may be invoIved in the reguIation of MACC1 expression and reIevant mechanism of MACC1 promoting tumor invasion and metastasis. However, the reguIation mechanism and pathways of MACC1 expression are currentIy not compIeteIy known. This articIe reviewed the roIe and mechanism of reguIation of MACC1 expression in the deveIopment and progression of tumor.

OBJECTIVE To study the disinfection effect of three kinds of chlorine-containing disinfectants to surgical instruments. METHODS HBV on surgical instruments disinfected respectively by three kinds of disinfectants were tested with PCR and ELISA. RESULTS Although HBV negative proportions were not too high, three kinds of chlorine-containing disinfectants had disinfection effect on surgical instrument. The HBV negative proportion of XIAOJIAJIN 20/500 group was 71.4%(P

To cure one patient with spinal cord injury (SCI), who hospitalized for both legs couldn't moving for 21 years after external injury, by using the olfactory ensheathing cells (OECs) transplant and acupuncture treatment. The patient was diagnosed as ischemic SCI (below the T11) according to the neurological test and MRI for dorsal vertebra. T11 spinous process was made to be the center mark through operation with the length of about 3 cm. The area between the atrophique spinal cord and normal spinal cord without vessel was selected and injected with OECs 0.5?109 L-1. Hemostasis, stitching, binging and fixation were performed respectively, and normal treatment was given by using antibiotics. At 14 days after operation, the temperature on skin increased a little, and acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation therapy were performed. The acupoints were as following: Baihui (DU21), Yintang (EX-HN3), Hegu (LI4), Zhongji (RN3), Guanyuan (RN4), Biguan (ST31), Fengshi (GB31), Futu (ST32), Dubi (EX-LE5), Zusanli (ST36), Xuehai (SP10), Yinlingquan (SP9), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Jiexi (ST41), Taixi (KI3), Fuliu (KI7), Taichong (LR3), and Shenmai (BL62). The treatment was given by mild reinforcing and attenuating with 30-minute retention. The rehabilitation: The needle pressing, manipulation for muscular atrophy, bicycle practicing, andimperative standing were performed. After 2 weeks, the skin temperature of the patient increased with obvious improvement in his right leg. The physical strength of the patient was reinforced with less perspiration, and the patient could walk 3 km without fatigue, which indicated that after OECs transplant, treatment with acupuncture, massage and other rehabilitation trainings could facilitated the improvement of SCI of the advance stage as well as the amelioration of muscular atrophy.

Objective:To establish the mouse model of retinal neovascularization. Methods:Twenty neonatal C57BL/6J mice were divided into two groups randomly. The treated group was exposed to 75% oxygen for 5 days and then to room air.All animals were sacrificed at postnatal day 17 and both eyes were enucleated.Endothelial cell nuclei extending into the internal limiting membrane were counted via HE stain and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) was detected via immunohistochemical stain. Results:On average,25.70?4.90 endothelial cell nuclei were seen in the treated group and 0.85?1.02 in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To study the value in predicting the postoperative pulmonary function of the patient with quantitative MSCT.Methods 16-slice spiral CT scanning of lung was performed in 24 patients with pulmonary carcinoma before and after the operation during eupnea. Then the postoperative forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) and forced vital capacity(FVC)were calculated according to the preoperative lung capacity which was measured by quantitative MSCT,FEV1 and FVC which were measured by pulmonary functional test(PFT),then the results of FEV1 and FVC predicted by MSCT were compared with that two months later after operation. Results There was significant relativity in FEV1 and FVC between predicted by MSCT before operation and measured by PFT after operation ( P was 0.190 and 0.563 respectively). Conclusion Quantitative MSCT can predict the postoperative pulmonary function exactly, which provides dependable reference data for lung resection in the patients.with pulmonary carcinoma.
