[Objective] To observe the relation between the fetus cerebral lateral fissure depth in middle pregnancy and gestational weeks and offer foundation for whether or not normal growth of fetus cerebral cortex in antenatal early evaluation. [Method] Observe the shape of fetus cerebral lateral fissure of 18~24w pregnant women 559 cases with ultrasound, and measure the depth at cerebel um cross section. [Result] The 559 cases of pregnant women ’s fetus cerebral lat-eral fissure depth increases with gestational weeks, the shape changes blunt from smooth. [Conclusion] The ultrasound observation of fetus cerebral lateral fis-sure depth which increases with gestational weeks can be taken to offer relative basis for early evaluation of whether or not normal cerebral cortex growth.

The cancer stem cell (CSC) hypothesis presumes a small part of cells with the properties of stem cells are tu-morigenic and possess the metastatic potential and they play an important role in the genesis development and metastasis of tumor.Many studies documents show that the CSCs exit in some solid tumors,as well as in human leukemia.As one of the most common cancers,mnre and more evidences have proved that there are CSCs in hedatocellular carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal in treatment of pulpitis and apicitis.Methods A total of 76 patients with pulpitis and apicitis from Dec.2014 to Aug.2015 were collected and randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases in each group.Control group (65 tooth ) were treated by routine root canal therapy, with zinc oxide iodoform clove oil cement filling root canal;experimental group (71 tooth) were treated by routine root canal therapy, with calcium hydroxide paste filling root canal.Periodontal index, pain during root canal therapy ( IAE ) , serum inflammatory factors and clinical curative effect were observed and compared between two groups pre-and post-treatment.Results Compared with pre-treatment, periodontal index of PLI, BI, PD and GI in two groups were all lower (P<0.05), and IL-6, IL-8, IL-1βand TNF-αwere lower(P<0.05).Compared with control group, PLI, BI, PD and GI of experimental group were lower (P<0.05), IL-6, IL-8, IL-1βand TNF-αwere lower(P<0.05),too.The difference of IAE incidence between two groups was significant (P<0.01) and the clinical curative effect of experimental group was 88.73%, higher than 72.31% of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide paste combine with root canal therapy in treatment of pulpitis and apicitis are effective, which can significantly improve periodontal condition of tooth, reduce the occurrence of pain during root canal therapy.

OBJECTIVE:To study the correlation between MTX concentration and hydration volume,alkalization volume,urine volume,body weight and biochemical indexes in Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).METHODS:The case histories of pediatric ALL patients hospitalized between 2003 and 2006 who were treated with MTX antitumor thrapy were reviewed retrospectively for a recording of MTX concentration,hydration volume,alkalization volume,urine volume,body weight and biochemical indexes etc.The data were analyzed with multiple linear regression method by SPSS(10.0)software.RESULTS:No significant correlation was noted between log MTX concentration and most of the biochemical indexes,hydration volume,alkalization volume and urine volume;however,log MTX concentration at 24 h was negatively correlated with body weight but positively correlated with TBIL(total bilirubin)(P

OBECTIVE:To establish a RP -HPLC method for the determination of plasma concentration of flurbiprofen. METHODS:By external standard method,the plasma sample after precipitation with acetonitrile was determined on Symmetry shield C_(18) chromatographic column with the mobile phase consisted of buffer phosphate(pH 7.0) - acetonitrile(75:25) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min~(-1).The detection wavelength was set at 247 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of flurbiprofen was 0.05～20?g?mL~(-1)(r=0.999 1) with the detection limit of flurbiprofen at 0.05?g?mL~(-1).The average recoveries at low,middle and high concentrations all ranged between 96.1%and 107.1%,and both the intra - day RSD and the inter-day RSD were less than 10%,meeting the standard required of the methodology.CONCLUSION:The method developed in this study was proved to be simple,accurate,rapid,and suitable for the monitoring of concentration and pharmacokinetic study of flurbiprofen.

ObjectiveTo explore the infulence and to look for an optimal management of delayed meconium exclusion to the premature infant,in order to offer the dependence of diminished neonatal complications.Methods 23 premature infants with delayed meconium were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group.12 premature infants with normal meconium were selected as a normal group.Using the 6F silicone rubber stomach tube help the premature infants exclusing meconium by high-frequency ultrasound in treatment group.2-3ml glycerin mixed with 10-20ml warmed normal saline was given every two days or when vomit,abdominal distension appeared in control group.ResultsThere are no significant differences in serum bilirubin level,recovering days of weight,occurence rate of vomiting,abdominal distension between the treatment group and the normal premature infants group (P ＞ 0.05 ).Oppositively,there were significant differences between the control group and the treatment group ( all P ＜ 0.01).ConclusionUsing high-frequency ultrasound to treat the delay meconium exclusion is an optimal management,it may reduce the complications and recovery the weight of the premature infants with delayed meconium exclusions.

Objective To explore the status of college students’ attachment and locus of control, and explore their relationship. Methods A total of 198 college students were surveyed adopting Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory and Internality, Powerful Others and Chance Questionnaire. Results The distribution of college student′s attachment type was not balanced,the proportion of dismissing type,security type, fearful type, preoccupied type accounting for 43. 9%,31. 3%,21. 7%,3. 1% respectively. The scores of internality, chance and powerful others were (27. 59 ± 5. 44),(17. 92 ± 6. 66),(17. 70 ± 7. 32) respectively. Attachment avoidance correlated negatively with internality(r= -0. 259,P<0. 01), and positively with chance and powerful others(r=0. 206,0. 221,P<0. 01);besides there was a positive correlation between attachment anxiety and chance,powerful others(r=0. 378, 0. 410,P<0. 01). Attachment avoidance had prediction on internality(R2 =0. 067,P<0. 01). Attachment anxiety had prediction on chance and powerful others(R2 =0. 143,0. 168,P<0. 01). Conclusion College students’ at-tachment has significant effects on locus of control.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a simple and rapid ion-pair-RP-HPLC method for the determination of intracellular concentration of ara-CTP.METHODS:Mononuclearcells were separated from the whole blood,centrifugated and injected for determination on Symmetry C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of 0.1 mol?L-1 KDP buffer solution and 0.01 mol?L-1 tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate(pH=2.7)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1 with the UV wavelength set at 278 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of ara-CTP was 0.35-9.12 ?g?mL-1(r=0.998 6)with its detection limit at 0.35 ?g?mL-1.The recoveries of ara-CTP at low,middle and high concentrations,and the intra-day and inter-day RSDs were all up to the standards.CONCLUSION:The established method is simple,rapid,stable,reproducible and applicable for the monitoring of intracellular concentration of ara-CTP.

To provide a reference basis for the structural design and optimization of endovascular stent by analyzing the flow resistance of the new stent with triangle cross-section using numerical simulation method, and finding out the stent structure which will influence hemodynamic parameters. Four kinds of models of the triangle cross-section bare stent were constructed in infinite flow field using solidworks software. Numerical simulations of the four models were performed respectively using ANSYS finite element software. Steady flows and transient flows in these models were studied. Hemodynamics data in the four models were collected, such as the flow patterns, the distribution of pressure and the flow resistance of the new stents. The stent with triangular wire cross-section can be applied to cover aneurysm cavity because that resistance of blood inflow to aneurysm was large and outflow from aneurysm was small. Thus, it was easy to outflow than inflow. Thereby blood perfusion and flow of aneurysm cavity was restrained, and the pressure of aneurysm cavity was reduced, which plays a certain effect on the treatment of aneurysm. This result provides some instructions for the design of stent structure.

Objective:To observe the expression of nuclear factor-kappa B( NF-κB) in rats with acute lung injury ( ALI) caused by oleic acid ( OA) and investigate the protective effect of puerarin ( Pue) in ALI. Methods:Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into three groups:the control group, OA group and Pue group. Morphological changes in lung tissues were observed under a light mi-croscope and the expression of NF-κB in lung tissues were examined. Results:Morphological changes in lung tissues showed that pul-monary inflammation was relieved in Pue group compared with that in OA group. Compared with the control group, the expression of NF-κB was increased obviously in OA group (0. 39 ± 0. 07 vs 0. 12 ± 0. 04, P<0. 05), and that was decreased obviously in Pue group (0. 24 ± 0. 05), which was still higher than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Puerarin can alleviate the inflammation reaction in ALI through inhibiting the expression of NF-κB.
