For the diversity of personnel training and social needs of public (health) administration, training mode for public (health) administration based on social needs can be established on the basis of training objectives, curriculum system, teachers, and teaching methods and practice.

Objective To investigate the correlation between moderate hypoxia and tumor invasiveness in colon carcinoma cell line HT‐29 and detect the expression of NF‐κB protein in nucleus and activities of MMP‐2/9 ,so as to explore its latent mecha‐nism of malignant transformation .Methods The moderate hypoxia model was established according to the pressure of O2 of tumor in vivo .After different period in moderate hypoxia ,activities of MMP‐2/9 secreted by HT‐29 cells were measured by gelatin zymog‐raphy ,NF‐κB levels in nucleus were assessed by Western blot after extraction of nucleic protein .Results MMP‐2/9 activities under moderate hypoxia gradually up‐regulated in 12 h and reached the peak at 24 h .The expression of NF‐κB protein in nucleus was simi‐lar to that of MMP‐2/9 .Conclusion Moderate hypoxia could induce malignant phenotype in HT‐29 cells through up‐regulating MMP‐2/9 activities ,in which NF‐κB may involve in this progression .

Objective To perform mouse pMSV-Slfn5-GFP gene recombinant expression plasmid construction and gene structure analysis.Methods Total RNA was extracted from mouse liver and turned into cDNA by reverse transcription.Mouse Slfn5 coding sequence (CDS) fragment was amplified by PCR and connected with the pGEM-T Easy vector.The connected product was transferred the E.coli DH5a.The positive clones were selected for extracting plasmid,which was identified by double enzyme of restriction endonuclease Hpa Ⅰ and Xho Ⅰ.Then correct plasmid identified by enzyme digestion was sequenced by Macrogen USA.Then correct plasmid by sequencing was connected with pMSV-GFP by HindⅢ and Xbo Ⅰ,which was named as pMSV-Slfn5-GF.UCSC (http://genome.ucsc.Edu/) was used to analyze mouse Slfn5 and its family genomic structure.Slfn5 protein structural domain was determined by NCBI.Results Slfn5 full-length gene sequence was cloned into the expression vector pMSV-GFP,the fragment size was about 2.65 kb by enzyme digestion identification.The conservatism of AAA_4 protein domain in Slfn5 protein family was determined by phylogeny.fr.Conclusion Mouse full-length gene pMSV-Slfn5-GFP expression vector is successfully constructed.

Objective To observe the nursing effect of closed needle-free style injection connector in endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ERCP). Methods From June 2013 to June 2014, 400 patients of the common bile duct stones underwent ERCP technique and placed nasobiliary were divided into two groups according to chronological. Between June 1st, 2013 and December 20th, 200 patients were set as control group, between December 21th, 2013 and June 30, 2014, 200 patients were set as experimental group. For the control group, the nasobiliary duct was directedly connected to the disposable drainage bag. For the experimental group, the nasobiliary duct was connected to closed needle-free style injection connector, and then to the drainage bag. The incidences of the detached connection, the fracture of the connection with the nasobiliary duct, bile leakage from the connection, and post-ERCP infection were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of bile leakage, crack pipes, separation and postoperative infection occurred at the junction nasobiliary rates in the experimental group were 0,0,0,2%(4/200), which were far lower than 35% (70/200),11% (22/200), 6% (12/200), 6%(12/200) of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ2=31.75~169.60, P < 0.01). Conclusions The application of closed needle-free style injection connector can effectively avoid the detachment and fracture of the connection, the occurrence of bile leakage, and post-ERCP infection. This will be helpful to decrease the burden of nursing care and increase patients′satisficationdegree.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of ximingting plan in treatment of osteoporesis result in hypofunction of ovary.Methods Sixty women with osteoporesis result in hypofunefion of ovary were divided into two groups by random digits table with 30 cases each.The investigated group received ximingting pian,the controlled group received hormone replacement therapy(HRT).The changes of bone density,bone gla protein(BGP),estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),the thickness of endometrium,blood routine,urine routine,liver function and kidney function before and after 6 months treatment were measured.Results Bone density and BGP after treatment wag higher than that before treatment in two (6.78±3.97)g/L;in controlled group:(0.617±0.065)g/cm2 vs.(0.552±0.073)g/cm2 and(8.92 4±4.43)g/L vs.(6.83±4.29)g/L](P<0.05).The levels of estradiol and FSH had no marked changes in investigated group(P>0.05);but not this in controlled group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of curative effect and presenting symptom was 93.3%(28/30),93.3%(28/30)in investigated group and 90.0%(27/30),86.7%(26/30)in controlled group,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood routine,urine routine,liver function and kidney function before and after treatment in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ximingting pian is efficacious and safe in the treatment of osteoporosis result in hypofunction of ovary.

Objective To investigate the correlations between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and autism-spectrum quotient and explore if systemizing is the mediator between them. Methods With Padua Inventory (PZ) ,AQ and Systemizing Quotient (SQ), 1901 college students were assessed with stratified random sampling survey. Results Compared with the femal students, score of systemizing in male students had a significant increase ( (26. 773 ± 9.225 )vs (22.017 ± 7 ± 934), P ＜0.01 ). AQ total score was significantly positive correlated with PI total score( r=0. 336, P＜0.01 ),and correlation was also found among SQ,AQ and PI in different degrees. the mediating effect of systemizing was significant. The regression equation was AQ = 18. 942 +0. 064PI -0. 022SQ (P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion There are positive correlation between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and AQ in college students, and systemizing is the mediator between above symptoms.

Structural changes initiate with agonist-re-ceptor binding,followed by activation of intracellular signalling molecules,then phosphorylate alter the hyperme-ability of cell-cell adhesion. Targeting key signalling molecules that mediate endothelial-junction-cytoskeleton dissociation demonstrates a therapeutic potential to improve vascular barrier function during inflammatory injury.
