Objective To investigate the correlations between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and autism-spectrum quotient and explore if systemizing is the mediator between them. Methods With Padua Inventory (PZ) ,AQ and Systemizing Quotient (SQ), 1901 college students were assessed with stratified random sampling survey. Results Compared with the femal students, score of systemizing in male students had a significant increase ( (26. 773 ± 9.225 )vs (22.017 ± 7 ± 934), P <0.01 ). AQ total score was significantly positive correlated with PI total score( r=0. 336, P<0.01 ),and correlation was also found among SQ,AQ and PI in different degrees. the mediating effect of systemizing was significant. The regression equation was AQ = 18. 942 +0. 064PI -0. 022SQ (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion There are positive correlation between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and AQ in college students, and systemizing is the mediator between above symptoms.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effects of safflor yellow (SY) injection on acute lung injury (ALI) rats induced by oleic acid (OA) and its potential mechanism. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups, including control group,OA group,OA+10 mg/kg anisodamine group,OA+8 mg/kg SY group,OA+16 mg/kg SY group, and OA+32 mg/kg SY group. Normal saline or anisodamine or SY were pretreated before 0.18 g/kg OA iv injection. The arterial partial pressure of oxygen, the pulmonary water content index, and MPO activity in lung tissue were determined; The mRNA level of TNF-?,IL-1?,IL-6,ICAM-1,and VCAM-1 were measured by RT-PCR; And NF-?B p65 protein in nucleus observed by immunohistochemical technology, while the level of p38 MAPK protein phosphorylation in lung tissue was analyzed by Western blotting. Results The arterial partial pressure of oxygen in all SY groups was higher than that in OA group, while the pulmonary water content index and MPO activity were lower than those in OA group,as well as the mRNA level of the above inflammatory cytokines and the NF-?B p65 in nucleus and level of p38 MAPK phosphorylation. Conclusion SY could alleviate the lung tissue edema, increase the arterial partial pressure of oxygen, and depress MPO activity in ALI rat induced by OA. The SY mechanism of attenuating the acute lung injury may be associated with inhibiting the p38 phosphorylation and NF-?B activation and reducing inflammatory factors expression.

Objective To observe the latency and amplitude characteristics of event-related potential P300 under different target stimu-lus. Methods During January to December, 2014, 35 patients with memory impairment received P300 test under the percentage of target stimuli of 0.10 and 0.25. The latency, amplitude and area under amplitude were compared. Results There was no significant difference in la-tency (t<0.256, P>0.800), but the amplitude and area under amplitude increased under 0.10 compared with those under 0.25 (t>4.259, P<0.05). Conclusion Less target stimulation may improve the patients' attention and increase amplitude of P300, but no more interference in la-tency, suggesting latency of P300 is more stable for assessment of cognitive function.

Objective To evaluate the regional cardiac function for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) with multiple tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) parameters in rest state and to discuss the value of regional cardiac function in diagnosing CHD.Methods Forty-seven patients with chief complain of chest pain underwent TDI examination.Maximum systolic velocity (Sm),maximum early diastolic velocity (Em),maximum late diastolic velocity (Am),isovoluminal contraction time (IVCT) and isovoluminal relaxation time(IVRT) of 16 segments of left ventricle were measured. All the patients underwent coronary angiography (CAG) at the same time.CHD was diagnosed by at least one coronary artery with no less than fifty percent diametric stenosis.Segments dominated by coronary artery with fifty to ninety and more than ninety percent diametric stenosis were defined as moderate and severe lesion segments respectively.Others were non-lesion segments. Results There was no significant difference of sex, age, heart rate,CHD risk factors, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and E/A among non-CHD (13 cases),one-lesion(11 cases),two-lesion (11 cases) and three-lesion (12 cases)(P >0.05).Compared with those in non-lesion segments (390sections),Sm,Em and Em/Am decreased and IVRT prolonged in both moderate lesion segments (162 sections) and severe lesion segments (144 sections) (P < 0.01).IVCT prolonged only in severe lesion segments (P <0.05),but not in moderate lesion segments. If setting a criterion that no less than three segments with Sm < 2.50 cm/s and IVRT > 87 ms was for CHD diagnosis, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy were 79.4% (27/34),84.6% (11/13),93.1% (27/29),61.1%(11/18) and 80.9%(38/47).Conclusions In rest state, regional cardiac function of lesion segments in CHD patients shows changes of decreased systolic and diastolic velocity and prolonged isovoluminal time.Analyzing segmental cardiac velocity and time comprehensively may help to diagnose CHD.

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum total and high molecular weight adiponectin (HMW APN) levels in type 2 diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods Serum levels of total adiponectin and HMW APN were measured by ELISA,in 58 type 2 diabetic patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (T2DM with NAFLD group),59 type 2 diabetic patients without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (T2DM group),and 55 control subjects with normal glucose tolerance and without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NC group). Results (1) Alanine transaminase and total cholesterol levels were significantly higher in T2DM with NAFLD group than those in NC group(P<0.01),while body mass index (BMI),aspartate aminotransferase, triglyceride (TG),and fasting insulin were also significantly increased (P<0.05 or P< 0.01),and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) were significantly decreased compared with those in NC and T2DM groups (P<0.01).(2) Total adiponectin,HMW APN,and the ratio of HMW APN to total adiponectin in T2DM group were lower than those in NC group.Total adiponectin and HMW APN levels in T2DM with NAFLD group were significantly lower than those in T2DM group(P<0.01).(3) Regression analysis showed that homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR),TG,and HDL-C levels were independent predicting factors for total adiponectin and HMW APN levels.TG and BMI were independent risk factors for T2DM complicated with NAFLD,while total adiponectin and HMW APN levels were the protective ones (OR =0.701,0.489,respectively).Conclusions Hypoadiponectinemia may partially play an important role in the development and progression of NAFLD in T2DM.
