Tumor 2001;(1):45-47
Objective To evaluate the invasive ability of bladder transitional carcinoma cells(TCC),with a new method. Methods MTT colorimetric assay combining with Boyden chamber system was used to measure the invasive ability of three bladder TCC lines EJ、T24、BIU-87. Invasive Index=experimental absorbance/control absorbance×100%.Tumor cells mortility growth curve and coloney forming test were measured for these 3 lines. Results The Invasive Index of three cell lines were EJ 0.326%±0.046%,T24 0.569%±0.044% and BIU-871.256%±0.066%. The Motility Rate were EJ 0.508%±0.037%,T24 0.672%±0.039% and BIU-871.524%±0.043%.Conclusion This method can evaluate the invasive ability of tumor cells accurately and it is sensitive, safe and rapid. It also can be done easily and has no radiation pollution.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To solve the shortage of supplies in the operation module, reduce inventory links, save manpower, and improve the ability of emergency surgery so that the management of operation module is effectively improved. Methods Both sealing management and open management are adopted and compared in the checking time and the unwounded rate in one month before and after using the two methods. Results There was a significant difference (P
3.Predictive role of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio in patients with ischemic stroke receiving reperfusion therapy
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2021;29(4):291-293
Stroke is one of the main causes of death in the world, of which more than 85% are acute ischemic stroke, and reperfusion therapy is its main treatment. Studies have shown that the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is associated with the efficacy, safety and outcome of the reperfusion therapy. This article reviews the predictive role of NLR in patients with ischemic stroke receiving reperfusion therapy.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2011;26(6):493-495
Objective To study the relationship between the number of examined lymph nodes and the prognosis of colorectal cancer by TNM stage. Methods According to the number of examined lymph nodes, 567 patients of colorectal carcinoma who underwent resection were divided into three groups: ≤ 6,7-11 and ≥ 12, the 5-year overall survival rates of three groups were compared. For each TNM stage ( stage Ⅰ -Ⅳ ) , patients were substratified into two groups basing on the number of examined lymph nodes:<12 group and ≥12 group, the 5-year survival rates of two groups in each TNM stage were assessed, and prognostic factors of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage were analyzed. 5-year survival curves were estimated with the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by the log-rank test. Cox proportional models were used to conduct multivariate analyses of prognostic factors. Results The average number of examined lymph nodes was 16. 75 ±9. 88. With the patients grouped by the number of lymph nodes ( ≤6,7 -11 and ≥12 nodes) , the 5-year survival rate was 32. 3% , 43. 8% , and 57. 7% , the univariable analysis indicated that the 5-year survival rate of ≥ 12 examined nodes were significantly higher than the other groups (P<0. 05). There was no difference between two groups in the 5-year survival rates of stage Ⅰ or Ⅳ colorectal cancer (89. 5% vs.89. 1% ,8. 0% vs. 18. 2% , P>0. 05 ) , however, the 5-year survival rates of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ colorectal cancer in ≥12 group were significantly higher than<12 group(71. 1% vs. 32. 6% ,48. 8% vs. 30. 0% ,P<0. 05) , multivariable analysis revealed that the number of lymph nodes examined was an independent factor of prognosis of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ colorectal cancer. Conclusions The number of examined lymph nodes significantly influenced the 5-year overall survival rate of TNM stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ colorectal cancer.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(10):1025-1027
In this paper, from the concept of acupoint compatibility, it is proposed that acupoint selection is a key factor to influence the compatibility of acupoint, and the nature of acupoint is closely related with the location and dominant meridian of acupoints. Acupoint selection according to the location and meridians is the basic method of acupoint compatibility, while acupoint selection based on the syndrome differentiation and the symptoms is the fundamental requirement of acupoint compatibility. Therefore, understanding the nature of acupoint, knowing the method of acupoint compatibility and selecting analogous acupoint that have identical or similar indications are the keys to improve the clinical efficacy.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(4):49-54
Objective:To explore the productivity of township health services in Guangzhou. Methods:We use a nonparametric Malmquist index approach to analyze total factor productivity change in Guangzhou’s township health service. The panel data was collected between 2009 and 2013. Results: The average growth rate of Guangzhou’s township health service was 18 . 7% from 2009 to 2013 . This growth was mainly due to improved technical progress but not technical efficiency. Pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency have not developed simultaneously. Conclusion:The change in the total factor productivity was positively affected by technical progress, not by strategic management and business decisions inside township health centers.

This study taking gestodene (GEST) as a model, investigated the factors affecting reservoir-type intravaginal ring (IVR)'s drug release. This paper reported a gestodene intravaginal ring of reservoir design, comprising a gestodene silicone elastomer core encased in a non-medicated silicone sheath, separately manufactured by reaction injection moulding at 80 degrees C and heating vulcanization at 130 degrees C is reported. The test investigated the factors affecting drug release through a single variable method, taking the drug release rates of 21 days as standards. When changing the thickness of the controlling sheath outside, the ratio of the first day of drug release and mean daily release (MDR), named the relatively burst effect, is closing to 1 with the thickness of controlling sheath increasing, while the 1.25 mm sheath corresponding to 1.04 controlled the burst release effectively; a positive correlation (r = 0.992 2) existed between the average drug release (Q/t) and drug loading (A) within a certain range. The C6-165 controlling sheath with high solubility of GEST is easier to achieve controlled release of the drug; GEST crystalline power is more effective to implement controlled release of drugs among difficent states of the drug. A 1/4 fractional segment core gives a relatively burst effect of 1.76, while the 1/1 and 1/2 are 1.93 and 1.87 separately, at the same drug loading, concluding that use of a fractional segment core would allow development of a suitable GEST reservoir IVR. In summary, GEST reservoir-type IVR could be adjusted by the thickness of controlling sheath, the loading of drug, the material properties of controlling sheath, the dispersion state of drug, the additive composition and structure of intravaginal ring, to control the drug release behavior and achieve the desired drug release rate.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(07):-
Objective:To compare the characteristics of pruritus after epidural and subarchoid morphine for postoperative analgesia. Method: One hundred and twenty patients after hysterectomy were randomly allocated to receiving subarchoid morphine 0.5mg(group Ⅰ,n=60)or epidural morphine 2 mg(group Ⅱ,n=60),respectively. The pruritus incidence, pruritus scale, time and site of occurrence were observed in both groups. Result: In group Ⅰ, the pruritus incidence of 87%,27% of pruritus scale being more than 2 and total pruritus scale being 8 (0-18) were significantly higher than those[31%, 12% and 6(0-14)] in group Ⅱ (P
