The toxic Chinese materia medicia (CMM) has been considered as the combination of active ingredients and toxic ingredients. After reviewing on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),combined with clinical and experimental researches,it was found that the two kinds of ingredients have dialectical relationship,they were manifested with "double-side" or "multi-surface" ,even could change into each other. Based on the above understanding,the new research mehods were proposed as follows:Evaluating toxicity of toxic CMM under the physiological and pathological states; Establishing its drug-nature and toxicity under the different pathological states; Focusing on different pathological states to establish the best combination of active and toxic ingredients; Exploring the transitional mechanism of the active and toxic ingredients.

Objective To describe the depression of premature infants′ mothers and discuss the related influence factors. Methods A total of 86 premature infants′ mothers completed Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale at 3-days postpartum in this descriptive study during August 2014 to January 2015 in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University. Results The prevalence of postpartum depression in premature infants′ mothers was 25.6% (22/86). Educational levels, family support, character, and number of abortion of mothers, pregnancy complication, gestational age, birth weight, Apgar score, length of hospitalization, and birth with abnormalities of premature infants were found significantly associated with postpartum depression (P<0.05). By Logistic regression, family support (OR=3.253, 95% CI=1.180-8.966) and length of hospitalization (OR=2.905, 95% CI=1.418-5.952) were the risk factors of the postpartum depression at 3-days after delivery. Conclusions Premature infants′mothers at 3-days postpartum presented with obvious postpartum depression. Psychological intervention should be focused on its influence factors.

Objective To discuss the clinical value of the "three-step" diagnostic routine in the diagnosis of cervical high-grade lesions. Method The women with the abnormal thinprep cytology test (TCT) underwent colposcopy and biopsy,the pathobiology result was the diagnostic standard. The sensitivity and specificity of the cervical high-grade lesions was calculated. Results The identify rate of the cervical high-grade lesions from the abnormal TCT was 22.3% (340/1524), the sensitivity was 27.1% (92/340), the specificity was 97.5% (1154/1184). The sensitivity of colposcopy was 47.9% (163/340), the specificity of colposcopy was 96.4% (1141/1184). Conclusion TCT with high sensitivity is used for preliminary screening, the colposcopic examination is used to pinpoint and evaluate the lesions,the detection rate and accuracy of cervical high-grade lesions can be improved.

Based on the accurate cognition about tumor pathology,relying on observation of clinic cases,combining unsettled problems about tumor,instructed by theory of pathogenesis,the project puts forward the cancerous toxin-rooted and rising and falling of vital qi and pathogen-determined tumor viewpoint.The purpose of this paper is to provide methods and theory for treatment of tumor.

ObjectivesTo discuss the value of the three kinds of surgical management to treat high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. MethodsThe study was conducted on 136 patients who underwent LEEP、CKC 、hysterectomy ,to compare the change of the postoperative biopsy result,the rate of cure and pregnancy. ResultAmong the postoperative biopsy result,66. 4% was consitent with pretreating histopathology,but 3.6% was upgrade,30.0% was downgrade; there were no statistical difference in the rate of cure of the three kinds of surgical management and in the rate of pregnancy of the two kinds of conization. ConclusionThe three kinds of surgical management to treat high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were effective,while LEEP was the best way.

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of CT and US in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal involvement in children with rheumatoid purpura. Methods Abdominal CT and US findings in 14 cases of clinical and laboratory confirmed of rheumatoid purpura were analyzed. There were 9 males and 5 females with the age ranged from 6 months to 14 years. All patients was hospitalized because of acute abdominal emergency, and the clinical presentations included paroxysm of abdomen pain, vomiting, without skin rashes and subcutaneous hemorrhage. CT examination was done in 7 cases, and contrast enhancement was performed in 1 case. Abdominal ultrasound was done in 9 cases. Both CT and US were done in 2 cases. Results All patients demonstrated multiple or single areas of bowel-wall thickening, localized intraluminal narrowing, mesenteric edema, and liquid in abdominal cavity by CT and ultrasound. Conclusion Abdominal CT and US examination have important values in differential diagnosis of acute abdominal disorders in children patients with rheumatoid purpura. Before appearing skin rashes, classical picture can help for the diagnosis and clinical treatment. Abdominal CT and US examination can also find the intussusception, bowel obstruction, and perforation in rheumatoid purpura.

Objective To evaluate the value and limitation of Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI for neuroblastoma staging in children. Methods Twelve cases of neuroblastoma proved by operation or bone marrow aspiration were examined by gadolinium-enhanced MRI. The age ranged from seven months to five years, mean 3.7 years. Eight tumors originated from adrenal, and four from posterior mediastinum. Conventional sequences, double dose gadolinium-enhanced MRI, and 3D CEMRA were used in all patients. Six cases were examined by CT in same time. Imaging staging on surgic-histopathological-based International Neuroblastoma Staging System (INSS) was performed. Results Six patients were staged by CT, including stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ in 2 cases, stage Ⅲ in 4 cases, and stage Ⅳ in none. Twelve patients were staged by conventional MRI, including stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ in 2 cases, stage Ⅲ in 9 cases, and stage Ⅳ in 1 case. Twelve patients were staged by double dose gadolinium-enhanced MRI, including stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ in 1 case, stage Ⅲ in 1 case, and stage Ⅳ in 10 cases. Conclusion Gadolinium-enhanced MRI was a single best imaging modality for neuroblastoma, most useful for distal to diaphragm metastasis, dumbbell tumor intraspinal extension, and bone marrow metastasis that was not detected by aspirate examination. Enhancement MRI was important in evaluating the therapy and was also helpful in assessing the therapeutic efficacy and relapse. 3D CEMRA helps demonstrate large vascular encasement and tumor erosion into important organs, and it is useful in assessing the respectability. Long examination time and lack in showing the characteristic calcium were the limitations.

Objective To analyze the clinical management of women with atypital squamous cells(ASC).Methods During Sep 2003 to Sep 2008,a totle of 956 women in our department were diagnosed with ASC by cytological test,they were further biopsied under the colposcope.The result of TCT,colposcopic test,biopsy and the highrisk factor were recorded and analysed;the based the biopsy were analyzed by the X~2-test;the high-risk factors and the odds Ratio(OR) were counted by SPSS10.0.Results Among the women with ASC,the rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) diagnosed by the biopsy under the colposcope was 50.7% ,the rate of the high-grade lesion over CINII Was 13.3% ;if the colposcopic test were low-grade lesion,the rate of the cases which biopsys were the highgrade lesion over CINII,was 8.3% ;the high-risk factors which caused the cervical high-grade lesion were the number of sex-partners over 3,the age less than 20 yearold when the sex were made,the cervical erosion,the result of TCT with ASC-H.Conclusion Among the women with ASC,the biopsy shows multiformity;the rate of CIN and the highgrade lesion is also high;if TCT is ASC,the colposcopie test is advised;if the woman who has the high-risk factors,biopsy is advised.
