Children without company of parents in pediatric intensive care unit, often irritable crying, injured,or scratching themselves, pulling in all kinds of wire and/or catheter on the body, and even adverse events, such as dropping of bed.To ensure the safety of the children,we invent a multifunctional strait-jacket,and it is applied in clinic in order to solve the above problems. The structure of this strait-jacket is open, easy to install wire and all kinds of operation;shoulder, cuff with button loops fix bed guardrail by a rope,to prevent the roll shift;cuff with double fold gloves can avoid scratch the skin, remove the line, having the effect of palm warm;waist adding two constraints, not improving constraints on the waist but abdomen to keep warm.By clinical application, this strait-jacket improves the comfort of the constraint, can prevent the occurrence of complications due to improper constraints, such as skin abrasions, physical damage, blood circulation obstacle, alleviate the pain for the children.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship of exposure to occupational hazards, labor intensity, dietary factors and the metabolic syndrome( MS) in male rolling mill workers. METHODS: A total of 1 105 male workers in a rolling mill were studied as research objects by judgment sampling method. The basic information of the subjects was collected by questionnaire survey and health examination. The prevalence of MS was analyzed according to different individual characteristics of workers. Multi-factor logistic regression analysis was conducted for analysis of the affecting factors of MS.RESULTS: The prevalence of MS in the subjects was 32. 5%( 359/1 105). The prevalence of MS in workers exposed to occupational hazards was higher than that in the control group( 33. 5% vs 20. 2%,P < 0. 05). The prevalence of MS increased with age( P < 0. 05),and decreased with the increase of labor intensity and family per capita monthly income( P < 0. 05). The prevalence of MS in smokers was higher than that in non-smokers( P < 0. 017),and the prevalence of MS in workers with animal dietary was higher than those with balanced dietary and with traditional dietary( P < 0. 017).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that after the adjustment of confounding factors such as age, seniority, family per capita monthly income, smoking and drinking,MS risk in a single factor of carbon monoxide exposure group, high temperature combined with carbon monoxide exposure group and high temperature combined with noise exposure group were higher than that of the control group without exposure to occupational hazards respectively( P < 0. 05),and the ratio of the 95% confidence interval were 2. 246( 1. 097-4. 597),2. 581( 1. 308-5. 094) and 2. 435( 1. 281-4. 627). The risk of MS in workers with animal dietary was higher than that with traditional dietary( P < 0. 01),the odds ratio and 95%confidence interval was 1. 497( 1. 106-2. 025). The grade of MS was 24. 6% lower than the original labor intensity with each increasing grade of risk( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: The animal dietary, increased labor intensity, exposure to carbon monoxide, high temperature combined with carbon monoxide and high temperature combined with noise can all increase the risk of MS.

Objective:To investigate the effects of ear holographic tongbian scraping on the constitution, related symptoms and immune function of the population with Qi-deficiency.Methods:From April 2020 to June 2020, 80 subjects judged as Qi-deficiency by the "Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution test" in Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were recruited offline and online. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. On the basis of online health education, the control group received online health education, while the experimental group was given ear holographic tongbian scraping, once a week, 4 times as a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses. Related symptom scores, Qi-deficiency transformation scores, peripheral blood CD4 + proportion, CD8 + proportion, CD4 +/CD8 + ratio were compared between two groups. Results:Totally 38 cases were included in experimental group and 34 cases in control group. After intervention, symptom scores of fatigue, shortness of breath, easy to catch a cold, laziness to speak, low voice and Qi-deficiency transformation scores were 3.26 ± 0.76, 2.92 ± 0.82, 3.08 ± 0.82, 2.66 ± 0.97, 2.71 ± 0.80, 46.16 ± 17.96 in experimental group and 4.12 ± 0.41, 3.76 ± 0.55, 3.50 ± 0.56, 3.65 ± 0.65, 3.18 ± 0.67, 56.88 ± 10.80 in control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t values were -6.02 - -2.51, all P<0.05). Peripheral blood test results also showed that the proportion of CD8 + was 24.76(19.92, 28.23)% in experimental group and 27.19(24.39, 31.57)% in control group, the difference was statistically significant ( Z=-2.25, P<0.05). Conclusions:Ear holographic tongbian scraping can regulate the Qi-deficiency constitution and improve the immune function of people with Qi-deficiency.

Objective To investigate high risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)prevalence among married women in Beijing and to study the high risk flactors.nethods During March 2007 to September 2008.a total of 6185 married women sampled from 137 communities in 12 districts were screened bv HR-HPV DNA test and cytogical test. The interview was carried out with unified questionnaires. The databage was set up and twice entered in EpiDam 3.0.After checked up,the data were analyzed in SPSS 15.0.Results (1) The HR-HPV infection rate was 9.89%.The HR-HPV infection rate of the city zone, the suburb and the exurb were 9.34%,10.51% and 9.51% (P>0.05).The HR-HPV infection rate of the native and the oudander were 9.53%,11.30% (P<0.05).(2) The age distribution of HR-HPV infection was that the rate was around 10% among 25 to 44 age groups, which was the highest(11.21%) in 30 to 34 age group;then the rate was descended as the age raising, the rate of 50 to 54 age group was the lowest(7.78%).(3) Multiple logistic regression showed that the related risk factors of HR-HPV infection mainly included 1000 RMB and above of family income per person per month.possessing more than 1 sexual partner of her husband, outlander and hish levels of education.(4) The prevalence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)in HR-HPV positive group wag significantly higher than that in HR-HPV negative group(29.76% vs 3.32%,P<0.01).Conclusions(1)The HR-HPV infection rate among aged 25 to 54 years was 9.9% and there was no significant difference in area distribution.(2)The hish risk population which should strengthen screening was the married bearing-age women with high level of family income, outlander, high levels of education and her husband possessing more than 1 sexual partner.(3)HR-HPV infection is the main risk factor for CIN and cervical cancer.while does not provide a causal relationship with them. The high risk population should be checked regularly to understand the development of HR-HPV infection and CIN incidence.
