Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis are intestinal chronic granuloma.The mis-diagnosing rate is high.It is a great challenge to distinguish Crohn's disease from intestinal tuberculosis.The prognosis is quite different between Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis.So,it's very important to correctly identify Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis.

Transcription factors T-bet/GATA3 are one of the most fascinating areas of immunology today.Rencently,information has been accumulated to clarity T-bet/GATA3 roles in etiology and progression of certain diseases.This review focuses on the relationship between T-bet/GATA3 and diseases.

Objective Nine VEGF siRNAs were designed and their efficiencys were evaluated for introducing new and effective design rules of siRNA.Methods Nine VEGF siRNA sequences with nineteen nucleic acids were designed.After construction in vitro,VEGF siRNAs were transferred into neuroglioma cells by lipofectamine.The level of VEGF protein in the media was determined by ELISA 48 hours after transferring.The relationship between the characteristics of VEGF siRNA and its' interfering effect were analyzed.Results A quantitative parameter called H-b index were used to characterize the secondary structure of VEGF mRNA.A low value of the H-b index would mean that the structure of mRNA is loose,in which the nucleotides of the targeting region are likely to be accessible by siRNA and the effects are better.The experiments showed a negative correlation between the suppression of VEGF protein expression and H-b index(r=-0.498).The H-b indexs of siRNAs targeting VEGF mRNA 386～406 and 401～421 position were less,however the effects of suppression were better.The siRNAs conferred a strong RNAi activity with A residue at position 6 and A/U residues at position 19 of sense strand of siRNAs.Thethermodynamic properties of siRNA play a critical role in the transferring effects.The lower average of internal stability values for positions 9～14 of the antisense strand is facilitating the interfering effect.The lower binding energy is the more stable incorporation between antisense strand of siRNA and mRNA present,the more favorable is for RISC cleaving mRNA.Conclusions The sequences of VEGF siRNA have been designed successfully and effectively inhibited the expression of VEGF protein.

By measuring the penetration of ultrasonic energy, we detected air bubbles within the infusion line. Ultrasound can accurately detect air bubbles in the infusion line, which is the main method of detecting air bubbles for infusion pump.

[Objective]To study the difference of efficacy of Shuxuetong injection from other medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.[Methods]27 comparative studies of Shuxuetong and other medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction were analyzed by meta-ananlysis about antidepressants indicators.[Results]The clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong was obviously superior to that in control group.The hemorheology indicators(the whole blood viscosity in high shear rates,whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen change)of Shuxuetong were obviously superior to that in control group,but the whole blood viscosity in low Shuxuetong had no significant difference from control group.[Conclusion]Shuxuetong has positive effect on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction compared with other medicine.

AIM: To determine the inhibition of VEGF small interfering RNA (siRNA) on expression of VEGF protein and SMMC 7721 cell growth. METHODS: Nine VEGFsiRNA sequences with nineteen nucleotides were designed under the assistance of computer. The inhibitory effect of VEGFsiRNA was analyzed by CCK8. The protein level of VEGF in the media was determined by ELISA. The change of cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS: All the VEGFsiRNA were capable of inhibiting the proliferation of SMMC 7721 cells significantly compared with control and lipofectamine control, while the inhibitory effects of VEGFsiRNA2, VEGFsiRNA4, VEGFsiRNA6, VEGFsiRNA7, VEGFsiRNA8 and VEGFsiRNA9 were better than that of antisense oligodeoxynucleotide. All the VEGFsiRNA reduced the expression of VEGF protein. The effect of VEGFsiRNA7 and VEGFsiRNA2 were the best with the inhibitory rates of 52.65% and 50.43%, respectively. VEGFsiRNAs induced the S arrest in SMMC 7721 cells. The signs of apoptosis in SMMC 7721 cells induced by VEGFsiRNA were not observed. CONCLUSION: VEGFsiRNA sequences were designed and synthesized successfully. VEGFsiRNA effectively inhibited the proliferation of SMMC 7721 cells and reduced the level of VEGF protein.

IL-33 is found to play a potentially pathogenic roles in the autoimmune disease, allergic disease, vascular disease, inflammatory disease and it might be a useful sera marker for the diagnosis and prognosis in related diseases. Objective:To explore the effect of holding a spiny massaging ball intervention in intraoperative management of patients′ pain and anxiety during Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy under local anesthesia.Methods:90 cases of patients undergoing PTED with local anesthesia in our hospital were recruited and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group squeezed a spiny massaging ball during the surgery, and the control group only received routine care. The patients′ pain degree, anxiety degree, satisfaction and Heart rate, blood pressure were measured.Results:The scores of intraoperative pain, anxiety in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group( t=7.858 and 2.260, P<0.05). There were no obvious change in satisfaction( P>0.05). The changes of heart rate and blood pressure in the experimental group were small, compared with the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The intervention of holding a spiny massaging ball can effectively alleviate patients′ pain and anxiety during PTED under local anesthesia, stable patients′ heart rate, blood pressure changes, improve surgical comfort and safety.

ObjectiveTo study the effect and clinical meaning and pathogenic of extinction on cerebral cortex lesion. MethodsTactile extinction to classical extinction test(simple stimuli)and modified Quality extinction test(QET)were used. ResultsThe positive rate of ex-tinction using modified QET was higher than that of simple stimuli; left cortex lesion could result in extinction both in the contralateral side andthe ipsilateral side;left frontal sites lesion caused ipsilateral extinction. Conclusion: The modified QET was more sensitive than simplestimuli; modified QET showed extinction has competiting and restricting effect at 2 different levels, the mechanism of extinction is correlatedto competition and adventage restraint of diplo-hand cerebral hemisphere and liaise correliation fiber of diplo-hand cerebral hemisphere; thehighesttthe positive rate of extinction was observed in left parietal lesions.
