ObjectiveTo investigate the early screening; treatment and care methods of the retinopathy (ROP) of preterm children. Methods210 premature children born in our hospital were selected to conduct eye screening,treatment and care from January to December 2009.The nursing key points were summarized. ResultsAmong 210 preterm children,15 cases occurred ROP,the rate was 7.1％.Lesions appeared to be the threshold for laser treatment in 8 patients(16 eyes),accounting for 3.8％.The ROP morbidity rate was higher in birth weight ≤ 1000 g group than that in birth weight ＞ 1000 g group,higher in gestational age ≤32-week group than that in gestational age＞ 32 weeks,higher in the inhalation oxygen concentration ≤ 96％ group than in inhalation oxygen concentration ＞ 96％ group.Significant difference existed in ROP and non-ROP preterm children. ConclusionsThe incidence of retinopathy of premature children was closely related with low gestational age,low birth weight and prolonged and high-concentration oxygen inhalation,timely screening and early intervention care should be given to them.

Objective To observe the effect of Lidan decoction combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of liver injury after radiofrequency ablation(RFA) for liver cancer. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016,60 liver cancer patients with liver injury after RFA in the People＇s Hospital of Haiyang were selected in this study. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given Lidan decoction combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate,and the control group was given conventional therapy. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 00% (27/30),which was higher than 66. 67% (20/30) of the control group (χ2=4. 811,P＜0. 05). The levels of albumin (ALB),direct bilirubin (DBIL),AST,ALT in the observation group were (39.02 ±0.91)g/L,(6.31 ± 0.71)μmol/L,(59.12±5.81)U/L,(54.18±8.31)U/L,respectively,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups (t=7. 199,6. 211,6. 440,7. 928,all P＜0. 05). Conclusion Lidan decoction combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate is effective in treating liver cancer patients with liver injury after RFA.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen decoction Huaji pill combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization ( TACE) in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods From December 2016 to October 2017,76 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to the People's Hospital of Haiyang were selected. According to the different clinical treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group. The control group received hepatic arterial chemoembolization, and the observation group received Bazhen decoction Huaji pill combined with TACE. Results The total remission rate of the patients in the observation group was 63. 16％ (24/38),which was significantly higher than 23. 68％(9/38) in the control group (χ2 =12. 050,P<0. 05). The improvement rate and stability rate of KPS score in the observation group were 47. 37％(18/38),36. 84％(14/38),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group [26. 32％(10/38),31. 58％(12/38),χ2 =6. 397,P<0. 05]. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 21. 05％,which was lower than 44. 74％ in the control group,the difference was significant(χ2 =4. 828,P<0. 05). Conclusion Bazhen decoction Huaji pill combined with TACE in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer can effectively alleviate the patients'condition,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety. It is worthy of popularization and application.

Objective To investigate the association of two functional polymorphisms of tryptophan hydroxylase 2(THP2) gene,rs4570625 and rs4565946,with poststroke anxiety disorders.Methods Totally 112 poststroke anxiety patients and 246 non-anxious stroke controls were included and completed Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale.DNA was extracted from blood and genotyped for the two polymorphisms of THP2 gene by polymorphism chain reaction.Results The G allele of rs4570625 was associated with the increased risk of poststroke anxiety.Both the GG genotype and G allele were observed to be significantly higher in female case than in control.No significant difference in genotype and allele firequencies of the rs4565946 was found among the groups.Patients with the G-C haplotype had significantly increased the risk of poststroke anxiety compared to controls.Conclusions Our findings suggest that these ftmctional polymorphisms in TPH2 gene may be involved in development of poststroke anxiety.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Huayu Decoction for decreased ovarian reserve (DOR). Methods Eighty cases of DOR were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral administration of Yishen Huayu Decotion, one dose a day. The control group was given DHEA, a time of 1 tablet, 3 times a day. 2 groups were observed for 3 menstrual cycles. The levels of basic follicle stimulating hormone (bFSH), basal estradiol (bE2), luteinizing hormone (LH) and serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) were measured. The number of basal follicles and the peak systolic velocity (PSV) were monitored by transvaginal sonography. Quality of life assessment and basal body temperature were measured. Results The total effective rate was 85.00% (34/40) in the treatment group and 62.50% (25/40) in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of bE2 and bFSH decreased, and the levels of AMH, ovarian antral follicles and PSV increased, which were significantly different from those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of bE2 and bFSH in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of AMH, ovarian antral follicle and PSV were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The recovery rate of basal body temperature was 77.50%(31/40) in the treatment group and 52.50%(21/40) in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01). After treatment, the scores of four dimensions of life quality, daily activities, health status and self-perception were significantly improved (P<0.01), and the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.01). Conclution Yishen Huayu Decotion can improve the ovarian reserve function and the life quality of patients with DOR.

Objective To explore the effect of dietary fat acids on incretin and islet function in healthy adults .Methods Before each test, healthy subjects received a 1-week pre-experiment eucaloric diet .Fifteen subjects consumed two meals containing different fat acids , including high saturated fat acid ( HSF) and high monounsaturated fat acid ( HMF) .On two separate occasions,they underwent a minimum of 1-week washout between meals .At 0,30,60,120,180 and 240 min following meal intake, the plasma concentrations of gastric inhibitory polypeptide (GIP), glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1) and serum concentrations of glucose, insulin, triglycerides ( TG) and free fatty acid ( FFA) were measured.Results Postprandial glucose did not increase significantly following HSF and HMF meals (P>0.05).Compared with HMF meal, significant increase in AUCins240min,AUCTG240min and AUCFFA240minwas observed following HSF meal (P<0.05).Compared with HMF meal,a significant decrease in AUCGIP30min, AUCGIP240min, AUCGLP-1 30min and AUCGLP-1 240min was found following HSF meal (P<0.05).No significant difference was observed inΔI30/ΔG30 following HSF and HMF meals (P>0.05). AUCI/AUCG was significantly lower following HMF meal as compared with HSF meal (P<0.05).Conclusion This study demonstrates that the function of GIP ,GLP-1 andβcell is affected by the dietary fat acids in healthy adults .The HMF meal may stimulate GIP and GLP-1 secretion to a greater extent than HSF meal .

Objective To investigate the relationship between the anti-earthquake military rescuers' psychosomatic health and social support, and observe the effect of intervention to the army men who suffered troubles.Methods By cluster random sampling, 152 military rescuers and 139 army men not taking part in the rescues were investigated by Facility Psychosomatic Health Scale and Social Support Rating Scale. Mental intervention or medication was performed to those produced psychosomatic health. Results The scores of somatic symptoms,mental status,psychosomatic health and social support of military rescuers and the control group were (4.09±4.70) ,(2.18 ±3.16) ,(6.27 ±7.08) ,(6.14 ±4.20) and (2.11 ±4.16) ,(1.37 ±3.09),(3.47 ±6.55),(4.57 ± 4.17 )respectively, the difference was significant(P＜0.05). The somatic symptoms had significantly positive correlation with mental status in military rescuers (r=0.17～0.52, P＜ 0.05 or 0.01 ). Failure of social support had positive correlation with mental disorders (r=0.18～0.40, P＜0.05 or 0.01). The degree of social support was the main factor which had affected on the psychosomatic health of military rescuers. The somatic symptoms of military rescuers were apparently higher than their mental symptoms. Mental and pharmaceutical intervention showed good effect on them. Conclusion There is an apparent effect for military rescuers injured seriously psychosomatic health through medication or mental intervention.

Objective To evaluate 16-SCT in diagnosing aeute appendicitis.Methods The CT findings of 34 cases were retrospectively analyzed.These cases were all proved acute appendicitis by surgical-pathology.Results 30 cases were confirmed by CT,with accuracy 88% (30/34).The diameter of 28 appendix was more than 6mm;2 collapsed with thickening wall.Periappendiceal fat stranding could be seen in 25 cases.Perforated appendicitis happened in 4 cases.Abscess performed in 2 cases.3 cases were missed,1 misdiagnosed.Conclusion 16-SCT could confirm acute appendicitis and its complication timely and accurately.

Objective To investigate the pathogens and their drug resistance of neonatal skin infection in Maternal-Neonatal Unit to provide evidence for rational selection of antibiotics.Methods Secretions of skin lesions from newborns with skin infections delivered in Maternal-Neonatal Unit,Department of Obstetrics of Beijing Daxing People's Hospital from Jan.2009 to Dec.2010 were collected,cultured and identified for bacterial serotype.Antibiotic resistances of pathogens were determined.Enumeration data was presented by frequency and rate.The difference between groups was compared with Chi-square test.Results Two hundred and six newborn skin infection cases were diagnosed,which accounted for 2.3％ of all newborns (n=9131) delivered in the hospital during the study period.Two types of skin infection were identified,impetigo (n=192,93.2％) and omphalitis (n=14,6.8％).Totally 154 pathogens were found,including 95 (61.7％) Gram-positive cocci and 59 (38.3 ％) Gram-negative bacilli.The major pathogens among Gram-positive cocci were Staphylococcus aureus (45/154, 29.2％), followed by Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus haemolyticus.Staphylococcus was sensitive to Cefazolin,Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and Piperacillin/tazobactam,while resistant to Penicillin,Ampicillin and Erythromycin.The major pathogens among Gram-negative bacilli were Enterobacter cloacae (19/154,12.3％),followed by Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.Drug resistance rate of Gram-negative bacilli was high in penicillin,aminoglycosides and cephalosporins,while they were sensitive to piperacillin/tazobactam,Ampicillin/sulbactam,carbapenems and Quinolones.Conclusions Gram-positive cocci are the main pathogens of neonatal skin infection in the Maternal-Neonatal Unit,and among which Staphylococcus aureus is the major pathogen.Multi-drug resistance is common in the identified pathogens.Attentions should be paid to use antibiotics reasonably according to drug sensitivity test.

Background and purpose:Ovarian cancer-associated ifbroblasts (CAF) are known to promote epithelial malignancy. The chemoattractant cytokine growth-regulated oncogene alpha (Gro-α) secreted from CAF has been reported to mediate the stroma-epithelia interaction in tumor microenvironment, leading to the development of epithelial ovarian cancer, however, the detailed mechanism is unknown.This study was to determine whether Gro-αcould promote ovarian tumorigenesis through activating NF-кB nuclear translocation and VEGF expression in stromal ifbroblasts. Methods:ELISA was used to measure the levels of Gro-αin two cancer-associated ifbroblasts (CAF) and normal ifbroblasts (NF) isolated from high-grade serous ovarian cancer or normal ovarian tissues. CAF conditioned medium (CM) or Gro-αwas used to treat NF, while PS1145, the inhibitor of NF-кB, was used as control. NF-кB subunit p65 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected by Western blot in cells after treatment. Xenograft tumors from nude mice were generated by injection of CAF, NF, or OVCA429 alone or OVCA429 mixed with CAF or NF, and by injection of OVCA429 mixed with NF cells that were treated with or without CAF-CM or Gro-α, or with NF cells that were treated with CAF-CM or Gro-αplus PS1145. The tumor growth curve was measured and the blood vessel density in xenograft tumor tissues was examined by histopathological analysis. Results:The levels of Gro-αwere 5-6 folds higher in CAF than in NF. Treatment of NF with CAF-CM or Gro-αstimulated the nuclear translocation of NF-кB subunit p65, and the expression of VEGF, but suppressed the expression of thrombospondin 1, the anti-angiogenesis factor, compared with control cells. However, treatment of NF with the NF-кB inhibitor PS1145 reversed these results. The animal assay revealed that CAF stimulated tumor growth stronger than NF, and NF treated with CAF-CM or Gro-α, but not along with PS1145, enhanced xenograft tumor growth through promoting angiogenesis. Conclusion:Ovarian CAF promotes the nuclear translocation of NF-кB and the expression of VEGF through Gro-αautocrine in tumor microenvironment to facilitate angiogenesis and ovarian cancer development.
