The stody explored the stalus and influential factors of Medical Marketing teaching and made some Droposition to teaching.The results showed that some students were dissatisfied with the teaching style,the curriculum,or the teaching effect,whose proportion was 42.6 percent,22.3 percent,14.3percent respectively.Main influential factors of Medical Marketing teaching were age,learning interest,evaluation to the curriculum and evaluation to the teaching.It was the findings through the study that the status of taaching was presented from two aspects,namely the students disliked the learning of curriculum and the teaching style was monotonous.Therefore it was urgent to develop the teaching reform and to arouse students'interest.

To bring up teaching quality of health service management and students' integrated ability,the author advanced his thoughts and opinions for teaching reform in teaching contents,teaching methods,examination modes and teachers ability based on the characteristics of health service management and combined with teaching practice.

Objective To explore the intervention mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Fang on deep venous thrombosis ( DVT) of rabbit model,by observing its effects on serum t-PA and PAI-1,D-D,NO,CRP,PT,blood rheology and vascular pathology. Methods Fifty New Zealand rabbits were randomly selected.Ten rabbits were served as blank control group.DVT animal models were established in the remaining 40 rabbits, which were randomly divided into model control group, Yiqi Fang group, Huoxue Fang group and Yiqi Huoxue Fang group (n=10 each group).The changes of serum t-PA,PAI-1,D-D,NO,CRP,PT and pathological changes of blood vessel were observed after 7-days treatment. Results As compared with the blank control group, the serum t-PA,PAI-1,D-D,CRP and PT were significantly increased in the model control group,Yiqi Fang group,Huoxue Fang group and Yiqi Huoxue Fang group (all P<0.01); NO was decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05 in model control group,Yiqi Fang group and Huoxue Fang group;P>0.05 in Yiqi Huoxue Fang group vs.the blank control group).As compared with model control group,the serum t-PA,NO,D-D increased,PAI-1 and CRP value reduced in Yiqi Huoxue Fang group and Huoxue fang group (P<0.01 or P<0.05).As compared with Yiqi Huoxue Fang group,serum t-PA in both Yiqi Fang group and Huoxue Fang group was significantly lower (P<0.01 and P<0.05) ,other indexes were significantly higher than that in Yiqi Huoxue Fang group (serum PAI-1,P<0.01 in Yiqi Fang group;NO and D-D,P<0.01 or P<0.05 in Yiqi Fang group;CRP value,P<0.01).Vascular pathology showed that blood vessels,especially vascular endothelia,of Yiqi Huoxue Fang group were most slightly injured,with slightest infiltration of inflammatory cells. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Fang can prevent DVT through regulating t-PA and PAI-1,keeping the fibrinolytic system function at a relatively high level,protecting vascular intima and relieving the inflammation in venous thrombosis.

Objective To analyze the direct and indirect effects of influencing factors on suicide ideation among college students based on the structural equation model. Methods 1505 college students were investigated with ASLEC, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, SSRS, QSA and BDI. Results Incidence rate of college students' suicidal ideations during the past year was 6.67%. The goodness of fit for the structural equation model was satisfactory and 3 major indices( x2/df = 2.23, GFI = 0. 982, RMSEA = 0. 029 ) had met corresponding requirements. The depression was directly influencing factor on suicide ideation, while four factors including passive coping style, social support, positive coping style and suicide attitude, had indirect impacts. Negative life event not only directly affected suicide ideation, but also had indirect effects. According to the percentages of their contribution, the risk factors were ranked as follows:depression (41.08%), negativity life event (35.35%) and passive coping style (6.05%). Similarly, the top protective factor was: social support ( 11.94% ), followed by positive coping style (4.94%) and suicide attitude (0.63%). Conclusion Depression is an important risk factor of suicide,and has a direct impact. So, not only strengthen the mental health of college students, but also train students to face up the difficulties with a positive style, and make the college students get social supports sufficiently.

Twenty eight polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) patients complicated with insulin resistance, whose testosterone and luteinizing hormone levels were normal, received metformin treatment (500 mg b.i.d) for 3 months.Blood anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels, endocrine and metabolic parameters were measured before and after treatment.The mean levels of AMH were not significantly changed after 3 months of treatment [(8.4±3.2) vs.(8.5±3.2) μg/L, P=0.148].However, the BMI[(27.6±4.1) vs.(29.3±4.4)kg/m2], fast glucose[(5.32±0.47) vs.(5.55±0.71)mmol/L], fast insulin [(93.3±17.8) vs.(147.7±44.1)pmol/L] and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) (3.17±0.71 vs.5.27±1.85) were significantly decreased after treatment (all P<0.05).The results indicate that metformin treatment may not significantly affect serum AMH levels, although it can improve the insulin resistance and reduce the BMI value in PCOS patients.

In this study, a novel technique for the preparation of (125)I-5-trimethylstannyl-1-(2-deoxy-2-fluoro-beta-D-arabinofuranosyl) urail (FIAU) was developed, (125)I-FIAU biodistribution profile was detected in Kunming mice and the possibility of using FTAU radio-labeling for reporter gene imaging was explored. 5-trimethylstannyl-1-(2-deoxy-2-fluoro-beta-D-arabinofuranosyl) urail (FTAU) was labeled with radioiodine ((125)I). A rotary evaporation method was used to remove excess methanol. The reactant was purified through a Sep-Pak C18 reversal phase column. The radiochemical purity and in vivo stability were determined using silica gel thin layer chromatography (TLC). The biodistribution of (125)I-FIAU in Kunming mice was also detected. The results showed that (125)I-FIAU could be radiolabeled effectively with FTAU, with mean labeling rate being (81±0.38)% (n =5). The mean radiochemical purity of (98.01±0.40)% (n=5) was achieved after a reversal phase Sep-park column purification. (125)I-FIAU was stable when incubated in normal human serum or in saline at 37°C, with a radiochemical purity >96% during a 0.5-24 h time period. Biological experiments exhibited rapid clearance of (125)I-FIAU from the blood pool. (125)I-FIAU was mostly excreted by kidneys. (125)I-FIAU in myocardium dropped conspicuously after 8 h and there was hardly retention at 24 h. We were led to concluded that the new method of radioiodinization of FTAU for the preparation of (125)I-FIAU is easy, highly effective and stable in vivo. The biodistribution of (125)I-FIAU in Kunming mice showed it can serve as an imaging probe for myocardial reporter genes.

Objective To prepare a kind of 99Tcm-labeled estrogen receptor (ER) SPECT imaging agent,and evaluate its binding characteristics with ER by in vitro and in vivo studies.Methods EDL was prepared from estrone and then reacted with GAP to synthesize GAP-EDL.Then,GAP-EDL was labeled with 99Tcm to obtain 99Tcm-GAP-EDL.Cell uptake and blocking assays were performed in vitro on MCF-7and MDA-MB-231 cells.The biodistribution study of 99Tcm-GAP-EDL was performed on normal BALB/c mice at 30,60,120,180 and 240 min post injection.Nude mice bearing either MCF-7 or MDA-MB-231derived tumors were injected with 99Tcm-GAP-EDL,and subjected to γimaging at 1,2,4 h post injection.The mice injected with excess unlabeled GAP-EDL or estradiol were used as the blocking control.Two-sample t test was used for data analysis.Results The radiolabeling yield of 99Tcm-GAP-EDL was (98.8 ±0.5) ％ and the radiochemical purity after 24 h was over 90％.The cell uptake rate of MCF-7 cells at 240min was (4.84± 0.21) ％,which was significantly higher than that of MDA-MB-231 cells ((2.11±0.21) ％;t =15.96,P＜0.05).99 Tcm-GAP-EDL uptake rate of MCF-7 cells in blocking groups ((2.31 ± 0.28) ％ and (2.05±0.35) ％) decreased significantly compared to that of non-blocking group(t=11.52,11.16,both P＜0.05).Biodistribution studies showed that 99Tcm-GAP-EDL was mainly metabolized by the liver and kidneys,and exhibited quick blood clearance.Gamma imaging showed high uptake in MCF-7 tumors 1 h post injection and the uptake reached the highest at 4 h,while there was little 99Tcm-GAP-EDL uptake in MDA-MB231 tumors and blocked MCF-7 tumors.Conclusions 99Tcm-GAP-EDL may be prepared under mild conditions with high labeling purity and stability.The in vitro and in vivo characteristics of 99Tcm-GAP-EDL suggest that it may be a promising probe for ER positive tumor imaging.

Objective To investigate the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue(GnRH-a) on pregnancy outcome in patients with endometriosis infertility after laparoscopic surgery.Methods Two hundred and twenty two patients treated with laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis infertility in Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital between January 2010 and December 2012 were enrolled and 184 patients completed the study.Patients were randomly assigned to two groups:110 patients in GnRH-a group received long-acting GnRH-a (3.75 mg injection every 28 d for 3 times) before trying to conceive,74 patients in control group were directly trying to conceive for 1 to 36 months.According to endometriosis fertility index (EFI),patients were further subgrouped:GnRH-a group 1 (EFI scores =6-10,n =83),GnRH-a group 2 (EFI scores =0-5,n =27),control group 1 (EFI scores =6-10,n =55) and control group 2 (EFI scores =0-5,n =19).The cumulative pregnancy rate (CPR) and abortion rate were compared among groups and subgroups.Results The patients were followed up for 1 to 36 months after trying to conceive,with a median follow-up time of 14 months.The total CPR was 62％ (114/184),the median time for gestation was 11 months.Within the first 6 months after operation,the CPR in GnRH-a group and its subgroups were lower than those in corresponding control groups,with significant difference between GnRH-a group and control group [9％ (10/110) vs.32％ (24/74),x2 =16.00,P ＜0.01],GnRH-a group 1 and control group 1 [8％ (7/83) vs.38％ (21/55),x2 =18.10,P ＜0.01].Within 12 months,24 months and 36 months,the CPR in GnRH-a group and its subgroups were all higher than those in corresponding control groups [66％ (55/83) vs.49％ (27/55),x2 =4.05,P ＜ 0.05].The pregnant rate within 12 months in GnRH-a group was 88％ (63/72),which was not significantly different to that in control group [76％ (32/42),x2 =2.44,P ＞ 0.05].Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that there were no significant difference in CPR between GnRH-a group and control group,GnRH-a group 1 and control group 1,GnRH-a group 2 and control group 2 (all P ＞ 0.05).The median time for gestation in GnRH-a group and its subgroups were shorter than those in corresponding control group.The median time for gestation in GnRH-a group was 10 (95％ CI:8.2-11.8) months and that in control group was 17 (95％ CI:1l.8-22.1) months.The abortion rate in GnRH-a group and control group was 11％ (7/72) and 26％ (11/42),respectively (x2 =4.34,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Administration of GnRH-a for 3 cycles can improve postoperative pregnancy rate within 1 year and reduce the abortion rate for endometriosis infertile patients after laparoscopic surgery especially for these with strong fertility.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Scrophularia ningpoensis granules combined with fosinopril in treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods 60 congestive heart failure patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.Besides the conventional therapy, the control group was treated with fosinopril and the treatment group received Scrophularia ningpoensis granules plus fosinopril for 90 days.Left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and serum B-type brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) were measured before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group were 90%, but significantly effective number in the treatment group was higher than the control group.The levels of BNP, LVEDD and LVESD in both groups were decreased, while LVEF was increased after the treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The degree of improvement of heart function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of Scrophularia ningpoensis granules and fosinopril is efficacious in treating CHF.
