1.Study of clinical immunotherapy in children with allergic asthma and rhinitis
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(20):2749-2750,2753
Objective To investigate the clinical application of specific allergen immunotherapy (AIT)for the children with al-lergic asthma and rhinitis. Methods The in vitro specific allergen test system was adopted to detect allergen specific IgE and total IgE in children outpatients of the Children's Hospital. The children patients with dust mite allergy were divided into groups for con-ducting therapy. The immunotherapy group adopted the Dermatophagoides farinae drops for hypoglossis desensitization therapy, while the control group was performed the anti-allergic therapy by the common drugs. The clinical control indicator scores were per-formed after 6-months and 12-month therapy and at the same time the change of serum specific LgE was observed. Results Among 218 cases of allergy,114 cases(52.4%)were inhalation allergy and 101 cases (46.3%)were food allergy.98 cases of dust mite al-lergy accounted for 44.95% of the total allergy and 85.96% of the inhalation allergy. The difference in the curative effects between the AIT group and the control group had statistical significance(P <0.01).Conclusion Among 218 children cases of allergy, the dust mite allergy was maximum in the specific allergen detection;the hypoglossis specific immunotherapy has significant curative effect for the children with allergic asthma and rhinitis.
2.Abnormally activation of lymphocyte by auto-platelet with idiopathic throm bocytopenic purpura
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the expression of HLA DR on the platelet membrane and the activation of CD4 +T lymphocyte with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) Methods By flow cytometry, HLA DR expressed on platelet membrane and IL 2 level produced by activated CD4 +T lymphocyte in 60 patients with ITP and 60 normal volunteers were measured Results The percentage of platelet expressing HLA DR (0 808?0 218)% measured in 60 patients with ITP by flow cytometry analysis was markedly higher than that in control subjects (0 025?0 019)% ( P

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2009;29(7):602-605
Fifty-two patients with chronic thrombeembolism (41 male, 11 female) aged 33-67 yr underwent pulmonary endarterectomy between 1997-2008. Anesthesia was induced with etomidate, fentanyl/ sufentanil and rocuronium/vecuronium and maintained with large doses of narcotics supplemented with low concentrations of isoflurane/sevoflurane if necessary. Swan-Ganz catheter was placed after induction of anesthesia. Trausesophageal echocardiography was monitored. Bilateral pulmonary thromboembolism was performed using profound hypothermia with circulatory arrest. After operation, 35 patients still had sustained pulmonary hypertension (67%). Nervous system complications occurred in 7 patients ( 14% ). Six patients developed lung bleeding (12%) during and after operation and 4 patients infection (8%). The mortality was 15%.

Objective To explore the method of comfort nursing in patients with nasogastric feeding and observe the influence on enhancement of patients satisfaction degree. Methods Case control study Was used in 162 conscious patients with nasogastric feeding.80 patients from January 2005 to January 2006 were selected as control group and given routine nursing.82 patients from February 2006 to May 2007 were named as the test group and received confort nursing. The satisfaction degree of patients, injury of nasal mucosa, shedding rate of the gastric tube and aspiration rate were investigated with self-designed discomfort questionnaires. Results The satisfaction degree in the test group Was 63.41%,which was higher than that of the control(40.00%,P<0.01).The rate of nasal mucosa injury, shedding of the gastric tube and aspiration rate were lower in the test group(1.22%,2.44%,1.22%)than those in the control group(8.75%,10.00%,7.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in patients with nasogastric feeding contributed to the enhancement of satisfaction degree of patients and nursing quality.

Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on depression state and compliance of senile patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods 46 senile patients with cerebral apoplexy were divided into the intervention group(22 cases)and the control group(24 cases). The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, based onthe above methods, cognitive behavioral intervention was added to the intervention group,6 weeks were taken as one treatment course.Using self-rating depression scale(SDS) and self-made compliance questionnaire to evaluate the depression and compliance before and after 6 weeks of treatment. Results The SDS score was obviously lower, the treatment compliance was better in the intervention group after 6 weeks compared with the control group. Conclusions The cognition behavioral intervention is helpful to improve the depression of senile patients with cerebral apoplexy, enhance the treatment compliance and improve patients' quality of life.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE: To reduce the incidence of the disputes between pharmacists and patients. METHODS: The reasons for the disputes between pharmacists and patients as well as the countermeasures were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The disputes between pharmacists and patients were mainly resulted form pharmacists' dispensing error, improper service attitude or skills, or lack of the ability in dealing with the problems. The quality of pharmaceutical care can be enhanced and the incidence of disputes can be reduced or evaded through institutionalized management, standardized operation and humane concern showed to patients etc.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(36):10-12
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Mepilex surgical dressing in prevention of pressure sore. Methods 46 patients with high risk factors and Norton grading lower than 10 point were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 23 patients in each group. The control group was given reduction of local pressure, protection of the skin, nutritional support and other conventional measures to prevent pressure sore. Besides conventional nursing measures, the experimental group was given Mepilex to cover the bone eminence place, replaced every 7~10 days. The occurrence and development of the pressure sore was observed on the second, fourth, sixth and eighth week after admission. Results The occurrence rate of the experimental group on the sixth week was 4.55%, and the control group was 26.09%,the difference had statistical significance. The cure rate of the two groups showed no difference on the eighth week. Conclusions Application of Mepilex to treat patients with high risk of pressure sore has good effect.
