Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of ballon-assisted surgical wrapping-clipping for the treatment of blood blister-like aneurysms (BBA) of internal carotid artery. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with BBA of internal carotid artery who were treated by ballon-assisted surgical wrapping-clipping from August 2011 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 9 patients were successfully treated with surgical wrapping-clipping in ballon-assisted technique. The BBA had no rebleeding.Nine cases were followed up clinically for six months. Digital subtractive angiography demonstrated no aneurysm in these patients, and showed no stenosis in the parent artery. Conclusions Ballon-assisted surgical wrapping-clipping in the treatment of BBA is effective and safety. It may help to reduce the risks of BBA rebleeding and recurrence.

Objective:To explore the reliability and validity of the 10-item Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC-10) in Chinese community-dwelling adults. Methods:Using multistage stratified sampling, totally 2 051 community-dwelling adults were selected and they were investigated by the 10-item Connor-Davidson resilience scale, the center for epidemiological studies depression scale (CES-D) and 10-item Kessler psychological distress scale (K10). The exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used to evaluate the CD-RISC-10 by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0.A parallel analysis and Velicer's minimum average partial (MAP) test were also supplemented to confirm the EFA-derived structure of the scale. Results:The Cronbach α coefficient of the CD-RISC-10 was 0.94, and the Spearman-Brown reliability was 0.89.The total correlation of the questions ranged from 0.74 to 0.81 (all P<0.01). The exploratory factor analysis retained its single dimension, which can explain 63.24% of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis revealed the single factor model fit data adequately ( χ2/ df=4.596, CFI=0.967, TLI=0.973, RMSEA=0.065). The resilience(27.02±13.50) was negatively correlated with depression(9.75±5.24) and psychological distress (19.23±6.37)( r=-0.32, -0.35, both P<0.01). Conclusion:The CD-RISC-10 scale has acceptable reliability and validity, with using easily and conveniently. Therefore, it is an effective tool for measuring the resilience of the community-dwelling adults.

OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation process of Soft-shelled turtle blood lyophilized powder (STBLP), and to provide a reference for improving the availability and quality stability of soft-shelled turtle blood (STB). METHODS STBLP was prepared with vacuum freeze-drying. Taking the solubility as the index, the preparation process parameters of STBLP were optimized by single factor experiment and Box-Behnken response surface method. RESULTS The optimal freeze-drying process for STBLP was obtained: pre-freezing time of 4 h, total drying time of 13 h (before at 0 ℃), and resolution drying temperature of 25 ℃. The average solubility of 3 batches of STBLP prepared according to the optimal process was 95.72% (RSD=0.68%, n=3), the relative error of which was -0.97% to the theoretical solubility (96.66%). CONCLUSIONS Optimized lyophilization process in this study are stable and feasible, the solubility of the prepared sample is high.
