1.Effect of patients with uterine fibroids with mifepristone combined with psychological intervention

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone complex combination of uterine fibroids suffer psychological intervention.Methods70 patients of uterine fibroids from January 2014 to January 2015, were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 35 cases.The control group psychological intervention group conventional therapy based on the use of mifepristone treatment, the control group were treated with conventional therapy alone psychological intervention, recording and analysis of therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.ResultsThe patients with hemoglobin levels and fibroid volume were (99.57±10.46)g/L, (69.65±10.25)cm3 after treatment than the control group (89.94±9.15)g/L, (142.06±12.49)cm3, and the difference was significant (P<0.05);after treatment observation group total effective rate was 80.0%, higher than 57.14%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionMifepristone combined with psychological intervention uterus Efficacy fibroids sure, exactly, compared with the individual application of psychological intervention no significant adverse reactions, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with uterine fibroids.
2.Influence of the Trial Point on the Quality of Root Canal Obturation

Objective To observe the influence of the trial point on the quality of root canal obturation.Methods 400 teeth were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was with the trial point,while the control group without. The quality of obturation was analyzed based on with and without testing the trial point.Results There were 201 teeth with the trial point and 199 teeth without, the rates of flush filled teeth were 86%,75% and 51% respectively in the trial point against,but its rates were 62%,49% and 26% respectively without the test in anterior, premolars and molars. Objective: To explore the application and clinical effects of humanistic service management in the management of NICU.Method: Humanistic service,management and education are conducted among neonate patients,their family members,nursing staff,and nursing students in NICU,and the outcome clinical effects are investigated.Result: The application of humanistic service dramatically increases the positivity,activeness,creativity,and cohesiveness of nursing staff,improves their overall quality,helps to establish a harmonious relationship between nurses,nursing students,and neonate patients' family members,enhances the satisfaction degree of neonate patients' family members and the nursing standard in NICU,and promotes the general improvement of hospital nursing service.Conclusion: The application of humanistic service in NICU initiates nursing service,improves hospital nursing standard,promotes the general development of NICU nursing,thus deserves to be further extended and applied.
4.Expression and clinical significance of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer

Objective:To detect the levels of T help cell 17 (Th17)/regulatory T cell (Treg) in the peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer and explore their clinical significances.Methods:55 patients with ovarian cancer and 60 normal controls were enrolled.The percentage of Th17/Treg cells were detected by flow cytometry (FCM).The expression of retinoid-related orphan receptor gamma-t ( RORγt)/foxhead winged-helix box protein 3 ( Foxp3) mRNA was measured by real time PCR and the plasma levels of IL-17/TGF-β1 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results: The percentage of CD4+IL-17+/CD4+T cells,the mRNA expression of RORγt and the plasma levels of IL-17 increased significantly in patients with ovarian cancer than in normal controls (P<0.05).Compared with normal controls,the percentage of CD4+Foxp3+Treg/CD4+T cells,the mRNA expression of Foxp3 and the plasma levels of TGF-β1 increased significantly in patients with ovarian cancer ( P<0.05).Conclusion:The imbalance of Th17/Treg cells may exist in the peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer.Th17/Treg cells may participate the pathology of ovarian cancer.
5.Characteristics of GFP-hMPV infection in BALB/c and SCID mice

Objective To compare the characteristics of hMPV infection in BALB/c and SCID mice.Methods BALB/c and SCID mice were infected intranasally with GFP-rhMPV,and sacrificed on day 3,5,7,9 and 14 post inoculation.Heart,liver,spleen,lungs,kidneys and brain of the animals were used for viral isolation,titration,pulmonary histopathology and detection of GFP-hMPV mRNA expression by RT-PCR and real-time PCR.Results Live viruses were successfully isolated from the lungs of infected mice.Viral titers peaked on the 5th day post inoculation.Viruses remained to be detectable on the 14th day post inoculation in SCID mice,but not in BALB/c mice,whereas genomic RNA of GFP-rhMPV was detectable by PCR targeting F gene in infected BALB/c mice.Live viruses were not able to be isolated from heart,liver,spleen,kidney and brain,neither was genomic RNA of hMPV able to be detected on the 5 th day post inoculation by RT-PCR and real-time PCR.Histopathology of lungs was characterized by interstitial pneumonia on 5 days post inoculation.Lung pathology score of BALB/c mice group was slightly lower than SCID,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion GFP-rhMPV can only replicate in the immunocompetent and immunodeficient mouse lungs,but not in other organs.As compared to that in BALB/c mice,the viral replication appears to be more efficiently and for longer time in SCID mouse lungs probably due to the absence of host cellular and humaral immunity,but this does not necessarily result in more severe pathological lesion.
6.Application of Orem self-care theory in nursing of patients receiving chemotherapy after cervical cancer surgery

ObjectiveTo study the application effect of Orem self-care theory in nursing of postoperative chemotherapy patients after cervical cancer surgery. Methods60 patients receiving chemotherapy after cervical cancer surgery were randomly divided into the self-care group and the control group with 30 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,on this basis the self-care group was given nursing intervention according to different requirement of patients by using three nursing model of Orem self-care theory-supportive education,part compensation,complete compensation system.The nursing effect was compared between two groups. ResultsCompared with the control group,the rate of gastrointestinal adverse reaction was lower,the anxiety and depression symptom alleviated,satisfaction degree of patients and their relatives with nursing improved,self-care ability of patients was enhanced in the self-care group,all had significant differences. ConclusionsApplication of self-care theory in nursing care of patients during chemotherapy after cervical cancer can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of patients and their families and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal side effects.Meanwhile,it can make close nurse-patient relationship,improve the satisfaction degree of patients and their families,improve self-care capacity,improve the quality of care,reduce the psychological symptoms of patients,so it has significant social and economic benefits.
7.The appliacation of retrospective ECG-gated 256 slices spiral CT technique in inferior phrenic artery angiography

Objective To evaluate the value of retrospective ECG-gated 256 slices spiral CT technique in the scanning of inferior phrenic artery (IPA).Methods 80 patients with underdone abdominal CTA were divided randomly into two groups (40 patients each)as regular abdominal CTA scanning group and retrospective ECG-gated technique group.And further analysis was done to evaluate the display of IPA branches and the image quality.Results 80 patients were all scanned successfully.40 cases LIPA and 40 cases RIPA were showed in the regular group.80 cases showed 1st level branches of IPA,73 cases with 2nd level,59 cases with 3rd and 43 ca-ses showing 4th level.40 cases LIPA and 40 cases RIPA were showed in ECG-gated group.And the numbers of IPA branches levels were 80,79,71,65,respectively.There is no significant difference in the ability of showing the1st level IPA or their image quality between those two groups (P >0.05);and there is a statistical significance in the ability of showing other levels of IPA and their im-age quality.Conclusion It is feasible that we use retrospective ECG-gated 256 slices spiral CT scanning technique to show the IPA. And it could improve the ability of showing the IPA branches as well as the image quality.

9.The Simulation of CT Filtering Projection Reconstruction Using Computer

Objective: So far, CT back projection technology is already quite mature, this article is a basic research for CT back projection technology, which uses software method to realize back-projection technology, so that you can have a better under-standing of CT back-projection technology. It uses computer soflware programming to realize computer simulation of CT back-projection reconstruction: algorithm is CT back projection algorithm. While realizing back-projection reconstruction, we can choose a suitable faltering function to process received image data in finquency domain, so as to achieve the purpose of the elimination of simple back-projection arising from star-shaped artifact. Methods: The programming environment uses VC soft-ware platform integrated development environment ODE). It bases on the CT filtering back-projection reconstruction algorithm and develops a PC software of graphic user interface. By choosing the value of the various parameters related to the back-pro-jection, we can obtain different effect of back-projection reconstruction image, so that we can compare the result of different pa-rameters to get important factors which effects CT filter back-projection most. Results: We realize the simulation of image re-construction of standard phantom. The interface is easy, so makes it very convenient for deeper understanding of back-projec-tion reconstruction, at the same time the filtering function based on the frequency domain also partly eliminates the star artifact caused by reconstruction process. The reconstruction image of the standard phantom achieves the desired effect. Conclusions: The software simulation of the back-projectiun reconstruction can show the process of recoustruction clearly. By change the val-ue of the parameters, we can have a better understanding of the reconstruction algorithm, so that we can find more suitable fil-tering function.
10.Apoptosis-inducing effect of vp3 gene on human breast carcinoma

Objective To construct recombinant plasmid pcDvp3 and observe the apoptosis-inducing effect of vp3 gene on human breast cancer cell line-435. Methods (1) vp3 gene was cloned into the plasmid pcDNA3.1 to form the recombinant plasmid pcDvp3. Then the nucleotides sequencing was processed. (2) 48h after transfection of pcDvp3 and pcDNA3.1 into breast cancer cell lines-435,optical microscopy, electric-microscopy, agarose electrophoresis and flow cytometry were used to verify apoptosis of tumor cells.(3)Nude mouse model of human breast cancer cells -435 was established to observe the tumor-inhibiting rate and TUNEL was adopted to identify apoptosis. Results (1) Sequence analysis justified the recombination of plasmid pcDvp3. (2) 48h after transfection into breast cancer cells-435, distinct morphological transformation and typical apoptosis bodies were observed, agarose electrophoresis of genomic DNA showed typical ladder-like pattern and flow cytometry analysis showed apoptosis peaks with the percentage of 14.42%.
