Objective To study which is more advantage between comfortable care and functional care.Methods There are 49 case.We divided them into two groups,countrast group (function mode) and experimental group (comfortable mode) according to the preoperation case and postopreation case.Count the operative complication rate of two groups.Results Satitical analysis was performed using χ2,P<0.05.Conclusions Comfortable care mode was significantly advantage than functional care mode.

ObjectiveTo investigate the disinfection effects of two different methods on the ventilator circuits. MethodsThe ventilator circuits which had been used by patients were disinfected by the artificial brushing method and the strict program of the full automatic cleaning-disinfecting machine,respectively.Samples from circuits were cultured after disinfection,and the numbers of bacterium colony forming unit (CFU) were counted. ResultsThe qualified rate of disinfection of the ventilator circuits by the strict program of the full automatic cleaning-disinfecting machine was 100％,which was significantly higher than that by artificial brushing method.50 samples disinfected by artificial brushing method were selected,among which 14 samples had pathogenic bacteria.100 samples disinfected by the strict program of the full automatic cleaning-disinfecting machine were selected and total bacterial count≤5 cfu/cm2. ConclusionsThe sterilization of the ventilator circuits with the full automatic cleaning-disinfecting machine is effective and safe,which can make the disinfection work more standardized.

AIM: To investigate the effect of interleukin-2 (IL-2) on the intracellular calcium in electrically stimulated adult rat ventricular myocytes during anoxia and reoxygenation. METHODS: The isolated cardiac ventricular myocytes were exposed to 5 min anoxia followed by 10 min reoxygenation. Chemical anoxia was introduced by Krebs-Henseleit (K-H) solution containing 10 -3 mol/L sodium dithionite. The spectrofluorometric method was used to verify intracellular calcium transient with fura-2/AM as calcium fluorescence probe. RESULTS: It was shown that during anoxia, the amplitude of Ca 2+ transient was decreased, diastolic [Ca 2+ ] i, time to peak and time to relaxation of Ca 2+ transient were increased. All the parameters were got back but did not returned to the pre-anoxia level during reoxygenation. IL-2 at 2?10 5 U/L administrated during anoxia aggravated the effect of rexoxygenation on [Ca 2+ ] i transient. Pretreatment with a specific ? opioid antagonist, nor-BNI (10 -8 mol/L), abolished the effect induced by IL-2 during anoxia on the [Ca 2+ ] i transients, whereas specific ? opioid antagonist, naltrindole (10 -6 mol/L), did not cancel the effect. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that administration of IL-2 during anoxia aggravated the effect of reoxygenation on the [Ca 2+ ] i transients of isolated ventricular myocytes, which was mediated by cardiac ? opioid receptor pathway.

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection in treating elderly with orthostatic hypotension. Methods The total of 97 cases of patients with orthostatic hypotension were randomly divided into 2 groups, which was injected intravenously with 100 mL Shenmai injection once daily as the treatment group, with 100 mL glucose as the control.The treatment lasted 14 days. The clinical symptom score, the difference of blood pressure, the P￣selectin, and the platelet maximum aggregation were measured. Results Compared with the control, Shenmai injection significantly reduced the clinical symptom scores of patients (P<0.05), lowered the difference of blood pressure for upright and supine significantly (P<0.05), decreased the platelet maximum aggregation and P￣selectin remarkably (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenmai injection significantly reduces the difference of blood pressure for upright and supine of the elderly with orthostatic hypotension, and inhibits the activities of platelets, thus improves the clinical symptoms.

Objective To investigate the clinical feature and prevalence of chronic actinic dermatitis in a four-generation family with both monovular twins affected by chronic actinic dermatitis.Methods The clinical and laboratory findings from monovular twins simultaneously affected by chronic actinic dermatitis and their four-family members were analyzed.Results There were 76 members in the four-generation family,with 22 members (including 14 males and 8 females) diagnosed with chronic actinic dermatitis.No positive results were found from laboratory examinations or environmental survey.Conclusion Chronic actinic dermatitis was inherited in an autosomal mode in this family.

Objective To assess the clinical significance of ankle-brachial index (ABI)in the diagnosis of peripheral arterial disease and its relationship with some interfering factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and ten type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were selected.The systolic blood pressure and blood flow waveform in brachial artery,dorsal artery of foot or posterior tibial artery were surveyed with Doppler flow imaging survey meter ES-1000 SPM.ABI was calculated and the patients were divided into peripheral arterial disease group (group A) and non-peripheral arterial disease group (group B).Clinical data and risk factors were analyzed.Results In 110 patients,there were 20 cases (18.2%) with ABI<0.9.Age,TC,LDL-C,24 hours urinary microalbumin (24hUMA) and the prevalence of coronary heart disease were all higher in group A than those in group B (P＜0.05).LDL-C and the prevalence of coronary heart disease were independent risks variable for peripheral arterial disease. Conclusions ABI can assess objectively peripheral arterial disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus.which offers reliable base to active therapy.Advanced age,hypercholesteremia and hyper 24hUMA are the main factors of peripheral arterial disease.

ObjectiveTo explore the application value of acoustic radiation force impulse(ARFI) in the differential diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods Eighty six patients with 107 lesions were performed ARFI elastography.The stiffness of the masses in virtual touch tissue image(VTI) were scored.The pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,drawed the ROC curve to find the cut off point of area ratio to predict breast cancer.Shear wave velocity(SWV) within the breast masses were measured using virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ) technique.ResultsThe elastography hardness score higher than grade 4 was mainly distributed in the malignancies compared to benign lesions( P ＜0.01).1.53 as the cut-off point of area ratio,sensitivity and specificity of diagnosing breast cancer were 95.7 ％,92.5 ％.SWV of malignant group higher than benign group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.001 ).Conclusions Hardness score in VTI imaging,area ratio of benign and malignant lesions,SWV within the breast masses can help the differential diagnosis of breast lesions.

Objectiv e:To investigate the effect of different culture conditions on the differentiation of Treg and Th17 to lay a foundation for exploring the methods to reverse the immune tolerance induced by tumor microenvironment.Methods:The IL-6 gene was cloned and stablely transferred into the tumor cell line expressing TGF-β.The conditioned mediums ( CM) were prepared by collecting the culture supernatants of tumor cell lines with or without IL-6 expression and used in the in vitro culture of peripheral blood mononuclear cells ( PBMC ) .The changes of Treg and Th17 in PBMC treated with different CM were detected with flow cytometry ( FCM) .Results:The expression of TGF-βin BEL-7402 was higher than that in HepG2.Thus the BEL-7402 was selected for preparation of cell line stablely transfected with IL -6 gene.ELISA detection confirmed the effective expression of IL -6 by the identified cell lines.It was showed that the Treg increased in PBMC treated with culture supernatants of tumor cells .However,the presence of IL-6 reversed the increase of Treg and promoted the differentiation of Th 17.Conclusion: The culture supernatants of tumor cells increases the proportion of Treg.However,the presence of IL-6 in this CM can reverse the increase of Treg and raise the proportion of Th 17.

This investigation with questionnaires is about the recognition of ethical issues involved in therapeutic cloning and human embryo managemeat, and its aim is to provide basis for working out ethical guidelines of therapeutic cloning and human embryo management. The investigation has been carried out among professionals in the field of obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine in the east and west parts of our country including 12 third grade hospitals in Shanghai and Xi'an and 20 maternal and child health stations at the district and county levels with randomized sampling and voluntarily billing the questionnaires without name. A total of 400 feedbacks have been received. The results show that 91. 25% of the investigated persons admit researches on therapeutic cloning, and that majority of them recognize that moral status of embryos develops and changes in accordance with the different stages of embryo development, and put forward some recommendations to strengthen the researches on therapentic cloning and the management of human embryos in order to protect the human dignity and support the researches on therapeutic cloning.

AIM: To study the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on cell contraction and intracellular calcium of enzymatically isolated rat ventricular myocytes during normoxia and anoxia/reoxygenation. METHODS: Contraction and intracellular calcium were determined with video tracking system and spectrofluorometric method, and the chemical anoxic method was employed. RESULTS: The ?d L /d t max , dL of cell contraction and the amplitude of [Ca 2+ ] i in the cardiomyocytes following SM treatment were decreased in a dose-dependent manner. During anoxia, the ?d L /d t max , dL and amplitude of [Ca 2+ ] i were decreased, while the diastolic Ca 2+ level was elevated compared with control group. All the contractile parameters and the diastolic Ca 2+ level were back toward pretreatment values during reoxygenation, but could not return to control level. After the treatment with SM (3 g/L), ?d L /d t max and dL of cell contraction and the amplitude of [Ca 2+ ] i were higher and the diastolic Ca 2+ level was lower than those in anoxia/reoxygenation group. CONCLUSION: SM antagonized effects of anoxia and reoxygenation on cell contraction and intracellular calcium in isolated ventricular myocytes.
