Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided thrombin injection (UGTI) combined with saline injection and ultrasound-guided compression repair (UGCR) for upper limb pseudoaneurysm (PSA). Methods The clinical features and therapeutic efficacy of UGCR and UGTI for PSA of the upper extremities were retrospectively assessed after catheterization through radial artery. When UGCR was conducted, PSA, its communicating emissaries with other arteries were first identified with color Doppler, and then direct manual compression over the aneurysm for 30 minutes until complete thrombosis was observed. When UGCR failed, a 20-22G needle was inserted into PSA and saline was injected with continuous color Doppler guidance to confirm that the tip of the needle was in the aneurysm. Then thrombin was injected into the aneurysmal sac. All the patients were followed-up clinically and with ultrasound 24h or 14-30 days after the treatments. Results For the 14 patients with upper limb PSA who received UGCR for the first time, 5 were cured with a success rate of 35.7%. Nine cases underwent repeated UGCR treatment, and it was successful in four patients. The overall success rate for UGCR was 64.3% (9/14). All the five patients in whom UGCR failed were successfully cured when UGTI was conducted. In four cases it was successful after the first UGTI, and only one patient received repeated UGTI treatment. The total success rate for UGTI was 100% (5/5). No obvious adverse effect and recurrence were found after follow-up for 14-30 days in all patients. Conclusions Both UGCR and UGTI are safe, effective, and expedient treatment for patients with PSA in the upper extremity. UGTI is the preferred method for its simplicity, high success rate and avoidance of possible distal arterial embolism.

Objective To explore the application and clinical effects of nursing procedure of in the patients of Ebola virus dis-ease (EVD).Methods We went on nursing assessments to the 5 EVD patients by applying nursing procedure and made the nursing diagnosis based on the results of nursing assessments.Then we analyzed the possible reasons of common nursing problems and made anticipated goals and carried out the nursing strategies.We evaluated the efficiency of nursing eventually.Results We carried out nursing procedures in 5 EVD patients.No complication was occurred in all patients.Three patients fully recovered and dis-charged from our hospital.We got a good treatment results and achieved good social benefits.Conclusion System nursing to EVD patients,which accords to nursing procedure,helps us reducing the nursing complications,and decreasing the mortality of patients.

AIM: To investigate the expression pattern of apolipoprotein M (apoM) protein in renal cortex of a-cute renal failure ( ARF) rats with reperfusion. METHODS: Seventy - five male rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (re =25) , ARF group (n =25) and pyrrolidine dithiocarbamat (PDTC) group (n =25) , five subgroups at time points of 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h after reperfusion were set up in each group. The expressions of apoM in cytoplasm and NF - κB p65 in nucleus of renal cortex were detected at the indicated time points. RESULTS: The expression of apoM in ARF group was obviously higher than that in sham operation group ( P <0.01 ) , and two peaks were detected, the first peak was at 6 h after reperfusion, while the second one was from 24 h to 48 h. The tendency of apoM expression in PDTC group was similar to that in ARF group, while the expression in every subgroup was prevalently lower than that in ARF group (P < 0.01). Otherwise, a significant correlation ( r = 0.852, P < 0.01) was found between the expression of apoM and NF -κB p65.CONCLUSION: The results indicate that apoM feasibly take part in the pathogenesis of ARF through the inflammatory reaction mediated by NF - κB.

Objective To establish core competence evaluation index system of orthopaedic specialized nurse .Methods Alto‐gether 35 experts from Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospital in Chongqing ,Beijing ,Jiangshu were consulted by a three‐round delphi survey ,and finally established the core competence evaluation index system of orthopaedic and the weight of each index .Results The core com‐petence evaluation indexes of orthopaedic specialized nurse included 4 first class indexes ,14 second class indexes and 72 third class indexes .The expert authority coefficient was 0 .833 ,the familiar coefficient was 0 .794 ,the determination coefficient was 0 .872 ,The coordination coefficient of primary and secondary and third indicators were 0 .390 ,0 .324 ,0 .308 ,respectively ,and there were statis‐tically significant differences (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The expert opinions for the core competence evaluation indexes are consist‐ent ,the results are objective and scientific .It can provide quantitative standards for training ,examining and evaluation of orthopaedic specialized nurse .

Objective To investigate the effect of human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cell-derived Exosome on the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)into cancer-associated myofibroblasts(CAF)and the impacts of CAF on liver cancer cell proliferation,migration,and invasion. Methods The protein expression of HepG2 cell-derived Exosome was detected by Western blotting. MSCs were separated from human adipose tissue and cultured with HepG2 cell-derived Exosome(100 ng/nl)to initiate differentiation. The expressions of mesenchymal markers and several interleukins were also detected by Western blotting. HepG2 cells were co-cultured with the conditioned media(CM),in which HepG2 Exosome induced the differentiation of MSC into CAF. The expressions of epithelial and mesenchymal markers were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and Western blotting. Cell proliferation was assessed using MTS assay. Transwell chambers were used in the in vitro migration and invasion assay. Results HepG2 cell-derived particles expressed CD63,70 kilodalton heat shock proteins,and 90 kilodalton heat shock proteins. With the treatment of HepG2 cell-derived Exosome,the expressions of mesenchymal marker α-smooth muscle actin,fibroblast activation protein α,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,and IL-1β were up-regulated,while vascular endothelial growth factor had no significant change. The conditioned media which HepG2 Exosome induced MSC differentiation CAF(CAF-CM)could significantly promote HepG2 cells proliferation(1.075±0.104),compared to BSA control(0.874±0.066,P=0.023)and MSC-CM(0.649±0.034,P=0.0005). CAF-CM could significantly enhance cell migration [(42.5±9.1) cells vs.(18.5±3.1) cells,P=0.001] and invasion [(29.0±3.5) cells vs.(13.1±3.7) cells,P=0.009] compared to its control group. Moreover the conditioned medium which HepG2 Exosome induced MSC to differentiate into CAF could also promote the expressions of mesenchyme-related genes Smad interacting protein 1(P=0.040),β-catenin(P=0.038),fibronectin(P=0.029),and Vimentin(P=0.013)and inhibit the expression of epithelial related genes zonula ocdudens-1(P=0.010).Conclusions Exosome extracted from HepG2 cells can induce human adipose-derived MSC to differentiate into cancer-associated myofibroblasts. CAF-like cells can promote the migration of the liver cancer cell line HepG2.

Objective To observe the effect of 99Tc-MDP in the treatment of metastasis bone disease pain with malignancies,and the influence of 99Tc-MDP to human body's Hb,WBC,PLT,serum calcium,and PS grade.Methods 99Tc-MDP was used for the treatment of bone metastases in 78 cases with malignancies:established the intravenous access,mairdined with the 99Tc-MDP,200mg,the diluted physiological brine,and in tWO hours,once a day for five days.After the rest of twenty one to twenty-eight days,the second cycle Was repeated,and each patient at least three cycles.Results 99Tc-MDP had no influence to the Hb,WBC and PLT in pre-treatment and post-treatment,but had obvious effeet on the serum calcium,the hypocalcaemia reduced obviously(P＜0.01).There was significant difference in ameliorating ache during the periods of pretreatment and post-treatment(P＜0.05).However,there was no marked improvement in PS,and no statistic difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion 99Tc-MDP has deftnite curative effect in the treatment of metastasis bone cancer,can ameliorate the ache induced by it,and can reduce the hypoealcaemia.There is no marrow inhibition and enteron reaction in the application.

Objective To investigate the role of regulatory B cells (Breg)in children with newly diagnosed immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).Methods A total of 35 newly diagnosed ITP children admitted to the Pediatric De-partment,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to December 201 4 were recruited in this study,and another 20 gender -and age -matched healthy children from the Department of Medical Examination Center of the same Hospital were recruited as controls during the same period.Peripheral blood samples (3 mL from each chil-dren)were collected from all the newly diagnosed ITP children and the normal controls.Breg cells were tested by Flow Cytometry,and the expression levels of interleukin -1 0 (IL -1 0)and transforming growth factor -β1 (TGF -β1 ) mRNA were measured by real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Meanwhile,the correlation be-tween Breg cells and the expression levels of IL -1 0,TGF -β1 mRNA were analyzed by Pearson correlation.Results The percentages of Breg cells in the peripheral blood of the newly diagnosed ITP children [(2.37 ±0.67)%]were sig-nificantly lower than those of the normal controls [(4.92 ±1 .32)%],and there was a significant difference (t =-7.47,P =0.000);the expression levels of IL -1 0 mRNA in the newly diagnosed ITP children(0.202 ±0.059) were significantly decreased compared with those of the normal controls(0.41 5 ±0.21 2),and there was a significant difference(t =-5.1 75,P =0.000);while the expression levels of TGF -β1 mRNA in the newly diagnosed ITP chil-dren(1 .587 ±0.823)were significantly increased than those in the normal controls(0.61 9 ±0.322),and there was a significant difference(t =4.081 ,P =0.001 ).There was a significant positive correlation between Breg cells and the ex-pression levels of IL -1 0 mRNA(rs =0.828,P <0.05),but no correlation between Breg cells and expression level of TGF -β1 mRNA was found (rs =0.527,P =0.1 1 7).Conclusions The decrease expressions of Breg cells can be found in the newly diagnosed ITP children,and the abnormal expression of Breg cells may play a key role in the immu-nological pathogenesis of the newly diagnosed ITP children.

AIM: To investigate the effect of recombinant human interleukin-10 (rhIL-10) on IL-6 and TNF-? levels in serum and liver of mice exposed to lipopolysaccharide (LPS). METHODS: rhIL-10 was prepared by using genetic engineering technology. Mice were intraperitoneally with 500 ?g of LPS, and then were treated intravenously with various dosages of rhIL-10. The levels of IL-6 and TNF-? in hepatic tissue and serum were determined by ELISA at 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h post rhIL-10 treatment. Objective To assess longitudinal segmental myocardial strain(?),displacement(D) and the changes of the inner dimension of left ventricle(?L),and to establish their spatial correlationship during cardiac pacing and conductive block.Methods The standard apical four chamber view of left ventricle were acquired during cardiac pacing(n=12),right bundle branch block(RBBB,n=13) and sinus rhythm(n=14) using GE Vivid 7 dimension and the M3S probe with(4.0) MHz for the analysis of the longitudinal myocardial segmental(apical and basal segments) ? and D of left ventricle with two dimensional strain analysis software.The maximal and change longitudinal dimension of left ventricle was measured and calculated at end-diastole and end-systole respectively.The differences of the above parameters were compared and the spatial correlationships among them were analyzed.Results The peak ? of the septal basal segment during cardiac pacing was significant higher than that of the apical segment.There were significant differences in the peak D and(?D)(D_(basal)-D_(apical)) at lateral wall among sinus rhythm,RBBB and pacing group(P
