S100A6 is the member of the S100 family of EF-hand calcium-binding proteins,which participates in inflammatory reaction and regulates in cell growth,differentiation,growth inhibition and apoptosis.Recently it has been reported that S100A6 plays a key role in neoplastic transformation,proliferation and invasion of tumor,it may become a potential target in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.Here is to review the recent advances in the research on this molecule,including its structure,function mechanism,and its relationship with the gastrointestinal cancer and so on.

Objective To discuss the effect of treating tubal obstruction infertility through hydrotubation by hysteroscopy combined with Chinese traditional medicine. Methods Chose 308 patients with tubal obstruction infertility from October 2001 to December 2008 and used the hysteroseopy under which making tubal cannulation, then injected methylene blue and clear liquid to record cases of tubal patency.After the operation the patients would be given Chinese traditional medicine and followed up the case of pregnancy. Result The recanalization rate in 308 patients was 90.9% (280/308), and the rate ofre-pregnancy was 55.5%(161/290). Conclusion The effect of treatment through hysteroscopy to make tubal cannulation and have patients take medicine after operation is very satisfactory and it is worth promoting.

History taking capability is a basic skill of clinician.During the Phased Empirical Research,NMEC redesigned the test station of History taking.On the basis of the same inquiry,we use SP,enlarge the question amount,score value,exam time,and also add the evaluation of comprehensive quality.By the new test,we can measure the history taking skill,communication talent and medical humanity competence of medical students.This paper raises a claim on humanistic quality education of medical students in order to prompt medical education to attach importance to the cultivation of medical humanity competence,to improve the medical humanistic education model,then improve the overall quality of medical students.

46 cases of recurrent oral ulcer were treated by acupuncture,after treatment CD +3 ,CD +4 ,and CD +4 /CD +8 ratio of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of the patients were increased(P ＜0.05),CD +8 lymphocyte decreased(P ＜0.05).Acupuncture may improve cellular immune function of the patients with recurrent oral ulcer.

Objective:To study the sensitivity and correlation between ANA,ENA and anti ds-DNA antibody in the patients with AID.Methods:Clinical data of patients with AID received treatment at our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 was retro-spectively analyzed.The antibody expressions of ENA, ANA, anti ds-DNA antibody of the patients were detected.The autoantibody positive differences between the males and females were compared.The positive situation of ENA correspond to different fluorescent patterns of ANA and the correlation between the expression of ANA and the expressions of ENA,anti ds-DNA antibody were both dis-cussed.The relationship between the expression of ANA and the expression of ENA,dsDNA was also discussed.Results:A total of 180 patients were retrospective analyzed,including 67 males and 113 females.The positive rates of ANA,anti ds-DNA antibody in females were obviously higher than those in males.The rate of particle type ANA in the positive specimens of nRNP,ss-A was the highest.The rate of homogeneous type ANA of the positive specimens of Scl-70 was the highest.The granular pattern of the positive specimens of nRNP,ss-A had the highest rate in ANA.The homogeneous pattern of the positive specimens of Scl-70 had the highest rate in ANA.The positive rates of ENA, anti ds-DNA antibody in the positive specimens of ANA were obviously higher than those in the negative specimens of ANA.Conclusion:The positive rate of autoantibody in males was obviously lower than that in females.The particle type occupied higher rate in the karyotype of ANA.There was relationship between the positive detection rate of anti ds-DNA antibody,ENA and the positive rate of ANA.

OBJECTIVE To prevent nosocomial infection from catheterization room and to reduce the rate of postoperative infection, and improve quality of catheterization room medical care. METHODS Air, object surfaces, the hands of medical staff, and using disinfectant in catheterization room were put to the test every month. RESULTS Totally 253 specimens were put surveillance over three years, total qualified rate was 99.6%, that of air was 98.6% and of object surfaces was 100%, for the hands of medical staff was 100%, and for using disinfectant was 100%. CONCLUSIONS Enhancing prevention nosocomial infection can effectively reduce the infection rate. Surveying the catheterization room termly is an important measure to prevent and control the nosocomial infection.

The article reviewed the function of general practitioners in Beijing Jiaotong University Health Service Center, which was transitioned from sole curative service to both curative and preventive services. The article also discussed the role as gatekeeper for health system played by practitioners in university health service centers.

BACKGROUND: There are many studies from both domestic and abroad certifying the conclusion that sport exercise can descend state anxiety even though the study outcome is diversified.OBJECTIVE: Analysis of the effects of different exercise intensities on state anxiety and physiologic index of female college students taking different exercise frequencies, in order to take exercise of adequate intensity for descending the state anxiety of female college students.DESIGN: Matched observations, selecting female college students as subjects stochastically. SETTING: Department of Military Sports, China Metrology College. PARTICIPANTS: Totally 60 students from the Management Department and Track and Field Department of Shanghai Physical Culture Institute were selected as the subjects from March 2004 to July 2004. The subjects were categorized into two groups: frequent exercise group and infrequent exercise group according to exercise frequency (3 times per week, above 30 minutes each time), and each group consisted of 30 subjects.METHODS: All subjects were tested on running stage of Swiss-made Monark power bicycle with the time length: 20 minutes, exercise intensity 30%VO2max and 75%VO2max. The exercise intensity of subjects was deter mined by the linear relationship between oxygen uptake and heart rate. The state anxiety of the students was assessed with state-trait anxiety scale which have 40 items in a survey questionnaire of two pages. The state anxiety was mainly evaluated with the state anxiety survey questionnaire of items 1-20 under stress condition, and the human emotional experiences were appraised with the trait anxiety survey questionnaire of items 21-40. Each scale was then rated from 1-4, 1 = almost nothing, 2 = a little, 3 = sometimes, 4= approximately always. The questionnaire were handed out and collected respectively in 3 time intervals (immediate, 5 minutes, 20 minutes), before and after exercise the students' heart rate and blood pres sure were tested with PoLar distance cardiotachometer and HeM-741c oMron electronic blood pressure gauge in the same time intervals before and after exercise. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Comparison of the effects of different exercise intensities on the state anxiety of female college students taking exercise of different frequencies. Evaluation on their heart rate and blood pressure.RESULTS: Totally 60 survey questionnaires were handed out and 60 col lected with the collection percentage of 100%. ①Variation of state anxiety under different exercise intensity. In infrequent exercise group,as compared with those prior to the test, the state anxiety of subjects in infrequent exercise are descended remarkably (P ＜ 0.01) in 30%VO2max exercise of the 3 time intervals immediate, 5 minutes and 20 minutes, with the descent amplitude: 9.286, 24.44%; the state anxiety was descended as well in the 75%VO2max exercise of the 3 time intervals, but without remarkable descent amplitude. In frequent exercise group, the state anxiety was descended remarkably (P ＜ 0.01-0.05) in 75%VO2max exercise of the 3 time intervals with the descent amplitude: 5.575, 19.5%; the state anxiety was descended remarkably in 30%VO2max exercise for 20 minutes. ② Assessment on heart rate and blood pressure indexes. In frequent exercise group, heart rate showed temporal elevation immediately after test, and soon resumed to previous level before test;diastolic blood pressure (DBP) remained stable. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) showed temporal elevation immediately after test and SBP showed remarkable descent with the greatest degree in 75%VO2max exercise for 20 minutes. In infrequent exercise group, heart rate and SBP showed descent after elevation. SBP showed descent remarkably in 75% VO2max exercise and 30%VO2max exercise for 20 minutes, and more remarkably in 30%VO2max exercise particularly. DBP showed descent remarkably in aerobic exercise 5 minutes or 20 minutes.CONCLUSION: 75%VO2max aerobic exercise can descend noticeably the state anxiety of female college students in frequent exercise group , and 30%VO2max can eff

Taxol is a kind of isoprenoid with strong anticancer activity. It is difficult to be obtained because of its low concentration in nature, which hinders its application in cancer treatment. Recently, biosynthesis methods for taxol production have attracted more attentions. Several systems including Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Physcomitrella patens, Arabidopsis, tomato and ginseng were explored. This review focuses on the advance in biosynthesis of taxol in different systems and features the bottleneck of scale fermentation for producing the intermediates. At the same time some advices for the further were given. At last, the future and character of Physcomitrella patens system used in taxol combinatorial biosynthesis were analyzed based on our lab's research.

Objective To investigate the ability of generation of dendritic cell (DC) from precursor in peripheral blood and inducing specific antitumor immune response.Methods (1)The monocytes(Mo) were isolated from peripheral blood and cultured in medium with granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF) and interleukin 4(IL-4).Cells were harvested and detected for phenotypic analysis by FACS 7 days later.(2)The mature DC with specific tumor-associated antigen(TAA) was collected on day 7.After cultured for 3d,the mature DC could activate allogeneic T cells to become tumor specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTL).Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay was employed to detect inhibition rate of CTL and its supernatant on 3A0 cells,HCCC-9810 cells,293T cells,respectively.Results (1)DC precursors in peripheral blood could be induced to differentiate and mature in medium containing GM-CSF/IL-4 for 7d.The induced DC had high expression of CDla,CD80(B7-1),CD83,CD86,(B7-2),and HLA-DR.
