OBJECTIVE:To reduce errors in drug dispensing so as to improve the accuracy of drug use.METHODS:The application of bar code technology in both domestic and foreign counties was overviewed,the flow-sheet and the chief function of the “bar code checking program”for the drug dispensing developed in our hospital were introduced.RESULTS &CONCLUSION:Connecting “bar code checking program”to hospital information system in the drug dispensing and adding machine judgment procedures can reduce the occurrence of error while improving quality of drugs dispensing.

Objective To investigate effects of different concentrations of dexmedetomidine on onset time and clinical time-effect of rocuronium in the processes of the total intravenous anesthesia.Methods Sixty patients with elective anesthesia breast modified radical mastectomy,aged 26 to 55 years,were randomly divided into four groups of 15 patients.Group A (control group):uniform within 10 min before induction of anesthesia saline infusion (NS ; 0.25 ml/kg) ; group B:dexmedetomidine given initial dose 0.3 μg/kg uniform within 10 min before induction of anesthesia infusion finished,anesthesia period 0.3 μg/(g · h) continuous infusion until the end of surgery; group C:dexmedetomidine given initial dose 0.6 μg/kg uniform within 10 min before anesthesia infusion finished,during anesthesia with continuous infusion 0.6 μg/'(kg · h) until the end of surgery ; and group D:dexmedetomidine given initial dose 1 μg/kg uniform within 10 min before anesthesia infusion finished,during anesthesia to 1 μg/(kg · h) continuous infusion to the end of surgery.Patients after the burglary were under multi-monitor vital signs monitoring blood pressure (BP),heart rate (HR),oxygen saturation (SPO2),electrocardiogram (ECG),and after intubation monitoring end-tidal carbon dioxide (EtCO2),recording time T0 and T25.Results No significant difference was found at the T0 time in each group.However,the T25 time (48 ± 6) min in group C and (51 ±6) min in group D was significant longer than that (40 ±6)min in group A (P ＜0.05).The mean artery pressure(MAP) of group C and D [(88.76 ± 7.06)mmHg,(87.89 ± 6.95)mmHg] were significantly lower than group A after dexmedetomidine infusion 5 min later(P ＜ 0.05); The HR of groups B and C [(60.80 ± 7.11)bpm,(63.31 ± 5.78)bpm] were significantly lower than group A before induction (P ＜ 0.05).The HR of group D was significantly lower than group A before induction and after infusion 5 and 30 min later[(66.40 ± 9.49) bpm,(60.52 ± 7.45) bpm,(61.32 ± 7.11) bpm,P ＜ 0.05].Conclusions Under the status of total intravenous anesthesia,different concentrations of dexmedetomidine did not affect the onset time of rocuronium,but dexmedetomidine given up to a certain concentration could enhance the clinical time-effect of rocuronium.

Objective To observe the changes of the depressive behavior and amygdaloid nucleus nerve growth factor(NGF)expression in estro?gen?deprived female rats and explore the possible mechanism and targets of estradiol in depression treatment. Methods A total of 30 adult SD fe?male rats were randomly assigned to 3 groups:sham operation group(SHAM,n=10);ovariectomized group(OVX,n=10)and ovariectomized rats treated with estradiol group(OVX+E,n=10). The behavior changes were observed by tail suspension test(TST)and sucrose preference test (SPT) after 8?week estradiol treatment. Subsequently ,immunohistochemical staining detect NGF expression in amygdaloid nucleus. Results Compared with the SHAM group rats,sucrose preference ratio significantly decreased in SPT(P<0.01),immobile time prolonged in TST(P<0.01),serum estradiol level and amygdaloid NGF expression significantly decreased(all P<0.01). 8?week estradiol treatment ameliorated depres?sion?like behavior and increased serum E2 level and NGF expression in amygdaloid nucleus in OVX+E group rats when compared with the OVX group(all P<0.01). Conclusion Estradiol treatment can improve the depressive behavior of ovariectomized rats ,which may be related to the in?crease of serum estradiol level and the expression of NGF in amygdaloid nucleus.

Objective To optimize supercritical extraction technique from four medicinal materials, which are the part components in the recipe of Keganliyan Oral Liquor and are extracted traditionally for essential oils. Methods Extraction ratio and menthol extraction quantity were taken as evaluated indexes. Supercritical extraction technique was researched with orthogonal tests, gas chromatography, and SAS statistic. Results Within the test levels, temperature and time showed evident effect on extraction ratio and menthol extraction quantity, while pressure did not show any evident effect on them、 The preferable technique to extraction ratio is temperature at 55 ℃, time for 120 min, and extracted pressure at 27 MPa; and the preferable technique to menthol extraction quantity is temperature at 45 ℃, time for 120 min, and extracted pressure at 22 MPa. Conclusion The optimized supercritical extraction technique for Keganliyan Oral Liquor is feasible.

Objective Selecting doxorubicin and tetrandrine as model drug to prepare complex liposomes, study the methods of preparation, and research its release property in vitro. Methods The formulation of tetrandrine-doxorubicin complex liposomes was optimized by three different kinds of methods. And the optimum formula was selected through the orthogonal test according to the entrapment efficiency. Results Tetrandrine-doxorubicin complex liposomes were prepared by (NH4)2SO4-gradient method combined with pH gradient method. One optimum recipe was founded that tetrandrine-doxorubicin complex liposomes/ egg phosphatidyl choline was 1∶20, egg phosphatidyl choline/cholesterol was 3∶1, pH value was 7.6, incubation temperature was 50 ℃, concentration of (NH4)2SO4 was 250 mmol/L. The doxorubicin completely released within 24 h, and the tetrandrine released within 16 h. Conclusion Tetrandrine-doxorubicin complex liposomes have high entrapment efficiency with fine-looking, which is better for the further studies

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperoxia on growth of type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cells (AECⅡ).MethodsLungs of fetal rats at 19 days of pregnancy were collected,and AEC Ⅱ was isolated and cultured by differential adherence method.Cells were randomly divided into air group and hyperoxia group.In air group,cells were cultured in 5％ CO2 incubator.And cells in hyperoxia group were cultured in 5％ CO2+95％ O2 incubator.The growth,activity,cell cycle,cell apoptosis of AEC Ⅱ were observed at 2,4,6 and 8 days of culture.The interaction between different time and groups were analyzed by ANOVA of factorial design.Comparison of means was done by two-sample independent t test and one-way analysis of variance.Bonferroni correction was used during the comparisons.Results(1) Cell growth situation:in hyperoxia group,cell number was decreased from2 hto 8 h [(7.29±0.43)×105/ml,(2.68±0.37)×105/ml,(0.23±0.10)×105/ml and (0.00±0.00) × 105/ml],and lower than those in air group [(10.41 ± 0.24) × 105/ml,(27.90±1.91) × 105/ml,(27.12±0.85) ×105/ml and (26.29±1.59) × 105/ml](t=10.992,38.912,94.166and 49.696,P=0.000 respectively). (2) Cell activity:the living cells ratio in hyperoxia group at 2 d[(79.00±0.71) ％],4 d [(52.80±1.14)％] and 6 d [(31.60±1.52)％] was lower than those [(97.00±0.71)％,(97.20±0.84)％ and (95.00±0.71)％] ir air group (t=31.213,70.519 and 84.722,P=0.000 respectively).(3) Cell cycle:the cell ratios of G1 phase and S phase in hyperoxia group at day 4 [(66.82±1.20) ％ and (27.31±1.16) ％] and day 6 [(70.22±1.27) ％ and (30.31±1.40) ％] were significantly higher than that at day 2 and that in air group (P＜0.05 respectively).(4) Cell apoptosis:in hyperoxia group,the cell ratio of Annexin-V+/PI- subgroup at 4 h was the highest [(23.89 ± 0.52)％],followed by those at day 2 and 6 [(21.32 ± 0.43)％ and (1.47 ±0.61)％].While the cell ratio of Annexin-V+/PI+ was the highest at 6 h [(53.92± 1.64)％],followed by those at 4 h and 2 h [(45.03±1.01)％ and (12.17±0.60)％],which were all different with those in air group(P＜0.05 respectively).ConclusionsHyperoxia might inhibit cell activity and cell cycle of AEC Ⅱ and promote apoptosis.

Objective To investigate the influence of telephone follow-ups on the compliance of syphilis patients.Methods The 120 patients diagnosed with syphilis during February 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into experiment group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given disease-related education during outpatient visits,while the experimental group received nursing intervention by phone calls.The two groups were compared in respect of curative compliance. Result The curative compliance of the experiment group after follow-ups was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The telephone follow-ups can significantly improve the curative compliance of syphilis patients,which can significantly prevent the spread of syphilis.

Objective To estimate the prevalence of iron deficiency and its influencing factors in 6 to 12-month-old infants,then more effective community nursing intervention of prevention against iron deficiency can be made.Methods Three hundred and thirty-one 6 to 12-month-old infants had been enrolled by convenience sampling method to complete the investigation.Variables associated with iron deficiency in bivariate analysis were evaluated in Logistic regression models.Results The prevalence rates of iron deficiency in 6 to 12-month-old infants was 34.74％.Anemia,age,feeding patterns and zinc deficiency were independently associated with increased risk for iron deficiency.Conclusions Iron deficiency was common and associated with anemia,low age,feeding patterns and zinc deficiency in a certain community in Tianjin.So effective nursing measures must be made to reduce the prevalence rates of iron deficiency in 6 to 12-month-old infants.

Objective:To analyze the influences of azithromycinantibiotic combined glucocorticoids on the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and inflammatory cytokines levels as well as the clinical effect of severe pneumonia mycoplasma.Methods:112 children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with azithromycinantibiotic,while the patients in the observation group were treated with glucocorticoid on the basis of the control group.Then the levels of ESR,LDH,isoenzyme MB (CK-MB),creatine kinase (CK),aspertate aminotransferase (AST),c-reactive protein (CRP),interleukin 6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-o (TNF-α),CD4+ and CD8+,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of ESR,LDH,CK-MB,CK,AST,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and CD8+ in the two groups decreased,which were lower in the observation group than those of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+ in both groups increased,which was higher in the observation group than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough relief,lung rale of observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin combined with glucocorticoids was more effective than azithromycin alone in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia with high safety,which could obviously relieve the myocardial injury and inflammatory response,enhance the immune function.

Objective: To detect the changes of serum level of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and to study the correlation between CTGF level and the maximal activity of creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB). Methods: Our research included 2 groups of patients: STEMI group and unstable angina (UA) group. All patients were treated in our hospital from 2013-07 to 2014-06,n=50 in each group. In STEMI group, the serum levels of CTGF were examined by ELISA at 24h, 2, 7, 14 days of onset, and in UA group, CTGF level was examined at 24h of onset. The CK-MB activity levels were measured in STEMI group at the same time points by immunosuppression method. Results: The serum level of CTGF in UA patients at 24 h of onset was (10.34 ± 2.00) ng/mL, and in STEMI patients were (16.76 ± 3.17) ng/mL at 24h, (29.87 ± 4.90) ng/mL at 2d, (45.02 ± 8.35) ng/mL at 7d and (31.61 ± 4.40) at 14d. The CTGF levels in STEMI group at different time points were all higher than UA group at 24h of onset,P<0.01. In STEMI group, the CTGF levels were increasing from 24h to 7d, then decreasing at 14d, allP<0.01. In STEMI group, the highest protein concentration of CTGF was positively related to the maximal activity of CK-MB at 7 days of onset (r=0.859,P=0.000). Conclusion: CTGF expression has been up-regulated in STEMI patients which might be related to myocardial ifbrosis. The protein level of CTGF is related to MI size, it shows certain predictive value in relevant patients.
