Objective:To explore the utility of psychiatric service of clients having online counseling for anxiety or depression. Methods:The anxiety group was consisted of clients (n=107) who were positive in the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) online, similarly the depression group was consisted of clients (n=102) with positive results in Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) online screening. Both groups were investigated with the questionnaires include issues related to the clinical features, diagnostic categories and treatment vs professional advice on clients. Results:In the anxiety group (male 69/female 38), the average age was 28+8, 88(82.2%) with more than 15 years education. In the depression group (male 57 vs. female 45), the average age was 29+8, 81(79.4%) with more than 15 years education. None was illiterate. For the age, sex, education and occupation, there was no significant difference between the two groups. 81(79.4%) clients in the anxiety group and 89(87.2%) clients in the depression group were advised to visit psychiatrists or psychologists. A few were advised to counseling online only and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The main diagnoses were mood disorders, neurosis and psychogenic disorders. Actually, 29(27.1%) in the anxiety group were treated with anxiolitics, 31(30.2%) in the depression group were treated with antidepressants at local clinics. Conclusion:Most of the clients should visit psychiatrists or psychologists, and a few may have their psychological counseling online only. Health education and psychological counseling online may be helpful to improve the rate of diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders in local clinics.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To explore the regularity of damage of anti-lipid peroxidation by air pollutants, and to provide experimental basis for revealing the pathogenetic mechanism of air pollutants. Methods 80 Wistar rats weighting 180-200 g were randomly and averagely divided into 4 groups, ie control group, lower dose group, middle dose group and higher dose group, which were exposed to particulate, SO2 and NO2 respectively. The rats in lower dose group, middle dose group and higher dose group were perfused by 1 ml normal saline mixed with 7.5, 15 and 30 mg particulate respectively, while the rats in control group were only perfused with 1 ml normal saline. At the 2nd day after exposure to particulate, the rats in 3 dose groups were exposed to the mixed air of SO2 and NO2. The lower, middle, and higher dose group were exposed to mixed air of SO2 and NO2 at the concentrations as following: 8 and 5 mg/m3, 16 and 10 mg/m3, 32 and 20 mg/m3 respectively while the control group was exposed to fresh air two hour per day, continuously for 7 days. Half of the rats in each dose group were killed at the 1st day after the 7-day exposure to SO2 and NO2 , the rest were killed at the 8th day after the 7-day exposure to SO2 and NO2 . The contents of MDA, the activities of GST and SOD in serum, the activities of SOD and the contents of MDA in BALF were measured. Results At the 1st day after the exposure to SO2 and NO2 , lower activities of SOD and GST, and higher contents of MDA in serum of rats were observed in higher dose group compared with those in control group. At the 8th day after the exposure to SO2 and NO2 , significantly lower SOD activities were still observed in higher dose group compared with those in control group. It revealed that higher concentrations of air pollutants could decrease the activities of anti-oxidase and increase the contents of lipid peroxides in serum of rats. However, the SOD activities in BALF showed no significant differences among different dose groups at different time during the exposure period. Higher contents of MDA in BALF of rats were observed in higher dose group at the first day after the exposure to SO2 and NO2 , and in middle and higher dose group at the 8 th day after the exposure to SO2 and NO2 compared with those in control group (P

Objective To discuss the feasibility and long-term effect of free latissimus dorsi muscle flap in repair of severe lower extremity injury in children. Methods From July 1999 to June 2004, nine child patients (at age of 6-13 years) with severe lower extremity injury involving soft tissue defects a-round the calf and the foot associated with complex open fractures, bare dislocation, and injury of the nerve, tendon and artery were repaired with free latissimus donsi flap, with flap area ranging from 30 cm ×12 cm to 10 cm × 5 cm. Results All the latissimus dorsi flaps survived, with success rate of 100%. A follow-up for 4-9 years showed that the flap had sound shape and function and normal blood supply, without significant influence on donor area. Conclusion Latissimus dorsi flap has advantages of constant anatomical site, abundant blood supply, massive area, strong anti-infection ability and less in-fluence on donor area and hence is an ideal method for repairing severe lower extremity injury in children.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of adult patients with community acquired pneumonia (CAP) caused by acute Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection, and provide evidence for early identification of MP infection. Methods A prospective, multicenter and cross-sectional study was conducted. 452 adult patients with CAP admitted to Beijing Friendship Hospital, Beijing Guangwai Hospital and Air Force General Hospital from August 2011 to October 2015 were enrolled. The diagnosis of adult MP infection was confirmed by the combined application of double serum antibody titer and MP-DNA nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) through testing serum and throat swab samples from patients to identify acute infections, past infections, pathogen carrying, and non-MP infection. The clinical characteristics of patients with acute MP infection were summarized by analyzing the baseline data, clinical parameters and chest imaging findings in patients with non-MP infection and acute MP infection. Results Of 452 enrolling patients with CAP, 288 patients (63.7%) suffered from MP infection, and 164 patients (36.3%) with non-MP infection. There were 56 patients (12.4%) with acute infection, 10 patients (2.2%) with past infections, 222 patients (49.1%) with pathogen carriers in MP infective patients indicating susceptible to MP in adult patients. There were no significant differences in gender, age, fever extent, duration of fever, sputum production, shortness of breath, rales, underlying diseases, etc. between non-MP infection and acute MP infection patients, which suggested that the baseline data of the two groups were equilibrium. The acute infection rates of MP in summer and autumn (43.9% and 43.5% respectively) were more than those in spring and winter (13.3% and 12.3% respectively). It was shown by laboratory examination results that serum cardiac troponin T (cTnT) increased significantly in acute MP infectious patients more than that in non-MP infection patients (30.4% vs. 9.8%, P < 0.01), which indicated that patients with acute MP infection were more likely to have myocardial injury. While there were no significant differences in blood routine, blood electrolytes, blood glucose, as well as heart, liver and kidney function between the two groups. It was shown by chest imaging that the diffuse lesions (57.1% vs. 37.2%), mediastinal lymphadenopathy (60.7% vs. 37.8%) were less founded in the middle lobe of the right lung (12.5% vs. 32.9%), which were the main manifestations in patients with acute MP infection as compared with non-MP infection patients with statistical difference (all P < 0.01). There were no significant differences in the chest imaging performances of pulmonary ground glass shadow, lobar and segmental consolidation, patch shadow, a shadow, acinar nodules, grinding glass density nodules, the photic zone, hilar lymphadenopathy and pleural effusion occurrence between the two groups. Conclusion Adult CAP patients are easy to carry MP, myocardial damage is a common complication in acute MP infectious patients which are characteristic of image findings of diffuse lung disease, mediastinal lymphadenopathy and less founded in the middle lobe of the right lung.

Aim To develop a new method for easy endotrache-al intubation and instillation in mice. Methods Relying on the endoscope of cold light and gel loading tips, a new method was set up for intubated operations. Under high magnification, oper-ations of endotracheal intubation and instillation were completed in mice. Twenty male CB17-SCID mice ( between 24 and 28 g) were repeatedly intubated and instilled with 80 μL suspensions of air polluted fine particulate matters in a week. Results The twenty mice were sacrificed after 24h of the last instillation. The dispersions of the air polluted fine particulate matters were found at the bottoms of tracheas and in both the left and right lungs in all mice. Conclusion Using the endoscope of cold light and gel loading tips, a new method for tracheal instillation is set up in mice, which is rapid, simple and has good repeatability. It could be widely applied for the endotracheal intubation and in-stillation in mice.
