1.Studies on anticoagulant activity of fucoidan

The anticoagulant activities of fucoidan extracted from Laminaria japonica were investigated in this study.The results indicated that CT,RT,PT,KPTT,TT could be effectively prolonged after ig administration of fucoidan at the doses of 50,100,200,400mg?kg~(-1) in mice.The plasma Fib level could be significantly lowered after continuous ig administration of fucoidan in mice for 3 weeks;Fucoidan could also remarkably inhibit the thrombosis in vitro after treatment for l week,with obvious loss of the wet and dry weight of thrombi in rats.The results suggested that fucoidan possessed anticoagulant activity and could effectively inhibit the formation of venous thrombus.

Drug-eluting stent can effectively decrease stent restenosis rate and revascularization of target vessels,but compared With bare-metal stent, there Was an increasing trend in incidence rate of very late stent thrombosis (VLST).Some study indicated that delayed re-endothelialization,anti-platelet drug resistance after drug-eluting stent thrombosis after drug-eluting stent implantation and operation technique of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)Were closely related to late thrombosis.This article made folloWing overvieW on cause,risk factors and pre-ventive and therapeutic strategy of VLST.

4.Effect of Jiannao Decoction on Cerebral Nerve Cell Apoptosis of SHRsp Model Rat after Stroke

Objective:To observe changes of cerebral nerve cell apoptosis of the rat after acute stroke and the preventive and treating effect of Jiannao Decoction on the apoptosis.Methods:SHRsp rats were used to establish the model of acute stroke,which were treated with Jiannao Decoction.Symptoms and signs of the nervous system and changes of pathological structures of the hipocampus were investigated before and after establishment of the model,and changes of cerebral nerve cell apoptosis before and after establishment of the model and medication were investigated with TUNEL,immunohistochamical and Western blot methods. Results:The incidence rate of stroke in the prevention group was significantly lower than that of the model group(P0.05).Conclusion:Jiannao Decoction has significant protective action on brain in the rat with stroke,which is related with inhibiting the effect of nerve cell apoptosis and conduction of apoptosis-related signals.
5.Expression and significance of HIF-1α, PDGF and VEGF/VEGFR-2 in breast cancer

Objective To discuss the relationship among hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1ct),platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)/VEGFR signaling pathway in breast cancer occurring and metastasis in the early stage.Methods The clinical and pathological features and the expression of HIF-1 α,PDGF-A,VEGF-A and VEGFR-2 were assayed by histomorphology and immunohistochemical staining on tissue specimens from 61 patients of breast cancer and healthy breast tissues healthy breast tissue from 17 patients of benign breast disease.Results VEGF expression was observed in 39 out of 61 malignant breast tissues,more than distribution of positive staining 20 patients (51.3%) of which.VEGFR expression was found in 42 out of 61 lesions,.more than 10% distribution of positive staining 22 patients (52.4%) of which.Simultaneous expression of VEGF and VEGFR-2 was found in 12 cases.HIF-1α was expressed in 50 and PDGF in 39 out of 61 breast cancer patients,and in 36(72.0%) HIF-1α positive specimens and 23 (59.0%) PDGF positive specimens the staining area was more than 10%.The expression of VEGFR was correlated with patient's age (x2 =11.080,P =0.001) and lymph node metastasis (x2 =4.699,P =0.046).VEGF,HIF-1α and PDGF were not correlated with patient's age (x2 =0.880,P =0.415; x2 =1.620,P =0.303 ; x2 =0.150,P =0.786) and lymph node metastasis (x2 =0.677,P =0.437 ; x2 =1.394,P=0.323;x2 =1.841,P=0.192).Conclusion HIF-1α,PDGF,VEGF and VEGFR-2 express in breast tumor tissues at a high level,and VEGFR-2 is correlated with patient's age and lymph node metastasis.Abovementioned proteins can be used as markers for diagnosis,prognosis and targeted therapy.
6.Synergism of polypeptides from Chlamysfarreri(PCF) on the antitumor effect of cytoxan

Objective To study the synergistic antitumor effect of PCF when combine used with CTX.Methods Inoculated 0.2 mL H22 tumor fluid into the right armpit of mouse,and then the animals were divided into seven groups randomly: control group;CTX group(CTX 10 mg?kg-1);three test group(PCF 1000,500 and 250 mg?kg-1) and two combined use groups (PCF 1000,500 mg?kg-1with CTX 10 mg?kg-1).PCF were given by intragastric administration for 10 days,and CTX by intraperitoneal injection for 10 days.Same volume of saline was given to the control group.The mice were killed 24 hours after the last medication and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated.Results Three PCF groups had no effect on tumor inhibition,while two combined treatusement groups showed significant effect on tumor inhibition,while at the same doses the tumor inhibition rates were raised to 55.9% and 52.9% respectively,which were higher than that of CTX when used alone.Conclusion PCF can enhance the antitumor effects of CTX.
7.Therapy of Lung Severe Contusion and Respiratory Insufficiency By Ventilator Improved Respiration (38 Cases Reports)

Objective To analyse the pathogenesis,diagnosis and therapy for severe lung contusion.Methods 38 cases of severe lung contusion were observed.On the basis of lung contusion,the patients suffered from mltiple organs trauma,or abdomino-thoracic combinative trauma all of the patients were comprehansive treated with assited ventilation,antishock,high dasage hormone in short-time,dehydrating agent and diuretics therapy etc.Simultaneously,all of concurrent trauma were also reasonably managed timely which including closed thoracic drainage,open chest hemostasis,scavenging hematoma with craniotomy laparosplenotomy,hepatospleno-repair,gastroenterostomy,lower or upper extremity open reduction and extration etc.Results By oxygen inhalation comprehensive treatment did not improve the dyspnea symptom of severe lung contusion when the blood oxygen saturation was lower than 85% and further fall,the severe lung contusion patients were obviously improved by assited ventilation with respirator.Conclusions Using assited ventilation could raise the cure rate for the severe lung contusion,and simultaneously,early diagnosis and comprehansive treatment in time have identical importance.

9.Effects of mannose ester on blood lipids,serum oxidized low density lipoprotein,C-reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia

Objective To study the lipid regulatory effects of mannose ester and its effects on serum oxidized low density lipoprotein(OX-LDL),C-reactive protein(CRP)in patiends with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods Seventy-six CHD patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with mannose ester at a dose of 0.1g orally,three times a day for 2 successive months.Levels of blood lipids,OX-LDL,CRP at the time of entry,first month,second month of the therapeutic course were observed.Results Mannose ester could reduce the serum levels of total cholesterol,LDL-C 1 month after medication and the effect was further elevated after 2 months.Meanwhile its effects in lowering triglycerides and increasing high density lipoprotein were observed after 2 months administration.Mannose ester could also significantly lower the serum OX-LDL,CRP after 2 months administration.Conclusion Mannose ester has good regulatory effect on blood lipids,and decreases OX-LDL,CRP.Mannose ester can protect vascular endothelial cells and inhibit the development of inflammation in coronary plaque.Therefore,it can improve the prognosis of CHD patients.
10.The Effects of a Joint Treatment on Menopausal Patients with Anxiety and Depression

Objective: To compare the effects of HRT joint Fluoxetine with HRT only in treating menopausal patients with anxiety/depressive symptom. Method: 66 Menopausal Patients who met the criteria of depression of ICD-10 co-morbid with anxiety were evaluated with HAMD, HAMA and TESS in terms of effects and side effects. All subjects were divided into three groups. The first group included 23 patients treated with HRT only, the second group included 23 patients treated with HRT joint Fluoxetine, and the third group included 20 patients treated with HRT joint Fluoxetine and psychotherapy. Results:All of the three groups showed significant improvement after 6 weeks treatment in terms of HAMD scores.
