Objective To assess the clinical significance of the expression of p53, p21 protein in breast cancer (BC). Method The expression levels of p53, p21 proteins were examined by immunohistochemical (IHC) SP techniques in 69 BC specimen and 20 paracancinoma breast tissue. Result p53 and p21 proteins were failed to be observed in the paracancer tissue. p53 protein was found in 47.8% of BC, while p21 protein in 43.5% of BC. Along with the declined of BC cell differentiation degree, p53 expression increased significantly and p21 expression declined obviously. Objective To explore the correlation between social support and subjective well-being of Zhuang elder people in rural area.Methods 320 Zhuang nationnality rural old man were randomly selected from the xiangxian town,the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Left behind elderly among them (A group) was 160,non left behind elderly (B group) was 80,five elderly (C group) was 80.General access volume,Memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness (MUNSH) and social support rating scale (SSRS) were investigated.Results Memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness scores of A,B,C groups were (27.90± 10.61,35.11 ±9.92,31.67± 12.07),and the difference was statistically significant (F=11.45,P＜ 0.05).SSRS scores of A,B,C groups were (34.91±8.13,39.53±6.95,30.31±7.62),the difference was statistically significant (F=26.53,P＜0.05).A,B group's happiness score and objective support was positively correlated (r=0.20,0.25 ; P＜0.05),A,B,C group's happiness score is positively correlated with subjective support (r=0.17,0.36,0.31; P＜0.05),happiness score and utilization degree positive correlation in A,C groups (r=0.23,0.39; P＜0.05).Conclusion Zhuang rural elderly subjective well-being is associated with each dimension of social support,and strengthen social support helps to improve the old man's subjective sense of happiness.

Objective To evaluate the therapy effect of pneumatic lithotripsy treatment under ureteroscopic on urinary catheter encrustation(CE).Methods Eight patients with difficulty in pulling catheter tube crustcaused were enrolled as our subjects.They were performed pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope operation.The information related to operation was recorded.Results Eight cases were successful in terms of crushing catheter encrustations,and the catheters were removed smoothly.Conclusion The therapy of pneumatic lithotripsy treatment under ureteroscopic is proved to be a minimally invasive treatment with small damage,and higher safety.

ObjectiveTo investigate the psychological loneliness status of the Zhuang empty nester in rural area,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods 320 cases were randomly extracted in certain groups in xiangxian town,Shanglin County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,including 160 empty nester( Group A),80 living with families elderly people (Group B ),80 state-fending elderly people (Group C ).The questionnaire and University of California Los Angeles Loneliness Scale(UCLA) were applied for this investigation.ResultsThe top three single-positive rates of the UCLA of the Group A was their hobby different from others (69.54％),lack of sense of intimacy(65.56％ ) and lack of trust(61.59％ ).The UCLA score was significantly different in the Group A(52.44 ±7.29),the Group B(32.16 ±9.01),the Group C(39.65 ± 8.11 ) (F=178.97,P ＜ 0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed a negative correlation between the UCLA score and the number of great-grandson living with the elderly,a positive correlation between the UCLA score and the interval of the children to visit the elderly.ConclusionThe Zhuang empty nester in rural area was very lonely.It is helpful to alleviate the loneliness of the Zhuang empty nester in rural area through establishing a comprehensive pension system,the duties of children to their parents and the family harmony.

Objective To compare the serum protein profiles between people with successful aged 80 years and over in Bama versus Nanning,to identify the possible causes of the long life expectancy in Bama.Methods We evaluated the serum protein profiles using surface-enhanced laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) with 4 different chromatographic surfaces,including the weak cation exchange (CM10),immobilized metal affinity capture (IMAC) 30-Cu,strong anion exchange (Q10) and hydrophobic surface (H50) protein chip arrays in people with successful aged 80 years and over living in Bama versus in Nanning city.SELDI-TOF-MS had a molecular mass detection range of 2000-50,000 D,with a first signal-to noise (S/N) ratio of 5,frequency of peak cluster of over 15 ％,and second S/N ratio of 2 and peak fluctuation of 0.3％ (m/z).Results The total numbers of serum protein (peptide) peaks for people with successful aging in Bama and Nanning were 71 on CM10,46 on IMAC30-Cu,81 on Q10,and 52 on H50.Among subjects from Bama as compared with Nanning (P＜0.05; mean ＞SD for each protein peak),there were 8 differently expressed protein peaks on CM10,of which 2 were upregulated and 6 downregulated; 7 on IMAC-Cu,of which 2 were upregulated and 6 downregulated; 5 on Q10,all of which were upregulated; and 6 on H50,of which 3 were upregulated and 3 downregulated.Conclusions There are marked differences in the serum protein profiles between people with successful aging living in Bama versus in Nanning.Most of the proteins are downregulated among people aged over 80 years in Bama.

Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of phacoemulsification and foldable IOL implantation with limbal tunnel incision.　Methods: A 3.2mm limbal tunnel incision was made on 72 eyes of 66 patients with senile, complicated and traumatic cataract. Phacoemulsification and foldable IOL implantation was performed. Visual acuity, corneal curvature and corneal topography were measured after the surgery.　 Results: One day, one week and one month after the surgery, visual acuity exceeded 0.5 in 69.4%, 80.6%,86.1% of the patients respectively. One week after the surgery, the mean astigmatism was (1.85±0.89)D(P<0.01), 0.30 D more than that before the surgery. Corneal topography showed that the incision was steep or flat. One month after the surgery, the mean astigmatism was (1.48±1.02)D，P>0.05,corneal topography had recovered.　 Conclusions: Phacoemulsification and foldable IOL implantation with limbal tunnel incision have comparatively simple, with less postoperative inflammation and faster recovery of visual acuity.

Objective To evaluate the values of combined detection of soluble mesothelin related proteins (SMRP)and carbohydrate antigen 1 25 (CA1 25)in the diagnosis of malignant peritoneal mesothelioma.Methods 20 patients with malignant peritoneal mesothelioma were selected as the malignant group,50 patients with benign ovar-ian tumor were selected as the benign group,60 healthy women were selected as the control group.Enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was adopted to detect serum SMRP levels and electrochemiluminescence immunifaction (ECLI)was adopted to detect serum CA1 25 levels.The SMRP,CA1 25 levels were compared among all groups,the sensitivity,specificity of SMRP and CA1 25 in the diagnosis of peritoneal malignant mesothelioma were analyzed. Results Serum levels of SMRP,CA1 25 in malignant group were (1 4.8 ±1 .6 )μg/L,(1 89.1 ±1 5.3 )μg/Lrespectively,which were significantly higher than those in the benign group[(3.9 ±0.9)μg/L,(28.6 ±4.2)μg/L] (t =27.40,49.61 0,all P <0.01 )and the control group[(2.8 ±0.7)μg/L,(1 6.9 ±3.8)μg/L](t =29.877, 53.334,all P <0.01 ).The sensitivities of SMRP,CA1 25 detection alone for malignant peritoneal mesothelioma diag-nosis were 65.0%,50%,respectively,while their specificities were 83.6%,79.1 %.The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of SMRP and CA1 25 for malignant peritoneal mesothelioma were 95.0% and 93.6%.Conclusion SMRP has some value in the diagnosis of peritoneal malignant mesothelioma.SMRP combined with CA1 25 detection can markedly improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for malignant peritoneal mesothelioma.

Objective To investigate the relevant mechanism of different concentrations of Shenqi YiliuDecoction medicated serum on blocking cell cycle and inhibiting invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cell lines MKN-45. Methods Sixty SPF Wistar rats were randomized intoShenqi Yiliu Decoction low-, medium-, and high-dose groups and control group, with 15 rats in each group. Low-, medium- and high-dose groups were fed with different concentrations of TCM liquid from which containing crude medicine (0.25, 0.50, 1.00 g/mL) separately for gavage. Rats in the blank group were given the same amount of drinking water for gavage, twice a day, for 7 days.2 h after the last gavage, rat blood was taken and serum was separated. After MKN-45 cells were dealt with different concentrations of medicinal serum, FCM was used to detect cell cycle and immunohistochemistry technology was used to detect the expressions of COX-2 and PTEM proteins.Results FCM analysis showed that medicated serum could increase G0-G1 phase and shorten S phase of cells; medicated serum could reduce the positive expression rate of COX-2 of the MKN-45 cells and increase positive expression rate of PTEN proteins (P<0.05).ConclusionShenqi YiliuDecoction medicated serum can block the cell cycle and inhibit invasion and metastasis of MKN-45 cell lines, which may be related to the intervention in the expression levels of COX-2 and PTEN proteins.

Immunohistochemistry was carried out for assessment of the expression of IgG4 and IgG in 29 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) and 26 other patients with subacute thyroiditis,thyroid adenoma,and thyroid carcinoma.HT group were divided into IgG4 HT (10/29) and non-IgG4 HT (19/29) groups.Statistical analyses of clinical and histological characteristics were also conducted in both groups.2 cases of subacute thyroiditis were IgG4 positive (2/26).The IgG4 positive plasma cells,IgG positive plasma cells,and ratio of IgG4 +/IgG + plasma cells in IgG4 HT cases were significantly higher than non-IgG4 HT ones(P＜0.05).The serum Fl4 in IgG4 HT cases were lower than non-IgG4 HT ones(P＜0.05).After operation,IgG4 HT had a greater proportion for accepting thyroxin treatment(P＜0.05).IgG4 HT is a new-found disease which has particular histological and immunological features and would have good response for cortical hormone therapy.Serum and tissue examination of IgG4 seems to be helpful to the diagnosis of IgG4 HT.

Objective To analyze the correlation between non-motor symptoms (NMS) and the quality of life in the mild Parkinson's disease (PD) patients of different genders.Methods 85 mild PD patients (H-Y stage 1～2) were investigated.The PD NMS Quest was used to assess NMS.The quality of life was assessed with SF-36 questionnaire.Results Stepwise linear regression analysis showed that nocturia,restless legs,depression,daytime sleepiness,decreased interest,smell taste problems were positively correlated with the score of life quality of male and pain,increased sweating,taste smell problems,sleep problems,changes in libido,decreased memory,diplopia influenced life quality score of female.The scores of SF-36 questionnaire of the male with PD were lower than that of female patients.Conclusions The nonmotor symptom (NMS) There was a gender difference about the influence that NMS has made on PD patients.The male's life quality were lower than that of female patients about mild PD patients.
