Objective To investigate the impact of umbilical cord around the neck(UCAN) on infants developmental quotient. Methods Intelligence of 60 infants of UCAN under 3 years old were tested by Gesell. Results DQ of UCAN infants was significantly less than normal infants,mainly mild to moderate retardation. DQ between the male and female infants had no significant difference, parents' cognitive level had significant difference with real DQ of infants. Conclusions UCAN has certain influence on mental development of infants,we should strengthen health education,pay close attention to UCAN infants,give regular intelligence surveillance, find early growth retardation,give rehabilitation training to reduce the incidence of intellectual disabilities.

Objective To observe the effect of Guanxin Ⅱ Hao on plasma NO and NOS in dog with myocardial ischemia. Methods 20 dogs of myocardial ischemia were divided into the control group, isosorbidi mononitratis group and the Guanxin Ⅱ Hao group by random. The NO and NOS of serum were measured, before and after treatment. Results In the control group, the level of NO and NOS were higher than that of the isosorbide mononitrate group. Objective To establish the method of the SYBR Green Ⅰ real‐time fluorescent quantitative PCR for detecting the se‐rum miR‐203 expression level ,and to detect the serum miR‐203 expression levels in the patients with cervical cancer ,cervical benign diseases and healthy controls .Methods The miR‐203 ,U6 stem loop RT primers and the PCR amplification primers were designed for conducting fluorescence quantitative PCR ,with U6 as the internal relative quantification ,the serum miR‐203 levels were com‐pared among different cervical diseases .Results The established method could specifically detect the amplification signal of serum miR‐203 ,the melting curve was single and PCR products were specific .The serum miR‐203 level in the patients with cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in the patients with benign cervical diseases such as hysteromyoma and cervicitis ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The SYBR Green Ⅰ real‐time fluorescent quantitative PCR is a quick ,simple detection method with high sensitivity and good specificity ,which may have a better application prospect in cervical cancer auxiliary diagnosis .

Objective To explore the combined detection of B‐type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and glycosylated antigen 125 (CA125) in differential diagnosis of dyspnea .Methods BNP and CA125 were detected and compared among 106 cases with cardiac dyspnea ,56 cases with pulmonary dyspnea and 60 healthy subjects .Results BNP and CA125 levels of dyspnea patients were higher than healthy subjects ,and those of cardiac dyspnea patients were higher than pulmonary dyspnea patients (P<0 .05) .With the ag‐gravation of heart failure ,BNP and CA125 levels gradually increased .Combined detection of BNP and CA125 were with higher diag‐nostic sensitivity and specificity (P<0 .05) .After treatment ,BNP and CA125 levels significantly decreased (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Combined detection of BNP and CA125 could be with high specificity and sensitivity ,helpful for identifying cardiac or pulmonary dyspnea and dynamic observation of the disease .

Objective To explore the measures and methods to cope with the early stage epidemic struck of H7N9 avian influenza,as the head nurses of the department of infectious diseases.Methods The main work focus of the head nurses of the department of infectious diseases were analyzed during the early stage of H7N9 epidemic struck systematically by reference to the domestic literatures.Results At the early stage of H7N9 epidemic struck,the main work focus of the head nurses of the department of infectious diseases was to draw up every emergency plans,prepare necessary protective medical supplies,train medical staff,and be ready to the preview and triage.Conclusions The head nurses of the department of infectious diseases should pay close attention to the progress of H7N9 epidemic struck,and get ready for all related work in order to ensure smooth treatment during early stage of the epidemic struck.

Objective To study the seasonal changes of glucose levels per unit soft tissue of Oncomelania hupensis. Meth-ods O. hupensis snails were collected from the beach of the Qingyi River in Wuhu City,Anhui Province from August 2012 to July 2013. They were kept in minus 80℃refrigerator immediately. The male snails were distinguished from female,and their soft tissues were collected separately after crushing their shells. The hexokinase method was used to measure the glucose concen-trations,and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The contents of glucose decreased from March to July. The lowest glucose content in the female was 1.87μg/mg in March,and that in male was 3.70μg/mg in July. Both of them increased from August and reached peak levels in September(♀=57.38μg/mg,♂=44.39μg/mg),and then gradually decreased from Octo-ber to next January and increased in February. Conclusion The contents of glucose have seasonal changes regularly in O. hu-pensis.

Objective To assess the feasibility of computed tomography angiography (CTA) in renal artery using the iterative reconstruction technique (iDose4) in Brilliance iCT (Philips Ltd.).Methods 90 patients (body weight 60-70 kg) supposed to undergo renal artery CTA were selected and randomly divided into three groups:A(120 kV,120 mAs),B(120 kV,60 mAs) and C(100 kV,100 mAs).CTA images from Group A were obtained using filtered back projection and those from the rest groups were generated by iDose4.Then CT number of renal artery,noise (denoted as standard deviation SD),signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of images for each group were measured and recorded.Images were post-processed using volume reformation (VR) 3D imaging and image quality were assessed in five-level grade (1-5).Results The five parameters (CT number of renal artery,SD value,SNR,CNR and VR grade) of group A and group B were statistically insignificant (P ＞ 0.05).While SD values of group C were comparable to those of group A and B,the rest four parameters of group C were apparently larger,which was statistically significant (tCT value =-12.326,tSNR =-7.136,tCNR =-7.649,ZVR =-2.690,PVR ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Image quality could still fit the diagnosis requirements using iDose4 when mAs decreased lower than 50％.The image quality increases when radiation dose is halved at 100 kVp kV.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of Six Dimensions Scale (6-D scale) of Nursing Performance used for evaluating the effect of standardized hospital-department training on new graduate nurses.Methods 6-D Scale of Nursing Performance was conducted to evaluate the nursing ability of 216 new graduate nurses (2013) of our hospital pre and post the three-month intervention,including the self-appraisal and appraisals by head nurses.Results The nursing ability was improved significantly after the training.The total score of self-appraisal 6-D scale were significantly higher than that before the training (142.34±19.92 vs 135.81±18.30),in which the subscales scores within the dimensions of leader-ship,critical care,teaching/collaboration,planning/evaluation,interpersonal relations/communication were increased significantly,while the increase of professional development was not significant.Six-D Scale and six subscales scores based on self-appraisal were higher than that based on the head nurses' appraisals.Conclusions The application of 6-D scale is scientific to evaluate the effect of standardized nurse training.We had demonstrated that standardized hospital-department training is of great benefit for new graduates to improve the nursing ability and adapt to the clinical circumstances.

Objective To investigate the effect of different intestinal cleaning methods on bowel preparation for laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty.Methods One hundred patients undergoing laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty were divided into experiment group and control group with 50 cases in each group .For bowel preparation,the experiment group was managed with oral sodium phosphate salt solution of 45 mL and the control group with oral senna leaf of 30 g in boiled water.The two groups were compared in terms of intestinal cleaning degree,adverse reactions and postoperative exhaust time.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the former group was significantly lower than the control group.Degree of bowel cleaning satisfaction was significantly better than that of the control group and the postoperative exhaust was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of oral sodium phosphate salt solution for bowel preparation for laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty can improves the intestinal cleanliness,reduce incidence of intestinal adverse reaction and promote postoperative exhaust so that it can improve postoperative intestinal restoration of kinetic energy.

Objective To evaluate clinical application of VCS technology in diagnosis for acute leukemia and its subtypes by LH750 automated hematology analyzer. Methods A total of 178 leukemia patients (105 acute granilocytic leukemia, 42 acute lymphocytic leukemia, 31 acute monecytic leukemia)and 151 non-leukemia patients (86 granulocytic abnormal cases, 35 lymphocytic abnormal cases,30 monocytic abnormal cases) were enrolled into this study. Peripheral blood samples were analyzed by both Coulter LH750 automated hematology analyzer and manual microscopic examination. Microscopic examination was used as reference to evaluate the diagnosis value of VCS technology in blast detecting. VCS parameters were compared for AGL subsets. The clinical value of VCS technology in diagnosis for different acute leukemia was also evaluated by combining VCS scattergram and suspect flags provided by LH750. Results Compared with manual examination, a sensitivity of 95.5% (170/178) and specificity of 95.4% (144/151) were achieved by VCS technology in detecting blasts in acute leukemia and nonleukemia patients. In patients with AGL, the MNV, MNV-SD, MNC and MNC-SD (224.40 ± 23.37,37.40 ±12. 31,145. 80 ±7. 93,24. 79 ±5. 18) were higher than granulocytic abnormal patients( 169.96 ±11.50,29.21 ± 5.27,133.30 ± 5.50, 10.62 ± 4.09) and the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 16. 832, 5. 148, 5. 735, 19. 953 respectively, P < 0. 01 ). On the contrary, MNS ( 122. 90 ±6. 35) in AGL patients was significantly lower than granulocytic abnormal patients( 131.00 ± 5. 69, t =-7.64, P<0.01). In patients with ALL, the MLV, MLV-SD, MLC, MLS, MLS-SD (97.60 ± 13.40,22. 35 ± 7.94,110. 00 ± 4. 60,77. 60 ± 19.00,20. 61 ± 3.30 ) were higher than lymphocytic abnormal patients(82. 10 ± 3.00, 14.41 ±2.35, 100.60 ±2.70, 48. 10 ±3.50, 17.60 ± 1.60). In patients with AMOL, the MMV, MMV-SD, MMC, MMC-SD, MMS(197. 30 ±20.50,30.47 ±6.58,123.20 ± 10. 10,6.57 ± 1.57,98.00 ± 5.60) were significantly higher than monocytic abnormal patients( 167.80 ± 15.77,21.90 ± 9. 64,113.60 ± 6. 73,5.20 ± 3. 21,84. 20 ± 14. 35 ) and the differences were statistically significant (t values were 6. 332, 4. 033, 4. 650, 2. 993, 6. 273 respectively , P <0. 01 ).The differences of MNV, MNV-SD, MNC, MNC-SD, MNS-SD for different AGL subtypes were statistically significant ( F values were 21.2, 169. 5, 13.6, 3. 6 and 98.6 respectively, P <0. 01 ). For AGL, ALL and AMOL, the ratios of normal blast distribution in scattergram were 81% (85/105), 74% (31/42) ,and 74% (23/31). Conclusions The VCS parameters can reflect the changes of peripheral white blood cell morphology sensitively. VCS technology can diagnose acute leukemia and its subtypes efficieutly.
